anderen Personen eine wohltuende Triggerpunktmassage bereiten� Triggerpunktmassagen
können muskelentspannend oder anregend wirken und werden gerne bei Muskelverspannungen,
Schmerzen und Müdigkeit eingesetzt� Das Muskelmassagegerät bietet eine kraftvolle, intensive
Massage für die Schenkel, Waden, Schultern, Arme und Rückenpartien (ausgenommen

Wenn Flüssigkeit aus einer Akkuzelle mit Haut oder Augen in Kontakt kommt, die betroene

Stelle mit Wasser auswaschen und ärztliche Hilfe aufsuchen�

Verschluckungsgefahr! Kleinkinder könnten Akkus verschlucken und daran ersticken� Da-

her Akkus für Kleinkinder unerreichbar aufbewahren!

Wenn ein Akku ausgelaufen ist, Schutzhandschuhe anziehen, um das Gerät zu entsorgen�

•

Schützen Sie Akkus vor übermäßiger Wärme�

•

Explosionsgefahr! Keine Akkus ins Feuer werfen�

Keine Akkus zerlegen, önen oder zerkleinern�

Nur in der Gebrauchsanweisung aufgeführte Ladegeräte verwenden�

Laden Sie das Gerät ausschließlich mit dem mitgelieferten Netzadapter�

Um eine möglichst lange Akku-Lebensdauer zu erreichen, laden Sie den Akku mindestens 2

Mal im Jahr vollständig auf�

Versuchen Sie in keinem Fall, das Gerät selbstständig zu reparieren!

Reparaturen an Elektrogeräten dürfen nur von Fachkräften durchgeführt werden� Sie selbst

dürfen das Gerät keinesfalls önen oder reparieren, da sonst eine einwandfreie Funktion nicht

mehr gewährleistet ist� Durch unsachgemäße Reparaturen können erhebliche Gefahren für den

Benutzer entstehen� Wenden Sie sich bei Reparaturen an den Kundenservice oder an einen

autorisierten Händler� Bei Nichtbeachtung erlischt die Garantie�

6.2 Aufsätze

Am besten geeignet für großflächige Bereiche am ganzen Körper�

7. Inbetriebnahme
Hinweis

Bevor Sie das Muskelmassagegerät das erste Mal in Betrieb nehmen, müssen Sie es zuerst für
mindestens 3 ½ Stunden aufladen� Gehen Sie dazu wie folgt vor:

1� Verbinden Sie den mitgelieferten Netzadapter mit dem

Muskelmassagegerät� Der Anschluss für den Netzadap­ter befindet sich am Muskelmassagegerät auf der Un­terseite des Haltegris�

2� Stecken Sie anschließend den Netzadapter in eine geeignete Steckdose�

Während des Ladevorgangs blinken alle 5 LEDs von rechts nach links� Sobald das Muskelmas­sagegerät vollständig aufgeladen ist, leuchten alle 5 LEDs dauerhaft� Eine vollständige Akkula­dung reicht für ca� 3 Stunden Betrieb aus� Sobald während des Betriebs nur eine rote LED blinkt,
müssen Sie das Muskelmassagegerät erneut aufladen�

8. Anwendung

8.1 Hinweise zur Anwendung

Hinweis

Die Massagebehandlung muss zu jeder Zeit als angenehm empfunden werden� Das Auftreten
von leichten Hämatomen ist ein positiver Therapieeekt und durchaus möglich, da durch die An­wendung des Muskelmassagegeräts die Durchblutung gezielt gefördert werden kann� Es können
auch vereinzelt Hautrötungen auftreten� Sollten bei Ihnen übermäßige Hautirritationen auftreten,
beenden Sie die Anwendung mit dem Muskelmassagegerät und konsultieren Sie einen Arzt� Je
nach Ausmaß der Verspannungen / Verklemmungen empfehlen wir Ihnen für den gewünschten
Bereich (Beine, Schultern, Arme und Rücken) eine Anwendungsdauer von ca� 10-15 Minuten�

8.2 Aufsatz wählen / wechseln

Bevor Sie mit der Massage beginnen, müssen Sie zunächst den passenden Aufsätz wählen� In
Kapitel „6�2 Aufsätze“ finden Sie eine Auflistung aller Aufsätze und deren Anwendungsbereiche�

Um einen Aufsatz zu wechseln, gehen Sie wie folgt vor:

