TV Tuner Installation Guide

Installing the tuner

1. Turn off the LCD display. Disconnect the display from the power outlet
and remove all connected audio and video signal cables.

2. Place the display on a flat and stable surface and then put a piece of dry,
soft and clean cloth in appropriate size in front of the display. Slowly tilt
the display forward against the cloth until the display completely lies
down.

3. Locate the tuner slot cover on
the display as indicated by the
white circle in the illustration.

4. Remove the tuner slot cover as
shown.

5. Insert the tuner all the way
into the tuner slot. Note the
direction of the tuner when
inserting.

6. Use the screw and a suitable
screwdriver to secure the
tuner on the display.

7. Install the plastic cover.

8. Revert the display to its original upright position and connect a TV
antenna or CATV cable to the connector on the tuner.

9. Reconnect all audio, video signal and power cables and turn on the dis­play.

10. Refer to the instructions in the User's Manual of the display to search

and store TV channels.

Instalación del sintonizador

1. Apague la pantalla LCD. Desconecte la pantalla de la toma de corriente y
quite todos los cables de audio y video.

2. Coloque el monitor en una superficie plana y estable y luego ponga un
paño limpio, seco y suave del tamaño apropiado, frente a la pantalla.
Incline poco a poco la pantalla hacia el frente, contra el paño, hasta que
quede completamente sobre él.

3. Localice la cubierta de la
ranura para el sintonizador en
la pantalla, tal como indica el
círculo blanco en la
ilustración.

4. Quite la cubierta de la ranura
como se indica.

5. Inserte el sintonizador por
completo en la ranura. Preste
atención a la orientación del
sintonizador cuando lo
inserte.

6. Utilice el tornillo y un
desarmador adecuado para
fijar el sintonizador en la
pantalla.

7. Instale la cubierta de plástico.

8. Vuelva a colocar la pantalla en su posición original y conecte una antena
de TV o cable en la entrada del sintonizador.

9. Vuelva a conectar todos los cables de audio, video y de corriente y
encienda la pantalla.

10. Consulte las instrucciones en el manual del usuario de la pantalla para

buscar los canales de TV y almacenarlos.
