SEGURIDAD
Este manual incluye algunas instrucciones importantes de seguridad e información acerca del
correcto uso del producto, que deben seguirse para evitar problemas innecesarios. Antes de usar
el producto, por favor, lea las instrucciones atentamente.
· No ponga el producto en lugares con temperaturas elevadas, humedad o ambientes polvorientos.
· No ponga el producto dentro de vehículos expuestos al sol con las ventanillas cerradas.
· No tire ni golpee el producto con fuerza. No exponga a fuertes vibraciones la pantalla TFT ya que
puede romperse o funcionar anormalmente.
· Elija el nivel de volumen adecuado, bájelo o apague el aparato si experimenta molestias auditivas.
· Cargue en los casos siguientes: a) Aparece el icono de carga vacía. / b) El aparato se apaga automáticamente a los pocos instantes de encenderlo. / c) Los iconos operativos del equipo no responden. / d) No apague bruscamente el aparato mientras se formatea, carga o descarga, ya que
podría producirse un error de software. / e) El fabricante no se hace responsable de la pérdida de
información causada por daños, mantenimiento u otras razones. Por favor, use el aparato siguiendo las instrucciones del manual.
· No quite la carcasa sin permiso. No limpie el producto con productos como alcohol, disolvente
o benceno.
· No use el producto allí donde estén restringidos los productos electrónicos (como en los aviones).
· No use el producto cuando esté conduciendo o caminando, ya que podría provocar un accidente.
· El puerto USB sólo puede utilizarse para transferir datos.
· El fabricante se reserva el derecho de mejorar el producto sin previo aviso, tanto en su diseño
como en prestaciones.

Gracias por comprar Easy Home Phone 3.5 de Best Buy. Le recomendamos que lea atentamente esta guía para dar los primeros pasos con su
nuevo teléfono.
NOTA: Todas las imágenes del manual son sólo de referencia. No se informará de las cambios
en sus especificaciones o apariencia.
Descripción del teléfono
1. Botones de Volumen: Ajusta el volumen. Manténgalo pulsado para
ajustar rápidamente el nivel del volumen al máximo o el mínimo.

4. Botón Power (encendido): Pulse este botón para encender/apagar la
pantalla. Púlselo de forma prolongada para abrir un menú con opciones
para el Modo Airplane (Avión), el modo Silent (Silencio), el modo Vibration (Vibrador), y para desactivar y volver a encender el teléfono.
5. Botón Menu (Opciones): Pulse este botón para abrir un menú con
elementos que afectan la pantalla o la aplicación actual.
6. Botón Home (Inicio): Pulse el botón para abrir la pantalla de inicio. Si
está visualizando la pantalla de inicio extendida de izquierda o derecha,
pulse esta tecla para abrir la pantalla de inicio central.
7. Botón Back (Atrás): Pulse este botón para ir a la pantalla anterior en la
que estaba trabajando. Si el teclado en pantalla está abierto, púlsela para
cerrar el teclado.

Control de Pantalla
Puede controlar su teléfono a tavés de una serie de operaciones en pantalla.
Tocar: Puede tocar los elementos en pantalla para seleccionar, abrir las
aplicaciones o usar el teclado para introducir caracteres.
Deslizar: Deslice rápidamente su dedo a través de la superficie de la pantalla sin pararse al tocar la pantalla (para no arrastrar algún elemento involuntariamente).
Mantener pulsado: Puede mantener pulsados algunos elementos y así
desplegar su menú si está disponible.
Arrastrar: Puede arrastrar algunos elementos de la pantalla para realizar algunos operativos.
Cambiar entre el modo de pantalla horizontal o vertical: Puede cambiar
entre los modos de pantalla horizontal y vertical simplemente rotando su
teléfono. El modo horizontal solo es válido en algunos modos o programas, tales como la introducción de texto o el visionado de mensajes.
Pellizcar: En algunas aplicaciones
(como Maps y la Galería) usted puede
agrandar o reducir el tamaño poniendo
dos dedos en la pantalla a la vez aproximándolos (para reducir) o separándolos (para agrandar).
Menú de acceso rápido
Si despliega la barra de notificaciones
hacia abajo y pulsa el icono de la parte
superior derecha tendrá acceso rápido
a la configuración básica del teléfono.