1� Ziehen Sie den bisherigen Aufsatz waagerecht aus dem

Muskelmassagerät heraus�

2� Schieben Sie Ihren gewünschten Aufsatz fest in das Mus-

kelmassagegerät, bis er spürbar fest einrastet�

8.3 Einschalten / Vibrationsstufe wählen

Hinweis

Das Muskelmassagegerät besitzt eine Abschaltautomatik� Dies bedeutet, dass sich das
Muskelmassagegerät nach einer Anwendung von 15 Minuten automatisch abschaltet�

1� Schieben Sie den ON/OFF Schalter auf der Unterseite des Haltegris auf „ON“�
2� Um das Muskelmassagegerät nun einzuschalten, halten die Sie die EIN/AUS-Taste für 2 Se-

kunden gedrückt� Die Akkustand-Anzeige beginnt zu leuchten und die Massage startet�

3� Um zwischen den vier Vibrationsstufen zu wechseln, drücken Sie kurz die

9. Reinigung und Pflege

Reinigung

Reinigen Sie das Gerät ausschließlich mit einem leicht angefeuchteten Tuch�

•

Reinigen Sie das Gerät nur in der angegebenen Weise� Es darf keinesfalls Flüssigkeit in das
Gerät eindringen�

•

Benutzen Sie das Gerät erst wieder wenn es vollständig trocken ist�

•

Reinigen Sie das Gerät nicht in der Spülmaschine�

•

Benutzen Sie keine scharfen Reinigungsmittel oder harte Bürsten!

Pflege

Wenn Sie das Muskelmassagegerät längere Zeit nicht verwenden, empfehlen wir Ihnen, es in der
Originalverpackung in trockener Umgebung und ohne Beschwerung aufzubewahren�

10. Was tun bei Problemen?

Akku-Entsorgung

Die verbrauchten, vollkommen entladenen Akkus müssen Sie über speziell gekennzeichnete
Sammelbehälter, Sondermüllannahmestellen oder über den Elektrohändler entsorgen� Sie sind
gesetzlich dazu verpflichtet, die Akkus zu entsorgen�
Diese Zeichen finden Sie auf schadstohaltigen Akkus:
Pb = Batterie enthält Blei,
Cd = Batterie enthält Cadmium,
Hg = Batterie enthält Quecksilber�

Im Interesse des Umweltschutzes darf das Gerät am Ende seiner Lebensdauer nicht mit dem
Hausmüll entfernt werden�
Die Entsorgung kann über entsprechende Sammelstellen in Ihrem Land erfolgen�
Entsorgen Sie das Gerät gemäß der Elektro- und Elektronik Altgeräte EG-Richtlinie
– WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment)� Bei Rückfragen wenden Sie

7. Initial use
Note

Before using the Deep Tissue Massager for the first time, charge it first for a minimum of 3 ½
hours� To do so, proceed as follows:

1� Connect the supplied mains adapter to the Deep Tis-

sue Massager� The connection for the mains adapter
is located on the bottom of the handle of the Deep Tis­sue Massager�

2� Then insert the mains adapter into a suitable socket�

Whilst the device is charging, all 5 LEDs flash from right to left� As soon as the Deep Tissue Mas­sager is fully charged, all 5 LEDs will light up permanently� The battery will last for approx� 3hours
of operation when fully charged� Charge the Deep Tissue Massager again as soon as only one
red LED flashes when operating the device�

8. Using the device

8.1 Notes on use

Note

The massage treatment must feel pleasant at all times� A slight haematoma may well occur – this
is a positive therapeutic eect as the use of the Deep Tissue Massager can selectively encourage
your blood flow� In isolated cases, areas of redness may also occur on the skin� If you experience
excessive skin irritation, stop using the Deep Tissue Massager and consult a doctor� Depending
on how tense/tight your muscles are, we recommend using the device for approx� 10-15 minutes
on the area you wish to treat (legs, shoulders, arms and back)�

8.2 Selecting/changing the attachment

Before starting the massage, you first need to choose the right attachment� Section
“6�2 Attachments” contains a list of all the attachments and what they are best suited for�

To change an attachment, proceed as follows:

1� Pull the existing attachment horizontally o the Deep Tissue

Massager�

2� Slide your desired attachment firmly into the Deep Tissue

Massager until you feel it click securely into place�

8.3 Switching the device on/selecting the vibration level

Note

The Deep Tissue Massager comes with an automatic switch-o function� This means that the
Deep Tissue Massager automatically switches o after a period of use of 15 minutes�

