Industrial Moulder
A high performance industrial moulding system for dough types which need to be degassed in
order to achieve a fine regular crumb structure. All kinds of products can be processed with a
minimum of stress.
Unique drum sheeting principle
The dough sheet stays central, hardly shrinks back and can be stretched as it is pulled off the
drum. The Teflon sheeting roller is pressure adjustable. Towards the end of the dough piece the
pressure overcomes the smaller dough mass and sheets thinner. This reduces the thickness of
the seam and allows a better presentation for freestanding and open top tin bread.
Moulding
Over the years, the diversity
of dough types has increased.
Manual dough processing
is replaced by dedicated
automation, increasing
quality and throughput.

BM600
An industrial moulder suitable for a wide range of dough consistencies and final product
presentations. Relatively short products or extra long products, completely cylindrical or taper
shaped, seeded externally or internally; the moulder can be customized to your needs.
The BM600 is especially designed in order to achieve a reproducible, uniform and high quality
product. Characteristic features of the BM600 are: easy access to components and controls
during production and maintenance and the easy clean design.

Options
In order to adapt the moulding system to your requirements, many options are
available.
For depositing, the product can be positioned directly or via a pneumatically
operated valve system;
The scope of supply can be extended with a panning conveyor;
A retracting belt can be integrated if the strap conveyor is positioned at a right
angle to the moulder;
In relation to product presentation a 4-pieces device can be installed;
For decoration a seeding unit with removable bin will be positioned in front of
the lengthening board.
As an option the required moulding settings can be automated as recipe
parameter (moulding opening, moulding pressure, height of lengthening
board with distance of side guides).