Instalación de tarjetas Micro SD y SIM
1- Abra la carcasa posterior de la unidad.
2- Con la batería extraída instale las tarjeta opcional Micro SD (deslizando
hacia la derecha) y levantando el cierre metálico hacia arriba) y las tarjetas SIM (deslizándolas hacia la izquierda). Asegúrese de que las conexiones de las tarjetas y el teléfono coinciden. Asegúrese de bajar y deslizar a
la izquierda el cierre metálico de la tarjeta Micro SD.
3- Instale la batería haciendo coincidir sus conectores con los del teléfono.
4- Cierre la carcasa trasera de la unidad.
Nota: Puede configurar sus tarjetas accediendo a la aplicación Ajustes >
Administración de la tarjeta SIM. Este teléfono puede aceptar hasta dos
tarjetas/ números de teléfono simultáneos.
Carga de batería y primer uso del teléfono
Antes de usar por primera vez el teléfono le recomendamos recargar completamente la batería. Para ello conecte el transformador de la unidad a la
red eléctrica y luego la conexión Micro USB al teléfono.
Se indicará en pantalla el nivel de carga de la batería. Cuando esté la batería cargada mantenga pulsado el botón de encendido (Power) para encender la unidad.
Modo de suspensión
Después de que el teléfono cambie al modo de suspensión, la pantalla se
apagará y se bloqueará. Para volver a utilizarlo siga estos pasos:
1. Presione el botón de encendido para encender la pantalla.
2. Arrastre el ícono de bloqueo a la derecha para desbloquear la pantalla.
Si ha configurado un patrón o una contraseña de desbloqueo, debe dibujar el patrón de desbloqueo o introducir la contraseña para acceder a la interfaz principal.

Barra de estado
En la barra superior, que permanece fija en la pantalla del dispositivo, aparece la hora, notificaciones, estado de la red, Wi-Fi y conexión de datos,
entre otros.
Wi-Fi. Aparece si su dispositivo está conectado a una red Wi-Fi. Le indica
también la intensidad de la señal.
Batería. Indica el nivel de carga de la batería.
Bluetooth®. Aparece si su smartphone tiene activado su Bluetooth®.
Cobertura. Indica la intensidad de señal de cada SIM. Si la conexión de
datos está activada aparecerá al lado de este icono:
G: tráfico de datos GPRS
3G: conexión 3G
H: conexión HSDPA
Abrir y cambiar de aplicación
Abrir y cerrar la pantalla de todas las
aplicaciones
En la pantalla principal (Home) pulse el

Cambiar a una aplicación usada

En la pantalla principal (Home) si mantiene
palsado el icono para ir al pantalla principal
Home se abrirán un mosaico de iconos de
aplicaciones con las que ha trabajado recientemente. Para abrir una aplicación tóquela. Para quitar un icono de la lista
deslícelo a izquierda o derecha.
Pantalla Principal (Home)
Desde todas las aplicaciones, puede:
- Explorar widgets: Toque la pestaña de
widgets en la parte superior de la pantalla
de todas las aplicaciones.
- Conseguir más aplicaciones: Toque el icono de la Play Store en la parte
superior de la pantalla de todas las aplicaciones.
Administrar notificaciones
- Abrir el panel de notificaciones: Cuando aparece una nueva notificación
en la barra de notificaciones, puede arrastrar hacia abajo la barra para abrir
el panel de notificaciones cuando su teléfono haya pasado a modo reposo
o esté en la pantalla de bloqueo.
- Responder a una notificación: Toque dicha notificación.
- Eliminar notificación: Deslícela a un lado.
- Cerrar el panel de notificaciones: Arrastre la pestaña desde su parte inferior hacia la parte superior de la pantalla.
Área mostrada
La pantalla principal (Home) puede extenderse más allá de su anchura para
proporcionar más espacio para enlaces directos, widgets, etc. En la pantalla principal deslice el dedo hacia izquierda o derecha para ver las extensiones correspondientes.

