Control Modules
Replacing switch cartridge.
- Switch cartridges can only be exchanged by identical
cartridges for repair purposes.
- See Installation guide DOC.IG.QC41.1 for further installation instructions.
Replacement procedure:
- Before starting check that all the required parts are included.
Kit contents:
Part number Cartridge
QX2-C1 Mechanical switch
QX2-C2 Mechanical switch gold contact
QX2-C3 3-wire PNP switch
QX2-C4 3-wire NPN switch
QX2-C5 2-wire NAMUR switch
QX2-C6 230V proximity switch
1 Loosen the set screw before opening the cover with a 2
mm Allen key.

4 Check if the replacement is identical. Pull the switch car-
tridge gentle out of the module compartment.

5 Notice the position of the pin before replacing a switch
cartridge.
6 Gently place the switch cartridge and fasten the screws in
sequence with a Phillip head no.2 screwdriver.
E.G. : QX2-C1
OK !
2 Unlock the switch cartridge turning the screw 90° with
screw driver 0.8 X 4.0 Max.

Lock Unlock
3 Loosen the 3 screws with a Phillips head no.2 screw
driver.

7 Lock the switch cartridge by gently turning the screw 90°
8 After switch cartridge replacement, mount and lock the

with screw driver 0.8 X 4.0 Max.
