Our history

Formed in July 2004, Bendix Spicer Foundation Brake LLC combines and expands the complementary wheel-end and foundation brake technologies of two global leaders – Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems and Dana Corporation. The joint venture, your single complete source for brake system design, manufacturing, hardware and support for all foundation brake components and actuation systems, includes all-makes coverage of more than 50,000 mediumand heavy-duty aftermarket parts.