Poner el icono de una aplicación en la pantalla principal (Home)
Mantenga pulsado el icono de la aplicación, deslice el dedo y deje de tocar
el icono allí donde desee situarlo en la pantalla.
Borrar iconos en la pantalla principal
Mantenga pulsado el icono de la aplicación, deslice el dedo hacia el parte
superior de la pantalla y suelte la aplicación en el icono de la papelera.
Usar carpetas
Puede combinar varios iconos de aplicaciones en una misma carpeta.
Suelte un icono de aplicación sobre otro en la pantalla principal Home y se
combinarán ambos en una carpeta. Desde la pantalla principal puede:
- Abrir una carpeta: Toque la carpeta y se abrirá
- Cambiar el nombre de la carpeta: Toque su nombre.
- Mover iconos por su pantalla principal Home: Mantenga pulsado el icono
y deslícelo.
Bandeja de favoritos
Los iconos de aplicaciones que ponga en su bandeja de favoritos permanecerán visibles en cada una de las extensiones de la pantalla principal Home.
- Situar una icono de aplicación en la bandeja de favoritos: Mantenga pulsado y deslice uno de los iconos de Favoritos fuera de la bandeja. Luego
use la misma técnica para mover otro icono a esa posición de la bandeja.
El icono de acceso a todas las aplicaciones en el centro no puede moverse.
Cambio de fondo de pantalla
1. Mantenga pulsada una parte de la pantalla que no esté ocupada en la
pantalla principal Home y aparecerá una lista de opciones.
2. Seleccione un fondo de pantalla mediante la opción que aparece al mantener pulsada la pantalla principal (Home).

Pasar a modo de reposo (Sleep)
El modo de reposo Sleep permite ahorrar batería y también evita que se
hagan operaciones involuntarias. Si su teléfono pasa un rato sin realizar actividades se activará el modo de reposo Sleep automáticamente.
También puede pulsar brevemente el botón de encendido (Power) para
apagar la pantalla y activar el modo reposo directamente.
Activar el teléfono
Tras pasar al modo Sleep la pantalla se apagará y bloqueará. En ese caso,
por favor encienda su teléfono y desbloquee la pantalla si quiere usar el teléfono.
1. Pulse el botón de encendido (Power) para encender la pantalla.
Si ha configurado un patrón de desbloqueo o una contraseña, necesitará
dibujar el patrón o introducir la contraseña para entrar en la interfaz principal. (Para más detalles, por favor siga la ruta Ajustes > Seguridad> Bloqueo de Pantalla).
Hacer y responder llamadas
Nota: Cuando una llamada es respondida
la unidad apagará automáticamente lapantalla por defecto. Si quiere encender
de nuevo la pantalla pulse brevemente el
botón de encendido (Power). También
puede cambiar esta configuración yendo
a Menú > Configuración > Otras configuraciones y cambiando la opción de apagado automático de pantalla.

Todos sus contactos se muestran alfabéticamente en una lista deplegable. Puede deslizar su dedo arriba o abajo para navegar entre ellos rápidamente.

Buscar Contactos
2. Escriba una palabra del nombre del contacto y el teléfono automáticamente listará todos los contactos que coincidan.
Añadir un contacto a favoritos
Puede pulsar un contacto que quiera añadir a favoritos en la interfaz de
añadirlo directamente a Favoritos. Sólo puede añadir a favoritos los contactos guardados anteriormente en el teléfono.
Crear un grupo de contactos
Creando un grupo de contactos puede administrar múltiples contactos y
enviar mensajes a un grupo entero.

