Troubleshooting
• Do not use liquid to clean the speaker or other devices.
• Do not use abrasive cleaners to clean the speaker
• Dispose of the battery and the speaker according to local
regulations. Do not dispose of them as household waste.
If you cannot connect the speaker to your device, please try the
following:
– Ensure that the speaker is charged, switched on, paired with and
connected to your device
– Check the speaker is within 30 feet of your device and that
there are no obstructions (such as walls or other electronic devices)
between the speaker and the device.
– Only one device may be paired to the speaker one at a time, so
please ensure there are no conicting Bluetooth devices trying to
connect to the speaker