1� Slide the ON/OFF switch on the bottom of the handle to the “ON” position�
2� To now switch on the Deep Tissue Massager, press and hold the ON/OFF button for 2 sec-

onds� The battery state indicator begins to light up and the massage starts�

3� To switch between the four vibration settings, briefly press the ON/OFF button� If the device

is in the fourth vibration setting and you press the ON/OFF button again, the Deep Tissue
Massager will switch o� You can also switch o the Deep Tissue Massager directly whilst it is
in use by pressing and holding the ON/OFF button for 2 seconds� The battery state indicator
goes out and the massage stops�

4� Once the treatment is complete, slide the ON/OFF switch on the bottom of the handle to the

“OFF” position�

Beurer guarantees the perfect functionality and completeness of this product�

The worldwide warranty period is 3 years, commencing from the purchase of the new, unused
product from the seller�

The warranty only applies to products purchased by the buyer as a consumer and used exclu­sively for personal purposes in the context of domestic use�

During the warranty period, should this product prove to be incomplete or defective in function­ality in accordance with the following provisions, Beurer shall carry out a repair or a replacement

7. Mise en service
Remarque

Avant de mettre en service pour la première fois le pistolet de massage musculaire, vous devez
commencer par le charger pendant au moins 3 ½heures� Pour ce faire, procédez comme suit:

1� Connectez l’adaptateur secteur fourni avec le pisto-

let de massage musculaire� La prise pour adaptateur
secteur se situe sur le pistolet de massage musculaire,
sous la poignée�

2� Branchez ensuite l’adaptateur secteur sur une prise secteur adaptée�

Pendant le chargement, les 5LED clignotent de droite à gauche� Dès que le pistolet de massage
musculaire est complètement rechargé, les 5LED s’allument en continu� Une charge complète
permet d’utiliser l’appareil pendant environ 3heures� Pendant l’utilisation, si une seule LED rouge
clignote, vous devez recharger le pistolet de massage musculaire�

8. Utilisation

8.1 Conseils d’utilisation

Remarque

Le massage doit toujours être ressenti comme agréable� L’apparition de légers hématomes est
un eet positif de la thérapie et est tout à fait possible, car l’utilisation du pistolet de massage
musculaire stimule la circulation sanguine� Occasionnellement, l’application peut également
causer des rougeurs� Si vous constatez des irritations excessives de la peau, cessez l’utilisation
du pistolet de massage musculaire et consultez votre médecin� Selon l’intensité des tensions/
contractions, nous vous recommandons une durée d’utilisation de 10 à 15minutes sur la zone
souhaitée (jambes, épaules, bras et dos)�

8.2 Choisir/changer l’embout

Avant de commencer le massage, vous devez commencer par choisir l’embout le plus adapté� Vous
trouverez la liste de tous les embouts et de leurs zones d’utilisation au chapitre «6�2 Embouts»�

Pour changer d’embout, procédez comme suit:

1� Tirez l’embout à l’horizontale jusqu’à ce qu’il se détache du

pistolet de massage musculaire�

2� Poussez l’embout souhaité dans le pistolet de massage

musculaire jusqu’à entendre qu’il s’enclenche�

8.3 Allumer l’appareil/choisir le niveau de vibration

Remarque

Le pistolet de massage musculaire est équipé d’un arrêt automatique� Cela signifie que le pistolet
de massage musculaire s’éteint automatiquement après 15minutes d’utilisation�

1� Placez l’interrupteur MARCHE/ARRÊT à l’arrière de la poignée en position «MARCHE»�
2�

Pour allumer le pistolet de massage musculaire, maintenez la touche MARCHE/ARRÊT enfon­cée pendant 2secondes� L’achage de la batterie commence à clignoter et le massage débute�

3�

Pour passer d’un niveau de vibration à l’autre parmi les quatre disponibles, appuyez brièvement
sur la touche MARCHE/ARRÊT� Si vous appuyez une nouvelle fois sur la touche MARCHE/
ARRÊT alors que vous être au quatrième niveau de vibration, le pistolet de massage muscu­laire s’éteint à nouveau� Vous pouvez également éteindre le pistolet de massage musculaire
directement pendant l’utilisation en maintenant la touche MARCHE/ARRÊT enfoncée pendant
2secondes� L’achage de la batterie s’éteint et le massage s’arrête�

4� Après l’utilisation, placez l’interrupteur MARCHE/ARRÊT à l’arrière de la poignée en posi-

tion «ARRÊT»�

7. Puesta en funcionamiento
Nota

Antes de utilizar por primera vez el aparato de masaje muscular, deberá cargarlo como mínimo
durante 3 ½ horas� Proceda para ello del siguiente modo:

1� Una el adaptador de red suministrado con el aparato

de masaje muscular� La toma del adaptador de red se
encuentra en el aparato de masaje muscular en la parte
inferior del asidero�

2� A continuación, enchufe el adaptador de red a una toma de corriente adecuada�

Durante el proceso de carga los 5 LED parpadean de derecha a izquierda� En cuanto el aparato
de masaje muscular se carga completamente, los 5 LED se iluminan de forma permanente� Una
carga completa es suficiente para aprox� 3 horas de funcionamiento� En cuanto parpadea un
LED rojo mientras el aparato está en funcionamiento, deberá recargarlo�

8. Utilización

8.1 Indicaciones para la aplicación

Nota

El masaje debe resultar agradable en todo momento� La aparición de hematomas ligeros es un
efecto positivo del tratamiento y muy habitual, ya que la utilización del aparato de masaje mus­cular puede estimular localmente la circulación sanguínea� También pueden producirse enroje­cimientos aislados de la piel� Si la piel presenta irritaciones excesivas, deje de utilizar el aparato
de masaje muscular y consulte a un médico� Dependiendo del grado de tensión o contractura,
le recomendamos un tiempo de aplicación de aprox� 10-15 minutos en la zona que desee (pier­nas, hombros, brazos y espalda)�

8.2 Elegir/cambiar accesorio

Antes de empezar con el masaje, deberá elegir el accesorio adecuado� En el capítulo
“6�2 Accesorios” encontrará un listado de todos los accesorios y sus zonas de aplicación�

Para cambiar un accesorio, proceda del siguiente modo:

1� Tire del accesorio anterior horizontalmente para retirarlo del

aparato de masaje muscular�

2� Deslice el accesorio deseado con firmeza en el aparato de

masaje muscular hasta que encaje�

8.3 Encendido/elección del nivel de vibración

Nota

El aparato de masaje muscular cuenta con un mecanismo de desconexión automática� Esto
significa que el aparato de masaje muscular se apaga automáticamente tras 15 minutos de
utilización�

1� Coloque el interruptor ON/OFF situado en la parte inferior del asidero en la posición "ON"�
2� Para encender el aparato de masaje muscular, mantenga pulsado el botón de encendido y

apagado durante 2 segundos� El indicador de nivel de carga de la batería empieza a iluminar­se y el masaje se inicia�

3� Para cambiar entre los cuatro niveles de vibración, pulse brevemente el botón de encendi-

do y apagado� Si vuelve a pulsar en el cuarto nivel de vibración el botón de encendido y
apagado, el aparato de masaje muscular volverá a apagarse� El aparato de masaje muscular

también puede apagarse directamente mientras se usa manteniendo pulsado durante 2 se­gundos el botón de encendido y apagado� El indicador de nivel de carga de la batería se
apaga y el masaje se detiene�

4� Tras el uso, coloque el interruptor ON/OFF situado en la parte inferior del asidero en la po-

sición "OFF"�

7. Messa in funzione
Indicazione

Prima di mettere in funzione per la prima volta la Pistola per Massaggio Muscolare, è necessario
caricarla per almeno 3 ore e mezza� Procedere come descritto di seguito:

1� Collegare l'adattatore di rete in dotazione alla Pistola

per Massaggio Muscolare� L'ingresso per l'adattato­re si trova sul fondo dell'impugnatura della Pistola per
Massaggio Muscolare�

2� Collegare quindi l'adattatore a una presa di corrente adatta�

Durante la ricarica, tutti e 5 i LED lampeggiano da destra a sinistra� Quando la Pistola per Mas­saggio Muscolare è completamente carica, tutti e 5 i LED rimangono accesi� Una carica completa
della batteria è suciente per circa 3 ore di funzionamento� Ricaricare la Pistola per Massaggio
Muscolare quando, durante il funzionamento, lampeggia solo un LED rosso�

