IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS

When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be
followed including the following:

1. READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS.

2. DO NOT touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs.

3. To protect against electrical shock do not immerse cord, plugs,
in water or other liquid.

4. Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.

5. Unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Allow to cool before
putting on or taking off parts.

6. DO NOT operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug or after the
appliance malfunctions or has been damaged in any manner. Return appliance
to the nearest authorized service facility for examination, repair, or adjustment.

7. The use of accessory attachments not recommended by the appliance
manufacturer may cause injuries.

8. DO NOT use outdoors.

9. DO NOT let cord hang over edge of table or counter, or touch hot surfaces.

10. DO NOT place on or near a hot gas or electric burner, or in a heated oven.

11. Extreme caution must be used when moving an appliance containing hot oil or
other hot liquids.

12. Always attach plug to appliance rst, then plug cord into the wall outlet.
To disconnect, turn any control dial to “OFF”, then remove plug from wall outlet.

13. DO NOT use appliance for other than intended use.

14. Use extreme caution when removing tray or disposing of hot grease.

15. Oversize foods or metal utensils must not be inserted in a Countertop Oven as
they may create a re or risk of electric shock.

16. A re may occur if the Countertop Oven is covered or touching ammable
material, including curtains, draperies, walls, and the like, when in operation.

17. DO NOT store any item on top of the appliance when in operation.

18. DO NOT clean with metal scouring pads. Pieces can break off the pad and
touch electrical parts involving a risk of electric shock.

19. Extreme caution should be exercised when using containers constructed of
other than metal or glass.

20. DO NOT store any materials, other than manufacturers recommended
accessories, in this oven when not in use.

21. DO NOT place any of the following materials in the oven: paper, cardboard,
plastic, etc.

22. DO NOT cover crumb tray or any part of the oven with metal foil.
This will cause overheating of the oven.

23. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with
reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and
knowledge unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning
use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.

24. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the
appliance.

25. The appliance is not intended to be operated by means of an external timer or
separate remote-control system.

26. Place the Countertop Oven at least 2 to 4-inches away from the wall to allow
heat ow without causing damage to cabinets and walls.

CAUTION HOT SURFACES: This appliance generates heat and escaping steam
during use. Proper precautions must be taken to prevent the risk of burns, res,
or other injury to persons or damage to property.

instructions is not qualied to operate this appliance. All users of this appliance
must read and understand this owner’s manual before operating
or cleaning this appliance.

2. If this appliance falls or accidentally becomes immersed in water, unplug it

NOTES ON THE CORD

The provided short power-supply cord should be used to reduce the risk of
entanglement and tripping over a longer cord. Do not use an extension cord with
this product.

NOTES ON THE PLUG

This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). To reduce
the risk of electric shock, this plug will t in a polarized outlet only one way. If the
plug does not t fully into the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not t, contact
a qualied electrician. Do not modify the plug in any way.

PLASTICIZER WARNING

To prevent Plasticizers from migrating to the nish of the counter top or table
top or other furniture, place NON-PLASTIC coasters or place mats between the
appliance and the nish of the counter top or table top. Failure to do so may
cause the nish to darken; permanent blemishes may occur or stains can appear.

ELECTRIC POWER

If the electrical circuit is overloaded with other appliances, your appliance may
not operate properly. It should be operated on a separate electrical circuit from
other appliances.

• Remove all protec tive lm, accessories and shipping mate rials packed inside the oven; peel of f clear
protec tive lm fro m control pa nel.

• Wash all removable p arts in war m soapy wate r. Wipe the inside of the oven wi th a damp cloth o r
sponge. Blot dry wi th paper tow els to be sure t he unit is dry before using.

• Place oven on a at counter or other stable s urface . Place the C ountert op Oven at lea st 2 to 4-inches
away from t he wall to allow heat ow with out causin g damage to cabinets and w alls.

DO NOT OPER ATE ON THE SAME CI RCUIT WIT H ANOTHER APP LIANCE.

• Make sure the Crumb Tray is properly installed b elow the lower heating el ements before using .

• Insert rever sible oven rack halfway into lower rack slo t position .

• Lift oven door to bring up the rack hooks, then slide the r ack along the slots until i t engages with
thehooks.

IMPORTANT: The rack will not slide forward when the door is open unless it is inside the hooks
on the door (Figure 2).

