Gefahrenhinweise
Achtung! Einbau und Montage elektrischer Geräte
dürfen nur durch eine Elektrofachkraft erfolgen.
Bei Nichtbeachtung können Schäden am Gerät,
Brand oder andere Gefahren entstehen.
Zur Vermeidung eines elektrischen Schlages vor
Arbeiten am Gerät oder an der Last freischalten
(Sicherungsautomat ausschalten).
Funktion
Das RolloTec® Trennrelais wird zwischen
Bedienstelle und Motoren installiert, wenn zwei
konventionelle motorische Antriebe von einer
Bedienstelle aus angesteuert werden. Als
Bedienstelle eignen sich alle RolloTec
®
-Steuerungen,
EIB-Steuerungen sowie Jalousie-Schalter oder Taster.
Die Hinweise der Motorenhersteller bezüglich der
Umschaltzeit bei Fahrtrichtungswechsel sind
einzuhalten, um Schäden an den Motoren zu
vermeiden.
Sollen mehr als 2 Motoren parallel geschaltet werden,
können mehrere Trennrelais eingesetzt werden. In
diesem Fall werden alle Jalousien zentral über eine
Bedienstelle gesteuert (siehe Bild A).
Schließen Sie max. 6-8 Motoren an einen
Sicherungsautomaten an (Stromaufnahme beachten).
Ansonsten Last auf mehrere Sicherungsautomaten
aufteilen.
Sollen die Jalousien von mehreren Bedienstellen aus
gesteuert werden, kann dies nur über die
Nebenstellen der RolloTec®-Einsätze erfolgen (Siehe
Bild B).
Hinweise
•
Der Anschluss von 2 Bedienstellen an ein
Trennrelais ist nicht zulässig. Gleichzeitiges
Betätigen in unterschiedliche Richtungen
würde eine Zerstörung der Motoren oder der
Bedienstellen bewirken.
•
Nur Jalousien- bzw. Rollladenmotoren mit
Endlagenschalter (mechanisch oder
elektronisch) verwenden.
Montage
Trennrelais REG
Montieren Sie das Trennrelais REG ausschließlich in
Verteilerkästen oder in Schaltschränken auf einer
35 mm Hutschiene.
Trennrelais UP/AP
Montieren Sie das Trennrelais UP/AP in einer
Unterputzdose mit Abdeckung per Blindverschluss
oder hinter einem RolloTec
®
Einsatz oder in einer
separaten Abzweigdose. Die Schutzart ist abhängig
von der verwendeten Abzweigdose.

Safety warnings
Attention: Electrical equipment must be installed
and fitted by qualified electricians.
Failure to observe any of the installation
instructions may result in irreparable damage, in
fire and in other hazards. To prevent electric
shocks, disconnect the mains supply (by cutting
out the circuit breaker) before working on the load
or on the device itself.
REG
RolloTec
®
Function
The RolloTec® cut-off relay is installed between the
control element and the motors when two
conventional drive motors are to be controlled from
one control element. Among the control elements that
can be used are all RolloTec
®
controls, EIB controls
and blind/shutter switches or pushbuttons.
The instructions of the motor manufacturers
concerning the switch-over time at changes of the
running direction must be observed to avoid
damage to the motors.
If more than 2 motors are to be connected in parallel,
several cut-off relays can be used. In this case, all
blind/shutters are controlled centrally from one control
element (see fig. A).
Do not connect more than 6-8 motors at maximum to
one circuit breaker (observe the current rating). In all
other cases, distribute the load over more than one
circuit breaker.
If the blinds/shutters are to be controlled from more
than one control element, this can only be
accomplished with the extension units for the
RolloTec
®
inserts (see fig. B).
Important
•
It is not permitted to connect 2 control
elements to a single cut-off relay.
Simultaneous actuation of different running
directions would inevitably cause irreparable
damage to the motors or the control elements.
•
Use only blind or shutter motors equipped
with limit switches (mechanical or electronic).
Fitting
Rail-mounted cut-off relay REG
Install the cut-off relay REG only in distributions or
control cabinets on a 35 mm DIN rail.
Flush- or surface-mounted cut-off relays UP/AP
Install the cut-off relay UP/AP in a flush-mounting box
with blind-plate cover or behind a RolloTec
®
insert or
in a separate distribution box. The type of protection
achieved is dependent on the distribution box used.
