Set-Up and Operation
The ideal way to safely transfer meals
and other items around the home, this
Kitchen Trolley is height adjustable in
increments of 25mm for maximum
versatility. The two unique patented
trays clip on and off for easy cleaning.
This products requires some basic assembly.
Please read these instructions before use
Product should not be used as a walking aid.
Do not lean or rest body weight on trolley
at any time.
Assembly
Place the trolley frame upside-down on a soft
surface (shorter attachments facing upwards).
Insert the leg extension into the
body and secure with a clip.
These leg extensions are not
height adjustable.
Insert castors into the leg extensions and secure with clip
at the desired height (see adjusting the height).
Ensure that all four legs are adjusted to the
same height then turn the frame upright.
Place the two arms into the locating holes
at the top of the frame, with the higher
section towards the front of the trolley (as
indicated by the curved section of the frame,
highlighted). To secure arms, push in brass
buttons by pinching firmly. Ensure they
protrude approximately 5 mm out from the
main frame.
Attach trolley trays with the flared edge
towards the front of the trolley. To secure,
slide the back of the tray on the horizontal
flat bar, then push down on the front to clip.
To remove trolley trays, lift the front of the
tray with both hands.
Box contents and inspection
Carefully remove all components from the box, remove all
packaging and plastic wrapping and check items against the list
below. Any damaged or missing components should be reported to
your authorised dealer or the manufacturer.

Care & cleaning
Cleaning the tray
The polypropylene clip-on trays can be
removed for cleaning. To remove, place a
finger and thumb on the underside of
the U clip, push upwards and remove.
Clean the tray with either a mild detergent
or disinfectant, or pressure wash or
autoclave at a temperature of up to 100°C.
Cleaning the castors
The trolley is supplied with high quality metal castors with an integral
wheel guard. The castors can be removed from the frame by removing
the upper clip on the extension leg. Once removed, wash the castor in a
bucket of mild detergent or disinfectant.
After cleaning ensure both castor and extension leg are thoroughly dry
by applying a water-dispersing agent such as WD40 over the castor
wheel and body prior to reassembly.

Adjusting the height
To release leg for height-adjustment remove
the lower clip.
Move the leg up or down to your ideal height setting,
align with the nearest hole then reinsert the clip. If unable
to achieve an exact height match, make the trolley slightly
higher rather than lower to avoid stooping.
The clip must be fully engaged and secured to the frame
to ensure a positive lock. Ensure that all four legs are
adjusted to the same height. Always test before use.
Ideal height
To determine ideal height for your trolley, stand
as straight as possible (preferably wearing an
everyday pair of shoes) and look straight ahead
with your arms relaxed at your sides.
In this position, the top of the arms should sit
level with your wrist bone when the trolley is
placed in the correct position around your body.
You can measure the distance from your wrist
bone to the floor as a helpful reference for height
adjustment.
Regular maintenance
The leg clips should be regularly inspected to ensure
they are fully inserted and firmly attached. Do not use
unless all four leg clips are secured.