NOTE: The hooks only function when rack is the lower slot.

• Close oven door, notin g that rack s lides comp letely int o oven.

• Select a loca tion where t his unit is to be u sed allowin g enough
space b etween t he back of the unit and the wall t o allow heat
ow witho ut damage to c abinets and walls.

• Remove tie from co rd and unwind .

• Plug unit into electrical outlet.

NOTE: During rst few minutes of use you may notice smoke
and slight odor. This is normal and should cause no concern.

• Before using for the rst tim e, set the Temper ature Dial t o 350°F, the fun ction set ting on BAKE
and the timer to 15 minutes without any fo od in oven to burn o ff any oils remained from
manufacturing.

IMPORTANT: The oven gets hot when in use. Always use oven mitts or pot holders when touching
the outer or inner surface of the oven.

How To Use the Countertop Oven

• Place the oven rack in position that will ac commoda te the height o f the food to be c ooked.
Be sure tha t the food is a t least 1 ½ inches away from the upper or lo wer heating elements .

• Set the food on the r ack. Make s ure that you al ways use ovenproof cont ainers, never use plas tic
or cardb oard containers in the ov en. Do not put any contain ers direc tly onto the l ower heating
elements.

• Never use glass, ceramic pans or contain ers with lids.

• Do not let juices run to the bot tom of the oven. Use the b aking pan and crumb tray when cookin g.

• Turn the Tempera ture Dial to the desired c ooking temperatur e.

• Securely shu t the door and set the cook ing time to beg in operating the oven.

Control Panel

IMPORTANT: When using the timer for less than 10 minutes,
turn the dial past the 10 minute mark and then turn back to
theappropriate time/ toast browning setting.

Temperature Dial

Turn the Temperature Dial clockwise to the desired setting.
The temperature can be set from 150 °F (65 °C) to 450 °F
(230 °C). To keep food warm after it has been cooked,
set the Function Dial to warm.

FUNCTION DIAL

This oven offers different functions for versatile cooking all
in one appliance.

• BAKE: Both the upper a nd lower heating elemen ts are
operational in this setting.

• BROIL: Only the u pper heating element s are opera tional
in this set ting. Turn the Temperature Dial to MAX
for optimal performance.

• TOAS T: The upper and lower he ating elements
are operational. Turn the Temp erature Di al to MAX
for optimal performance.

• BAGEL: Only the upper h eating ele ments are op erational.
Turn the Temperat ure Dial to MA X for optimal per formance.

• WARM

Power Indicator Light

The power indicator light will illuminate when the unit is plugged in and the time has been set, or STAY
ON has been selected. When the time set has expired, or the Timer Dial has been turned to the OFF
position, the power indicator light will turn off.

TIMER/TOAST DIAL

• OFF: Turn the Timer Dial to the OFF position when cooking is complete. The power indicator light will go off.

• STAY ON: When cooking for more than 30 minutes, or to c ook manually for an unlimite d amount
of time, tur n the Timer Dial to STAY ON to turn the Countertop O ven ON. The p ower indicator
light will illuminate.
NOTE: Br ead may catch re if the toasting time i s setting too long. Close super vision is necessar y
during toasting.

• Toast Browning:

• 0-30 MINUT ES: To begin opera tion, set th e time by turnin g the dial clockwise t o STAY ON or to the
desire d cooking time. Cook tim e may be adjus ted during an y cooking c ycle. Turn the Tim er Dial to
the desir ed time and continue coo king. When the time set ha s expired, the Timer Dial w ill move to
the OFF position, a bell will be heard a nd the Count ertop Oven will automa tically turn OFF. When
the Timer Dial is in the OFF p osition, the oven will not operate.

Cooking Instructions

BAKE

• Insert sliding oven rack into lower rack position, e ngaging rack hooks as directed in
BEFORE US ING FOR THE FIRST TIME.

• Turn Temperature Dial to des ired bake te mperatur e.

• Turn Function Dial to BAK E.

• Set Timer Dial to t he desired bake time, inc luding the pr eheat time . The power indicator lig ht
will illuminate.

NOTE: For bes t results, preheat the Coun tertop O ven before baking.
NOTE: To set the time r for less than 10 minutes, al ways turn the T imer Dial to 10 min utes and the n

rotate back to your ch osen time. T his will ensure an accur ate cooking time.

• Set Timer Dial to S TAY ON to bake longer than 3 0 minutes or to manually control the co oking time.
The Coun tertop O ven will NOT stop automati cally and will continue to cook until th e Timer Dial
is turned to OFF.

IMPORTANT: You mus t set the timer or sele ct STAY ON for the oven to turn on.

• Place the bakin g pan on the wire rack once preheating is complet e.

• When BAKE time s et has elapsed, a signal w ill sound, and t he Timer Dial will nish in the OFF
position. The Coun tertop O ven and power indicator li ght will turn OFF.
NOTE: To stop b aking at any time, turn the T IMER DIAL to O FF.

• Open the Oven door. Using oven mit ts or pot holders, slid e the oven rack out to remove the cooked
food. Unp lug Countertop Oven w hen not in use .

BROIL
WARNING: N EVER LEAVE COUNTERTOP OVE N UNATTENDED D URING BRO ILING.

• When broiling, on ly the upper h eating elements will operate. T his setti ng should be used for
browning the top surface of food or broiling ch ops, stea ks, etc.

• Insert oven ra ck into uppe r rack posi tion,

• Turn Temperature Dial to MA X.

• Turn Function Dial to BROI L.

• Set Timer Dial to t he desired broil time. T he power indi cator light w ill illuminat e.
NOTE: To set th e timer for less than 10 minute s, always turn the Timer D ial to 10 minutes a nd then
rotate back to your ch osen time. T his will ensure an accur ate cooking time.
NOTE: Do not se t the Timer D ial to the STAY ON positi on when broiling.

• Place food on bak e pan for broiling. Always use the bake pan on the oven rack w hen broilin g.
Do not cove r the oven rac k with aluminum foil.

• When broil time set has elaps ed, a signal will sound, and th e Timer Dial w ill nish in the OFF
position. The Coun tertop O ven and power indicator li ght will turn OFF.
NOTE: To stop b roiling at any t ime, turn the T IMER DIAL to OFF.

• Open the Oven door. Using oven mit ts or pot holders, slid e the oven rack out to remove the cooked
food. Unp lug Countertop Oven w hen not in use .

HINTS FOR BROILING

• Broiling is used for tender cu ts of meats or marinated meats, s h and some fru its and vege tables.

• When broiling me at, brush e ach side with melted bu tter or oli ve oil.

• When broiling s h or chicken, b roil skin- side down rst.

• Broiling time is de termined by the desire d donenes s and the dist ance bet ween the food
and the element.
WARNING: Do not place aluminum foil on top of the bake/broil pan. This traps grease and can cause a re.

• For best results, thaw fr ozen meat s, poultr y and sh bef ore broiling. Trim excess fat from meat an d
score edges to prevent curling.

TOAST

It is not necessary to preheat the oven for toasting.

WARNING: NEVER LEAVE COUNTERTOP OVEN UNATTENDED DURING TOASTING.

• Insert oven ra ck into uppe r rack posi tion, to ensure uniform br ownness o n both sides.

• Turn Temperature Dial to MA X.

• Turn Function Dial to TOAST.

• Use the Toast Shade Selector on the Timer Dial to begin toasting. The power indicator light will illuminate.
NOTE: To set th e timer for less than 10 minute s, always turn the Timer D ial to 10 minutes a nd then
rotate back to your ch osen time. T his will ensure an accur ate cooking time.
NOTE: Do not se t the TIMER DIAL to the STAY ON posit ion when toasting.

• Always place the bread even ly on the rack . For example, when toas ting one slic e of bread, place the
slice on th e center of the rack.

• Close the Countertop Ove n door.

• When toasting t ime set has elapsed, a sig nal will sound, and the Time r Dial will nis h in
the OFF position. The Counter top Oven and p ower indicator light will turn OFF.
NOTE: To stop toas ting at any time, turn the Tim er Dial to OFF.

• Open the Counte rtop Ove n door. Using oven mi tts or pot h olders, slide the oven ra ck out to rem ove
the cooked food. Unpl ug Counter top Oven not in use.

CAUTIO N: Bread can b urn easil y, close supervisi on is nece ssary.
HINTS FOR TOAST

• Remove all protec tive wrappings from food before placing in Counter top Oven. Follow fo od
directions.

• Frozen and heav y bread req uire a darker browning setting.

• One slice of brea d requires a lighter set ting than several slices of bre ad. When toa sting more t han
one slice of bread, use slices of similar size, thickness an d freshne ss.

• Stale bread, thin bread or swe et bread pr oducts , such as tea c akes and fruit loaf, brow n much more
quickl y than ordinar y bread, and should b e toasted for less time.

BAGEL/ ENGLISH MUFFINS

It is not necessary to preheat the oven for toasting bagels and English mufns.

WARNING: DO NOT LEAVE COUNTERTOP OVEN UNATTENDED WHILE USING THE BAGEL FUNCTION.

• Insert oven ra ck into uppe r rack posi tion.

• Turn Temperature Dial to MA X.

NOTE: Only the upper heating elements will cycle in this setting, allowing you to brown the cut half
and gently warm the outside.

• Use the Toast Shade Se lector on the Timer Dial t o begin. The p ower indic ator light will illuminate .
NOTE: To set the time r for less than 10 minutes, al ways turn the T IMER DIAL to 10 minutes
and then ro tate back to your chose n time. This will ensure an accurate c ooking tim e.
NOTE: Do not se t the Timer D ial to the STAY ON positi on when toas ting bagel s or English muf ns.

• Always place the bagels or Eng lish mufns on the rack , cut side facing up.

• Close the Countertop Ove n door.

• When bagel toas ting time set has elapsed, a signal will sound, and the Timer D ial will nish in
the OFF position. The Counter top Oven and p ower indicator light will turn OFF.
NOTE: To stop t oasting at any time, turn the TIMER DIA L to OFF.

• Open the Counte rtop Ove n door. Using oven mi tts or pot h olders, slide the oven ra ck out to rem ove
the cooked food. Unpl ug Counter top Oven when not in use.

WARM

This setting is designed to keep food warm after it has been cooked.

• Turn Temperature Dial to 150º - 2 00°F.

• Turn Function Dial to WARM.

• Set Timer Dial to t he desired WARM time.

• Set Timer Dial to S TAY ON to keep food warm lo nger than 30 minutes or to manually control
the WARM time. The Count ertop Oven will NOT stop automatic ally and will c ontinue to warm until
the Timer Dial is turne d to OFF.

• When warming time set has elap sed, a signal w ill sound, and the Timer Dial will nish in
the OFF position. The Counter top Oven and p ower indicator light will turn OFF.
NOTE: To stop w arming at any ti me, turn the T imer Dial to OFF.

• Open the Oven door. Using oven mit ts or pot holders, slid e the oven rack out to remove the warmed
food. Unp lug Countertop Oven w hen not in use .

Countertop Oven Helpful Hints

• Turn the Tempera ture Dial to MIN, the Function Dial to WARM and the Timer D ial to OFF bef ore
inser ting or remov ing plug from e lectrical outlet .

• The power indic ator light will illuminate w hen the unit is p lugged in and t he Timer Dia l has been se t
to any temp erature or STAY ON. When the time set has expired, or the Timer Dial i s manually
turned to O FF, the power indic ator light w ill turn OFF.

• When settin g BAKE time, include 15 minut es prehea t time.

• This Counter top Oven has a 3 0 minute timer. If baking for longer than 30 m inutes,
use the STAY ON feat ure.

• Never use lids with any glass, c eramic pans or metal bakeware. If fo ods requir e covering, use
aluminum fo il. Be sure to tu ck the edge s of foil tight ly against t he sides of th e baking dish or pan.

• Be sure the top of the c ontainer or food being baked or broil ed is at leas t 1-1/2 inches away f rom
the upper heating elements.

• Never place any container directly on t he lower heating elemen t.

• To obtain the b est per formanc e from this Co unterto p Oven, do not overll the O ven.

• To avoid heat lo ss do not ope n the door too f requently.

User Maintenance Instructions

CAUTION: This appliance is for HOUSEHOLD USE ONLY.
This appliance requires little maintenance. It contains no user serviceable parts.
Do not try to repair it by yourself. Any servicing that requires disassembly other than cleaning must
be performed by a qualied appliance repair technician.

Cleaning & Storage

IMPORTANT: Before cleaning unplug the Countertop Oven and allow it to cool completely.

• Wash all attac hments with mild, soaped water inc luding the oven rack and bak ing pan.

• Do not use abrasive cleansers, scrubbing brus hes, spray glass clean ers or chemical clean ers.

• Using a wet cloth, w ipe the insi de of the oven. To minimi ze scratc hing, use a pol yester or ny lon pad.

• To clean the glass door use a wet cloth saturated with detergent or soap. Do not use spray glass cleaner.

• To remove the oven rack, op en the door, pull th e rack for ward and out . Wash the oven rack in soapy
water. To remove stubborn sp ots, use a po lyester or nylon pad.

• It is not recomm ended to was h baking pan in t he dishwasher. Wash the baking pan and oven rack
in soapy water. To minimize scrat ching, use a p olyester or nylon pad.

• Never immerse the unit in water o r other liquid.

• Always dry par ts thoroughly be fore using t he Counter top Oven after c leaning.

• To remove cru mb tray the glass door must be closed:

• Grasp the h andle below the oven glass door and pull ou t the tray

• Dispos e of crumbs an d wipe the tray with a dampe ned cloth

• Be sure to dr y thoroughly bef ore inser ting the tray b ack into the oven

• Unplug unit, allow c ooling, and c lean before storing.

• Store the Countertop Ove n in its box in a clean, dry place.

• Never store app liance whil e it is hot or still plugged in.

• Never wrap cord t ightly around the appliance. Do not put any stress on the cord w here it enters
theunit , as it could c ause the cor d to fray and br eak.

Limited TWO-YEAR Warranty

SENSIO Inc. hereby warrants that for a period of TWO YEARS from the date
of purchase, this product will be free from mechanical defects in material and
workmanship, and for 90 days in respect to non-mechanical parts. At its sole
discretion, SENSIO Inc. will either repair or replace the product found to be defective,
or issue a refund on the product during the warranty period.

The warrant y is only valid for the original retail purchaser from the date of initial retail
purchase and is not transferable. Keep the original sales receipt, as proof of purchase is
required to obtain warranty validation. Retail stores selling this product do not have the
right to alter, modif y, or in any way revise the terms and conditions of the warranty.

EXCLUSIONS:

The warrant y does not cover normal wear of parts or damage resulting from any of the
following: negligent use of the product, use of improper voltage or current, improper

• Ajuste el dial de l temporiz ador en ENCEND IDO para man tener la com ida calient e durante más de
30 minuto s o para contr olar el tiemp o de la función CALENTAR. El horno de mesa N O se parará
automát icamente, pero seguirá calent ando hast a que el dial del t emporiza dor esté ap agado.

• Cuando haya trans currido el tiempo de ca lentar, una señ al sonará y el di al del temporizador
regres ará en la posición APAGADO. El horno de mes a y la luz de ence ndido se apa garán.

NOTA: Para detener el calentamiento en cualquier momento, gire el dial del temporizador a APAGADO.

CONSEJOS ÚTILES PARA EL HORNO DE MESA

• Gire el dial de temp eratura a MIN, el dial de fun ciones a CA LENTAR y el dial de te mporizad or a
APAGADO antes de enchu far o desen chufar el en chufe del t omacorri ente.

• La luz de encend ido se ilumina c uando la unida d esté enc hufada y el dia l del tempor izador es té
ajusta do a cualquie r temperatura o ENCENDI DO. Cuando el t iempo ajus tado haya exp irado, o el dial
del temp orizador esté apagad o manualmente, la luz del en cendido se apagará

• Al ajustar el tie mpo de coc ción, inclu ya 15 minutos de ti empo de pre calentamiento.

• Este horno de mesa tiene un tem porizado r de 30 minutos. Si se horne a por más de 30 minutos, use
la función ENCENDIDO.

• Nunca utilice las tapas con ningún recipiente de vid rio, cerámi ca o utensilios para horn o de
metale s. Si los alime ntos requieren ser cubiertos , utilice el papel de alumin io. Asegúr ese de pleg ar
los bordes del papel del aluminio r memente en l os lados de la b andeja o sar tén.

• Asegúrese de q ue la parte s uperior de l recipien te o los alimen tos que est én cocido s o asados es tén
a por lo meno s 1-1 / 2 pulgadas de distancia d e los elemen tos térmic os superio res.

• Nunca coloque n ingún recipiente dire ctamente sobre el el emento tér mico infer ior.