8. Utilizzo

8.1 Indicazioni per l'uso

Indicazione

Il massaggio deve sempre essere percepito come piacevole� Il manifestarsi di leggeri ematomi
è un eetto positivo della terapia ed è molto probabile, in quanto utilizzando la Pistola per Mas­saggio Muscolare si può stimolare in modo mirato la circolazione sanguigna� Potrebbero anche
verificarsi sporadici arrossamenti della pelle� Se insorgono eccessive irritazioni cutanee, inter­rompere l'utilizzo della Pistola per Massaggio Muscolare e consultare un medico� A seconda
dell'entità delle contratture/degli irrigidimenti, per la zona desiderata (gambe, spalle, braccia e
schiena) si consiglia un tempo di applicazione di circa 10-15 minuti�

8.2 Selezione/sostituzione degli accessori

Prima di iniziare il massaggio, è necessario scegliere l'accessorio giusto� Nel capitolo

1� Spostare l'interruttore ON/OFF sul fondo dell'impugnatura su "ON“�

Tenere premuto il pulsante ON/OFF per 2 secondi per accendere la Pistola per Massaggio
Muscolare� L'indicatore di carica della batteria inizia a lampeggiare e il massaggio ha inizio�

Per commutare fra i quattro livelli di vibrazione, premere brevemente il pulsante ON/OFF� Pre-

bunlar pozitif bir tedavi etkisine işarettir� Arada sırada kızarma da görülebilir� Cildinizde aşırı tah­riş söz konusu olursa kas masaj cihazını kullanmayı bırakın ve bir doktora başvurun� Tutulmanın/
gerginliğin derecesine bağlı olarak istediğiniz bölgeye (bacaklar, omuzlar, kollar ve sırt) yakl� 10­15 dakika süreyle uygulama yapmanızı öneririz�

7. Подготовка кработе
Указание

Перед первым применением массажер для мышц необходимо заряжать неменее 3 ½ча­сов� Для этого выполните следующие действия�

1� Подключите поставляемый вкомплекте сетевой

адаптер кмассажеру для мышц� Разъем для сете­вого адаптера расположен нанижней стороне руч­ки массажера для мышц�

2� Вставьте сетевой адаптер врозетку�

Вовремя процесса зарядки все 5светодиодов мигают справа налево� Когда массажер для
мышц полностью заряжен, все 5светодиодов горят непрерывно� Полной зарядки аккуму­лятора хватает примерно на3часа работы� Если вовремя работы мигает только красный
светодиод, массажер для мышц необходимо зарядить�

8. Применение

8.1 Указания поприменению

Указание

Процедура массажа всегда должна быть приятной� Возникновение небольших гематом
является положительным терапевтическим эффектом ивполне возможно, поскольку при­менение массажера для мышц целенаправленно стимулирует кровообращение� Может
также наблюдаться покраснение отдельных участков кожи� При сильном раздражении
кожи прекратите использование массажера для мышц ипроконсультируйтесь сврачом�
Взависимости отстепени выраженности напряжений/зажимов всоответствующей обла­сти (ноги, плечи, руки испина) мы рекомендуем длительность применения ок�10–15мин�

8.2 Выбор/смена насадки

Перед началом массажа выберите подходящую насадку� В разделе «6�2 Насадки»
представлен перечень всех насадок иобластей их применения�

Для смены насадки выполните следующие действия�

1� Снимите установленную насадку смассажера движени-

ем вгоризонтальном направлении�

2� Установите требуемую насадку намассажер для мышц

доощутимого щелчка�

8.3 Включение/выбор уровня вибрации

Указание

Массажер для мышц оснащен автоматической системой отключения� Это значит, что через
15минут применения массажер отключается автоматически�

1� Сдвиньте переключатель ON/OFF нанижней стороне ручки вположение ON�
2� Чтобы включить массажер для мышц, втечение 2секунд удерживайте нажатой кнопку

ВКЛ./ВЫКЛ� Начнет мигать индикатор уровня заряда аккумулятора, имассаж начнется�

3� Для смены уровня вибрации коротко нажмите кнопку ВКЛ./ВЫКЛ� При повторном на-

жатии кнопки ВКЛ./ВЫКЛ. начетвертом уровне вибрации массажер для мышц снова
выключится� Вы также можете напрямую выключить массажер для мышц вовремя ис­пользования, для этого удерживайте кнопку ВКЛ./ВЫКЛ. нажатой втечение 2секунд�
Индикатор уровня заряда аккумулятора погаснет, имассаж прекратится�

4� После применения сдвиньте переключатель ON/OFF нанижней стороне ручки вполо-

жение OFF�
