Please read the following safety instructions carefully before using this product. If you suffer from any of
the medical conditions listed below, pay close attention to your workout time or consult with a doctor
before using this product.

• have a sensory disorder or pacemaker
• suffer from osteoporosis or diabetes
• are pregnant
• have a malignant tumor
• are undergoing medical treatment
• are physically disabled
• have high blood pressure, suffering from acute diseases
• are osteoporosis, vertebral fracture patients, such as muscle disease.
• have the gout, arthritis, joint deformation.

1. Never stand up on the pedals of this product.
2. Always be seated on chairs / sofa / bed side when you do pedaling with this product.
3. Always check and make sure all screws / bolts / knobs / frames / brackets are properly fixed
before using this product for exercise.
4. Always escort and pay attention while patients, disabled and elderly people are using this product.
5. People with heart disease or prohibited to have excited exercise should reduce workout time
unless you have consulted with your doctor.
6. People with wounded or after surgery and not well recovered should not use this product unless
you have consulted with your doctor.
7. Close supervision is necessary when this product is used by, close or next to children, invalids, or
disabled person.
8. This product is designed for home use only.

Installation Instruction:
Step 1: Fixed base stents (5) with base (11). Enter Metal Sleeve (10) into Base Stents (5). Using wrench
to hold one side and spanner to tighten it. Using
Flat washer (26).
Step 2: Fixed arm rest bracket (3) with Socket head bolts (4). Using wrench to hold one side and spanner
to tighten the other side. Using
Step 3: Pulling bolt (7) to adjust height level. Step 4: Fixed the foot bracket (16) with base (11). Using
Flat washer (26).

Step 5: Fixed the foot pedal (19) on the foot bracket (16). The foot pedal is assembled from underneath of
the foot bracket.
Step 6: Fixed the Arc Frame (20) between foot bracket (16) and base stent (5), insert Pulling Bolt (17).
Using resistance knobs to tighten Arc Frame (20) and Arm Rest Bracket (can be done later).
Step 7: Using wrench and spanner to tighten foot pedal and arc frame.
Step 8: Fixed the handle bar (1) on the arm rest bracket (3). Using wrench to hold one side and spanner to
tighten the other side. Using
Flat washer (27).

Step 9: The Dual bike is ready to use.
Step 10: 3 steps to adjust height of the bike:
• Loose the resistance knobs on the arm rest frame (3).
• Pull the Pulling Bolt (7) to adjust height.
• Tighten the resistance knobs on the arm rest frame (3).
• Ready to use again.
Step 11: The pedal strap is adjustable based on your foot size. Detach the strap and chose the girth level
and attach the strap to pedal again.
Step 12: During exercise, rotate the resistance knob on foot pedal or handle bar to adjust resistance level.
ATTENTION:
• When using the dual bike, the legs and arms must be fully relaxed so that proper physical exercise
can be carried out on the legs and arms.
• Always wearing comfortable clothes when doing exercise.
• Reverse-direction exercise may cause harm to the legs and arms.
• Excessive exercising is not recommended. Choose your workout time based on your physical
condition.
• Place the bike on solid, flat floor. When the bike is placed on wooden floor or carpet, put a mat
between bike and floor to protect the floor / carpet from being damaged during exercise.
• The maximum user weight capacity of this bike is 250 lbs.
• Lifting or moving this bike may cause harm to your back or arms. To avoid injury to your body,
always pay attention to safety or ask helpers when you are trying to move this bike.

• Stretching your body properly before exercising on this bike may prevent body injury from
cycling.