Importar/Exportar contactos
1. En Contactos, toque el botón Menú y seleccione Importar/ Exportar.
2. Puede seleccionar su cuenta Google, su tarjeta SIM, contactos del teléfono, almacenamiento del teléfono y tarjeta SD.
Compartir un contacto
Puede compartir un contacto con alguien.
1. En Contactos, pulse sobre el contacto que quiera compartir.
2. Toque el botón Menú y luego pulse el
botón Compatir (Share).
3. Seleccione la aplicación en la que
quiera compartir (Bluetooth®, Email,
Gmail, MMS, SMS y SD Card).
Mensajes
Mediante la opción de Mensajes puede
enviar o recibir mensajes de texto y mensajes multimedia.
En la pantalla de inicio (Home) o en la
pantalla de todas las aplicaciones toque el
icono de mensajes para abrirlo.

Hilo de Mensajes
Los mensajes de un contacto o número de teléfono se agruparán en un

En la pantalla de mensajes pulse el botón Menú y luego pulse la opción
de borrar todos los hilos para eliminarlos.

Configuración
Conexión de red
Su teléfono se puede conectar a Internet,
por lo que necesitará pagar algún servicio
de datos. Para más detalles, consulte con
su proveedor de red.
Maneras de conectarse a Internet
Su teléfono puede conectarse a Internet a
través de la conexión GSM/WCDMA del
móvil o a través de conexión Wi-Fi.
Administración tarjetas SIM
Con esta opción puede configurar qué tarjeta SIM debe usar el teléfono
para llamadas de voz, video llamada, mensajes o conexión de datos. También puede ligar un usuario a una tarjeta SIM específica y configurar el
modo Roaming.
Wi-Fi
Encender/ apagar Wi-Fi
1. En la pantalla principal (Home), pulse el
botón Menu y luego seleccione la opción de
configuración del sistema (System settings).
2. Encienda la función Wi-Fi tocando el
icono de encendido y deslizando a la derecha. Para apagarlo deslícelo a la izquierda.
Conexión Wi-Fi
1. En la pantalla principal (Home) pulse el
botón Menú y seleccione la opción de configuración del sistema (System settings).

2. Encienda la función Wi-Fi.
3. Toque la opción Wi-Fi. Su teléfono buscará automáticamente las redes
inalámbricas Wi-Fi cercanas.
4. Seleccione una red de la lista a la que quiera conectarse.
- Si selecciona una red abierta su teléfono se conectará automáticamente
a ella.
- Si selecciona una red segura, tendrá que conocer e introducir la contraseña correspondiente.
Bluetooth®
A través de la función Bluetooth, puede intercambiar datos con otros dispositivos
cercanos que dispongan de esta conexión
inalámbrica. En algunos casos pueden
producirse interferencias si existen obstáculos físicos u otros dispositivos electrónicos en el entorno.
Encender/ Apagar la función Bluetooth
1. En la pantalla principal (Home), pulse el
botón Menú y toque la opción de ajustes
del sistema (system settings).
2. Deslice el botón de encendido/ apagado
cerca de la opción Bluetooth para encender o apagar la función.
Enlace
1. Toque la opción Bluetooth cuando esta esté activa para buscar automáticamente dispositivos. Su teléfono mostrará todos los dispositivos cercanos que encuentre.
2. Pulse la identificación del dispositivo deseado. Puede que necesite una
contraseña de ese dispositivo para emparejarlo (consulte las instrucciones del dispositivo a emparejar).
Uso de datos
Muestra el uso del tráfico de datos en la
red.
Más…
Modo Avión
En areas en las que el uso del móvil está
restringida puede activar el modo Avión
para desactivar las funciones de teléfono
pero pudiendo usar otras funciones de su
teléfono como el calendario, música y juegos. En el modo Avión no podrá realizar ni
contestar llamadas.
1. En la pantalla de inicio (Home) pulse el
botón Menú y luego pulse siga la ruta Configuración del sistema> Más…
2. Valide la opción de modo Avión. El teléfono desconectará las conexiones inalámbricas en este modo.
Consejo: En la pantalla de inicio (Home) puede mantener pulsado el botón
Power y luego seleccionar el modo Avión.
VPN
Puede crear una red privada dentro de una red pública mediante esta tecnología. Se conoce como punto de conexión virtual portátil.
Anclaje a Red y Zona Wi-Fi
Puede conectar un disposito a la conexión 3G para compartir el acceso a
Internet. Puede hacer la conexión a través de Wi-Fi o Bluetooth.
Redes móviles (conexión de datos GSM/WCDMA)
Pueden haber diferentes redes móviles disponibles según el lugar donde
se encuentre. Inicialmente, su teléfono está configurado para usar la red
de móvil más rápida de entre las disponibles para la transmisión de datos.
También puede configurar su teléfono para acceder a diferentes tipos de

