Exclusive
EXCLUSIVE represents Beretta top of the
range wall-hung boiler.
Its wide offer includes both room-sealed
models, with outputs of 26, 30 and 35kW (combi and only heating versions), and conventional flue models, with outputs of 24 and 28kW (combi and only heating versions).
Efficiency ★★★, the highest according
to European Directive EEC 92/42, on room-sealed models (C.S.I. and R.S.I.).
Exclusive MIX system: continuous
electronic air/gas modulation, ensuring high efficiency in any operation mode (on room-sealed models: C.S.I. and R.S.I.).
“Survivor” function in DHW mode,
allowing the boiler, in the event of failure of the DHW NTC probe, to continue to operate.
Reduced waiting time for DHW supply
thanks to pre-heating function (on combi models).
Clever and intuitive control panel with
backlit display.
S.A.R.A. and S.A.R.A. Booster systems:
automatic temperature control in heating mode (see dedicated section).
Built-in climatic thermoregulation that can
be activated through the external probe (as option) for a high comfort level inside the house.
3-speed circulator with 5 metres head (6
metres head on the 35 kW model). Electrical protection IPX5D. Hydraulic connections, gas and DHW taps
supplied as standard. EXCLUSIVE can be converted to LPG
through specific LPG kit (as option). The lower connections cover, supplied
as standard, allows to hide hydraulic
connections, ensuring a tidy installation.
The simplicity of comfort
EXCLUSIVE is characterized by an essential and stylish design. The control panel is located under a modern flap from which appears a wide LCD display that shows all information about the boiler status. By simply rotating two knobs, it is possible to set CH and DHW temperatures. By simply pushing a button, you can choose your comfort level and activate the Easy Filling system, when the boiler requires it. The control panel also integrates the thermoregulation function (external probe as option).

Winter Summer
Central heating ON and domestic hot water activated. In this mode S.A.R.A. system (Automatic Temperature Control) can be enabled by positioning the water temperature between 55°C and 65°C. This setting is recommended in spring and autumn, or in areas or periods in which winter is not hard.
Winter comfort
Faster heating and domestic hot water. In this mode S.A.R.A. Booster system (Automatic Temperature Control) is enabled. The domestic hot water Pre-heating function is activated, thus allowing a quicker DHW delivery. This setting is recommended in cold areas, or during the hard winter periods.
Central heating OFF and domestic hot water activated.
Summer comfort
Central heating OFF and optimum stabilization of DHW temperature. The burner is continuously kept on at the minimum power during the small DHW demands, avoiding in this way that the burner switches off every time when the domestic water from the net is slightly warm. This feature allows an optimum temperature stabilization of DHW.
Winter
Central heating ON (domestic hot water available only if an external tank is connected). In this mode S.A.R.A. Booster system (Automatic Temperature Control) is activated.
Summer
Central heating OFF (domestic hot water available only if an external tank is connected).
Easy Filling
On combi models is activated the innovative Easy Filling system:
New
The first boiler with a new semi-automatic filling system.
Safe
Thanks to a double control of the pressure, the filling is automatically stopped if it detects any leak in the system, so as not to worsen the loss.
On only heating models, filling is done through an external tap.
Smart
It alerts you when you need to fill the system before the pressure drops below the lockout level.
Easy
Filling the system has never been so simple: one push of the button is enough.

S.A.R.A. and S.A.R.A. Booster systems
S.A.R.A. and S.A.R.A. Booster systems (Automatic Temperature Control), patented by Beretta, are designed to provide a high comfort level in the central heating mode, allowing you to reach the desired room temperature more rapidly. When there is a demand for heating, the appliance will automatically raise the heating flow temperature every 20 minutes
with S.A.R.A. or every 10 minutes with S.A.R.A. Booster, by 5 °C steps (see
diagram).
When the heating request has been satisfied, the boiler automatically restores the flow temperature to the setted value, thus allowing a better temperature stability of the radiators. EXCLUSIVE integrates on all combi models both systems, providing maximum comfort in every climate condition. S.A.R.A. Booster is automatically activated by selecting WINTER COMFORT on the control panel. This setting is recommended
in cold areas, or during the hard winter periods. S.A.R.A. is activated by selecting WINTER on the control panel and by setting the temperature of the central heating circuit between 55°C and 65°C. This setting is recommended in spring and autumn, or in areas or periods when winter is not hard. On the only heating models, S.A.R.A. Booster is always activated in WINTER mode.

The MIX system
All the room-sealed models of EXCLUSIVE range are equipped with the “MIX system”, that maintains the air/gas ratio always optimal, by controlling the fan speed. In this way EXCLUSIVE ensures high efficiency performance in each mode of operation, with a consequent reduction in the consumption of gas and electricity. Moreover, thanks to the “MIX system”, EXCLUSIVE boilers fit flues of different lengths for a maximum flexibility of installation.

Climatic Thermoregulation: more comfort and saving
The built-in climatic Thermoregulation is a standard feature for the whole EXCLUSIVE range. Your installer just has to connect the external sensor (optional) to EXCLUSIVE electronic board, to enable this function.
The Thermoregulation function adjusts the boiler operation according to the external climate changes in order to optimize comfort and maximize saving.
