WARNING

Software:
Computer with windows 7 and above
ABM Commander software
CD with Coprocessor rmware
Hardware:
RJ12 cables and Serial adapter (DB9-RJ12)
USB to Serial
Retainer remover
Flathead and Philips head type screwdrivers

NOTE:
Make sure all software and hardware are already installed properly and ready to perform any of
the following steps to do rmware download.

Section 2: Procedure
The purpose of this procedure is to replace the existing LCD display on M124 Rack Mount enclosure to a New Touch Panel display.
Parts needed:
Rack Mount front panel with new Touch Panel cutout dimensions (VA37901-1)
M124 Touch Panel (VA001-667-58)
M124 Touch Panel Shade cover (VA001-667-59)
CD with M124 upgrade Network Master rmware (VA38629)
CD with M250 upgrade Network Master rmware (VA38633)

Step 1. Turn off the Network Master
Step 2. Remove all cables, and connector that currently connected to LCD Panel on Rack Mount front panel
Step 3. Replacing the Rack Mount front panel
Remove 4 Philip screws. Refer to Figure 1
Remove the front panel with old display attached

Replace new front panel with New Touch Panel attached
Reconnect all cables and connector, make sure to follow the power label on
the display for proper power connection. Refer to Figure 2
NOTE:
Move current cable on second Coprocessor from PORT2 RS422 RS485 to PORT1 PORT3 RS232. Refer to Figure 3.