redes o actuar de forma específica en el modo ‘roaming’.
Los iconos de la barra de estado indican a que tipo de red de datos se está
conectado.
En la pantalla principal (Home) toque el botón Menú y luego siga la ruta
Ajustes > Más…> Redes móviles para personalizar su configuración.
Dispositivo
Perfiles de Audio
Toque el botón Menu y luego siga la ruta
Ajustes > Perfiles de Audio, podrá configurar la unidad con uno de estos perfiles
predefinidos.
configurar el volumen del timbre de llamada, las alarmas y notificaciones, configurar el tipo de timbre para notificaciones,
llamadas de voz y videollamadas, etc.
Silencio: Silencia todos los sonidos (incluidos los de llamadas y notificaciones)
excepto el audio de música, vídeos y otras alarmas de despertador (por
ejemplo) y reproducciones multimedia que utilice.
Reunión: Hace vibrar el teléfono cuando hay una llamada entrante.
Exterior: Hace vibrar y sonar al máximo el volumen del teléfono cuando
hay una llamada entrante.
Pantalla
Pulse Ajustes > Pantalla
Notificaciones en pantalla de bloqueo: Puede seleccionar la opción de
mostrar notificaciones en la pantalla de bloqueo.
Fondo de pantalla (Wallpaper): Elija un fondo de pantalla.
Rotación automática de pantalla: Configura la posibilidad de rotar la

General: Toque el icono

Almacenamiento
Para copiar archivos entre el PC y su tarjeta de teléfono SD tiene que configurar la
tarjeta SD como dispositivo de almacenamiento masivo USB.
1. Conecte su teléfono al PC mediante un
cable USB.
2. Toque la opción para encender el dispositivo de almacenamiento USB.
En este modo no podrá acceder a la tarjeta
SD desde su teléfono, por lo que no podrá
utilizar aplicaciones que dependan de la
tarjeta SD, tales como la Cámara, la Gale-
ría y el reproductor de Música.
Extraer la tarjeta SD de forma segura
Despliegue hacia abajo el panel de notificaciones y pulse la opción de apagar el almacenamiento masivo USB.
Comprobar el espacio disponible en la tarjeta SD
1. En la pantalla principal (Home), pulse el botón Menu y luego pulse la
Configuración del Sistema.
2. Pulse la opción de Almacenamiento (Storage).
Borrar la tarjeta SD
1. En la pantalla principal (Home) pulse el botón Menu y luego toque la
opción de Ajustes.

Screen control
You can control your phone through a series of operations on the screen.
Touch: You can touch the items on the screen to select, to open the ap-
plications or to use the keyboard to input characters.
Swipe or slide: Quickly move your finger across the surface of the screen,
without pausing when you first touch (so you don't drag something ins-
tead).
Touch & hold: You can touch & hold some items to get the item’s availa-
ble menu.
Drag: You can drag some items on the screen to realize some operations.
Switch between landscape mode and portrait mode: You can switch to
the landscape mode by rotating your phone. The landscape mode is only
valid under some interfaces, such as the text input interface, the message
viewing interface, etc.
Pinch: In some apps (such as Maps
and Gallery), you can zoom in and out
by placing two fingers on the screen at
once and pinching them together (to
zoom out) or spreading them apart (to
zoom in).

Installation of Micro SD and SIM Cards
1- Open the rear housing of the unit.
2- Once the battery has been taken out, install the optional card Micro SD
(sliding it to the right) and lifting up the metal seal) and the SIM cards (sli-
ding them to the left). Make sure that the card and phone connections coin-
cide. Make sure you lower the metal seal of the Micro SD card and slide it
to the left.
3- Install the battery, making its connectors coincide with those of the
phone.
4- Close the rear housing of the unit.
Note: You can configure your cards by accessing the application Adjus-
tments > SIM Card administration. This phone may take up to two cards/
phone numbers simultaneously.
Charging the battery and first use of the phone
Before using the phone for the first time, we would recommend you to to-
tally recharge the battery. With this in mind, connect the transformer of
the unit to the electrical mains and then the Micro USB connection to the
phone. The battery charging level will be displayed on the screen. Once
the battery has been charged, keep the Power button pressed in to turn the
unit on.
Sleep mode
After the phone has changed to sleep mode, the screen will go off and
lock. To use it again follow these steps:
1. Press the power button to turn on the screen.
2. Drag the lock icon to the right to unlock the screen. If you have confi-
gured an unlock pattern or key, you must draw the unlock pattern or enter
the password to access the main interface.

Status bar
The upper bar which remains fixed on the device screen displays the time,
notifications, network status, Wi-Fi and data connection amongst other
things.
Wi-Fi. This appears when your device is connected to a Wi-Fi network. It
also indicates the signal intensity.
Battery. This displays the battery charging level.
Bluetooth®. This appears of your smartphone has its Bluetooth® con-
nected.
Coverage. Displays the signal intensity of each SIM. If the data connection
is enabled, it will appear alongside this icon:

tab at the top of any All Apps screen.
- Get more apps: Touch the Play Store icon

Manage notifications
- Open notifications panel: When a new notification appears on the notifi-
cation bar, you can drag the notification bar down from the top of the
screen to open notifications panel when your phone has been in idle mode
or lock the screen.
- Respond to a notification: Touch it.
- Dismiss a notification: Swipe it sideways.
- Close notifications panel: Drag the tab at the bottom of the notification
panel to the top of the screen.
Display area
The home screen can be extended to exceed the screen’s width in order
to provide more space for newly added shortcuts, widgets, etc.
On the home screen, slide your finger on the screen to extend to the left
or right.

Place an app icon on a Home screen
Touch & hold the app icon, slide your finger, and lift your finger to drop
the icon in place.
Delete items on the homepage
Touch & hold the app icon, slide your finger toward the top of the screen,
and drop the app over the Remove icon.
Use folders
You can combine several app icons in a folder. Drop one app icon over
another on a Home screen, and the two icons will be combined.
From any Home screen, you can
- Open a folder: Touch it. The folder opens:
- Rename a folder: Touch its name.
- Move icons around your Home screens: Touch, hold and slide.
Favorites tray
The app icons you keep in the favorites tray remain visible on every Home
screen.
- Place an app icon in the Favorites tray: Touch, hold, & slide to move one
of the Favorites icons out of the tray. Then use the same technique to move
another one into the same position.
The All Apps icon in the center is permanent, you can't move it.
Change wallpaper
1. Touch & hold anywhere that’s not occupied on the home screen. A list
of options appears.
2. Select wallpaper from Gallery/ LiveWallpapers/ Wallpapers.

Switch to sleep mode
Sleep mode is a kind of power saving mode,which also helps to prevent
inadvertent operations. If your phone has been in idle mode for a while, it
will automaticallyswitch to sleep mode.
You can also press the Power key to turn off the screen and enable sleep
mode.
Wake up your phone
After the phone switches to the sleep mode, the screen will be turned off
and locked. In this case, please awake your phone and unlock the screen
if you want to use your phone.
1. Press the Power key to turn on the screen.
2. Drag the icon to the right tounlock the screen.
If you've set anunlockpattern or password, youneed to draw the unlock
pattern or input the password to enter the main interface. (For details, ple-

Airplane mode
In areas where the use of mobile devices

Tethering & Portable hotspot
