This fixture has the electrical leads positioned for a center feed, with 10” offset capability.

1. Carefully remove parts from package.

2. Remove the two (2) Decorative Caps to release the Canopy (A) from the Mounting Plate (B).

3. Position the Mounting Plate on the ceiling and mark screw locations at the (4) Keyhole Slots (C).
Make your mark at the centerline of the Mounting Plate, which is the narrow end of the Keyhole Slot.

NOTE: Handle the Mounting Plate and Canopy carefully so to not scratch the finish of the Canopy.

4. Using the zinc anchors and Mounting Screws provided (D), install the Mounting Screws into the ceiling.
Do not tighten screws completely, leave about 1/2” of threading on the screws.

5. Connect the extension leads to the house supply wires, black to black and white to white, and secure
with wirenuts provided (E). Attach the house ground wire to the bare copper lead from the Mounting Plate,
and secure with the provided wirenut (F). Push wirenuts and wires back in to Outlet Box (G), then extend
the extension leads through the center opening on the mounting plate.

6. Align the circular openings on the Keyhole Slots with the Mounting Screws (D) on the ceiling,
then raise the Mounting Plate over the Screws. Position the Mounting Plate so the Screws
are at the narrow end and then tighten the screws.

7. Connect the electrical leads from the fixture tranformer to the extension leads, black to black
and white to white, and secure with wirenuts provided (H).

8. Raise the Canopy (A) over the Mounting Plate (B) so the threaded stubs extend through the circular
openings. Secure the Canopy using the two (2) Decorative Caps.

9. Place the Decorative Cap (I) over the threaded nipple on the canopy, then attach the Besa Quick Connect
Element (J). The Besa Quick Connect Element is furnished separately.

10. For installation of the Glass Shades, please refer to the GLASS SHADE INSTALLATION GUIDE
that is included with the Pendant Cord Sets.

11. Restore power.

All electrical connections and the installation of this fixture must be in agreement with local codes,
ordinances or the NEC (National Electric Code) or CEC (Canadian Electrical Code).
Do not connect this fixture to an electrical system that does not provide a means for equipment grounding.
