PRODUKTINFORMATION CLASSIS GM 301

Sie haben sich für das Schwanenhalsmikrofon Classis
GM 301 von beyerdynamic entschieden. Vielen Dank
für Ihr Vertrauen. Nehmen Sie sich bitte einige Minuten
Zeit und lesen Sie diese Produktinfor mation vor Inbe­triebnahme aufmerksam durch.

Anwendung

Das Classis GM 301 zeichnet sich durch die innovative
Scudio™-Technologie aus, die das Mikrofon absolut
störunempfindlich gegenüber drahtlosen Kommunika­tionsgeräten wie z.B. Mobiltelefonen macht. Aufgrund
der Supernierencharakteristik ist das Classis GM 301

sehr rückkopplungsarm und gewährleistet so beste
Sprachverständlichkeit. Es eignet sich für den direkten
Anschluss an einen Taschensender der Opus Drahtlos­Serie und ist somit ideal für Anwendungen im Hörsaal,
Forum oder bei Vorträgen. Eingebaut in Konferenz­tische oder Rednerpulte in Verbindung mit dem Ein­bauspeisewandler CVE 301.18 eignet sich das Mikro­fon für den Einsatz in Diskussionsrunden sowie Telefon­und Videokonferenzen.

Anschluss und Ausrichtung

Das Classis GM 301 ist mit einer 4-pol. Mini-XLR­Kupplung ausgestattet und kann z.B. an Taschensen-

der mit entsprechendem Anschluss ange schlossen wer­den.
Über die 4-pol. Mini-XLR-Kupplung kann das Classis
GM 301 an den Speisewandler CVE 301.18, der gleich­zeitig als körperschallentkoppelte Einbauhalterung
dient, angeschlossen werden.
Der CVE 301.18 verfügt über einen 3-pol. XLR-Stecker
als Ausgang zum Anschluss an einen entsprechenden
Mikrofoneingang. Für den Einbau des CVE 301.18
sehen Sie eine entsprechend große Aussparung im
Tisch vor. Wird das Mikrofon nicht benötigt, kann der
Anschluss am CVE 301.18 mit den beiliegenden Ab­deck kappen verschlossen werden.

Mit dem Schwanenhals können Sie das Mikrofon
direkt auf die Schallquelle ausrichten.

Vorsicht:

Zur Vermeidung von Überdehnungen des Schwanen­halses und vorzeitigem Verschleiß darf der Schwanen­hals nur bis max. 90 Grad gebogen werden.

Speisung

Die Speisung erfolgt je nach Anschluss über den mit­gelieferten Speisewandler CVE 301.18 oder über einen
Taschensender der Opus Drahtlos-Serie.

Pflege

Bei Bedarf reinigen Sie das Classis GM 301 und den
CVE 301.18 mit einem weichen, feuchten Tuch. Wenn
notwendig, können Sie ein mildes Reini gungsmittel
(z.B. Geschirrspülmittel) verwenden, auf keinen Fall
lösemittelhaltige Reiniger. Achten Sie darauf, dass in
den Mikrofonwandler kein Wasser läuft.

Service

Im Servicefall wenden Sie sich bitte an autorisiertes
Fachpersonal. Öffnen Sie das Mikrofon oder den Speise­wandler auf keinen Fall selbst, Sie könnten sonst alle
Garantieansprüche verlieren.

PRODUCT INFORMATION CLASSIS GM 301

Thank you for selecting the Classis GM 301 gooseneck
microphone. Please take some time to read carefully
through this information before using this product.

Applications

The Classis GM 301 microphone features the innovative
Scudio™ technology, making the microphone
absolutely insensitive to wireless communication
devices such as mobile phones. Due to its supercardioid
polar pattern the Classis GM 301 features a high-gain­before feedback and excellent intelligibility. It can
directly be connected to a beltpack transmitter of the

Opus wireless system series and is therefore ideal for
lecture rooms, forum discussions or presentations.
When using the CVE 301.18 power supply the Classis
GM 301 can be installed into tables or desks for
meetings, discussions or video conferencing
applications.

Connection and setting up

The Classis GM 301 provides a 4-pin female mini XLR
connection to connect to appropriate beltpack
transmitters or to the CVE 301.18 power supply which
is also used as shock-mount kit.
The CVE 301.18 provides a 3-pin male XLR connector

to connect to an appropriate microphone input. To
install the CVE 301.18 into a table, an adequate hole
is needed. If the microphone is not needed, the
connection of the CV 301.18 can be covered with the
included covering cap.

With the gooseneck you can direct the microphone to
the sound source.

Warning:

In order to avoid overstretching and premature wear
and tear never bend the gooseneck more than 90°.

Powering

The microphone is powered either via the supplied
CVE 301.18 power supply or a beltpack transmitter of
the Opus wireless system series.

Maintenance

Use a soft, damp cloth for cleaning the Classis GM 301
microphone and the CVE 301.18 power supply. If
necessary, you can use a gentle cleansing agent (such
as washing-up liquid). Take care not to allow any water
to enter the transducer elements and do not use any
solvent cleansers.

Service

Servicing must be carried out by qualified service
personnel only. Dismantling the microphone or power
supply yourself will invalidate the guarantee.

Utilisation

Le microphone GM 301 se caractérise par la technologie
innovante Scudio™ rendant les microphones totale­ment insensibles aux parasites émanant d’appareils de
communication sans fil tels que les téléphones mobiles.
Grâce à sa directivité supercardioïde, Classis GM 301

est très peu sensible à l’effet de Larsen et garantit une
intelligibilité optimale de la parole. Il peut être directe­ment raccordé à un émetteur de poche de la série sans
fil Opus et est ainsi idéalement approprié pour les
applications dans les amphithéâtres et salles de
conférences. Monté sur une table de conférence ou un
pupitre d’orateur en association avec le préamplificateur
encastré CVE 301.18, ce microphone se prête à
l’utilisation lors de tables rondes ainsi que de
conférences vidéo et téléphoniques.

Branchement et orientation

Classis GM 301 est doté d’un mini-adaptateur XLR

4 broches et peut p. ex. être raccordé à des émetteurs
de poche avec connexion correspondante.
Via le mini-adaptateur XLR 4 broches, Classis GM 301
peut être raccordé au préamplificateur CVE 301.18 qui
simultanément fait office de support encastré, découplé
des bruits de manipulation.
CVE 301.18 dispose d’une fiche XLR 3 broches en tant
que sortie pour le raccordement à une entrée de
microphone correspondante. Pour le montage de
CVE 301.18, veuillez prévoir un évidement correspondant
dans la table. Si vous n’utilisez pas le microphone, la
connexion sur CVE 301.18 peut être couverte au
moyen des caches fournis.

Le col de cygne permet une orientation directe du
microphone vers la source sonore.

Attention:

Flexion de 90 degrés maximum afin d’éviter un
allongement excessif et une usure prématurée du col
de cygne.

Alimentation

L’alimentation s’effectue au moyen du préamplificateur
CVE 301.18 fourni ou par le biais d’un émetteur de
poche de la série sans fil Opus.

Entretien

Au besoin, Classis GM 301 et CVE 301.18 sont
nettoyés avec un chiffon doux humidifié d’eau. Si
nécessaire, vous pouvez utiliser un produit nettoyant
doux (p. ex. produit vaisselle), n’utilisez en aucun cas
de solvants. Veillez à que l’eau ne pénètre pas dans le
transducteur du microphone.

Service après-vente

En cas de panne, veuillez vous adresser à un technicien
agréé. N’ouvrez en aucun cas le microphone ou le pré­amplificateur, vous risqueriez de perdre tous vos droits
de garantie.