• Para obtener el mejor rendimi ento de est e horno de mes a, no llene de masiado el horno.

• Para evitar la pérdida de calor, no abra la puer ta con demasiada fre cuencia.

Instrucciones de mantenimiento

PRECAUCIÓN: Este aparato es SOLO PARA EL USO DOMESTICO.
Este aparato requiere poco mantenimiento. No contiene piezas que el usuario pueda reparar. Cualquier
servicio que requiera el desmontaje que no sea la limpieza debe ser realizada por un técnico calicado.

Instrucciones de cuidado y limpieza
Importante: Antes de limpiar, desenchufe el horno de mesa y deje que se enfríe

completamente.

• Lave todos los ac cesorios con agua sua ve y con jabono sa, incluyendo la rejill a del horno y la
bandeja para hornear.

• No utilice limpia dores abra sivos, cepillos de fre gar, limpiadore s de vidrio o limpiadores q uímicos.

• Con un paño húmedo, l impie el interior del horno. Para minimizar los rasguñ os, utilice una
almohadilla de poliés ter o nylon.

• Para limpiar la puer ta de vidrio, utilic e un paño húme do saturad o con deter gente o jabó n. No utilice
un aerosol de vidrio.

• Para sacar la rejilla del horno, abra la puer ta, retire la rejilla ade lante y fuer a. Lave la rejilla del
horno en ag ua jabonosa . Para sacar manchas dif íciles, use una almohadilla de poliéster o nylon.

• No se recomienda lavar la band eja en el lavapl atos. Lave la bandeja y la rejilla del horno en agua
jabonos a. Para minimizar los rasguños, use una almohadilla de p oliéster o nylon.

• Nunca sumerja el aparto en agua u otro líquido.

• Siempre seque bien las piezas antes de us ar el horno de m esa después de limpiar lo.

• Para quitar la bandeja de migas, la puerta de vidrio deb e estar cerrada:

- Agarre el m ango debajo d e la puert a de vidrio de l horno y saque la bandeja

- Desec he las migas y limpie la bandeja con un paño húm edo

- Asegúr ese de sec ar bien ante s de volver a col ocar la band eja en el horno

• Desenchufe la unidad, déjela enfriar y límpiela ante s de guardarla. 

• Guarde el horno de m esa en su caja en un lugar limpio y seco.

• No almacene nunca el horno si e ste todavía caliente o e nchufado.

• Nunca envuelva el cable alrededor del aparato. No ponga tensió n en el cable donde entra en la
unidad, ya que podría provocar que el c able se romp iera.

Garantía limitada de DOS AÑOS

Mediante la presente, SENSIO Inc. garantiza que, durante el plazo de DOS AÑOS a
partir de la fecha de compra, este producto no presentará defectos mecánicos en el
material ni en la mano de obra, y durante 90 días, no los presentará en las piezas no
mecánicas. A su entera discreción, SENSIO Inc. reparará o reemplazará el producto
que resulte defectuoso, o emitirá un reembolso por el producto durante el plazo de
garantía.

Esta garantía es válida únicamente para el comprador minorista original a partir de la
fecha de compra minorista inicial y no es transferible. Conserve el recibo de compra
original, ya que se exige una prueba de compra para obtener la validación de la
garantía. Las tiendas minoristas no tienen derecho a alterar, modicar ni corregir de
ninguna manera los términos y condiciones de la garantía.

EXCLUSIONES:
La garantía no cubre el desgaste normal de las piezas ni el daño ocasionado por
cualquiera de las siguientes causas: uso negligente del producto, uso de un voltaje
o corriente incorrectos, mantenimiento de rutina inadecuado, uso contrario al de
las instrucciones de funcionamiento, desarmado, reparación o alteración a cargo de
personas que no sean miembros del personal calicado de SENSIO Inc. Asimismo, la
garantía no cubre actos de la naturaleza, como incendios, inundaciones, huracanes o
tornados.

SENSIO Inc. no asumirá responsabilidad por daños incidentales o resultantes
ocasionados por la violación de cualquier garantía expresa o implícita. Salvo en
la medida en que lo prohíban las leyes aplicables, cualquier garantía implícita de
comerciabilidad o aptitud para un propósito particular se limita temporalmente a la
duración de la garantía. Algunos estados, provincias o jurisdicciones no permiten la
exclusión ni la limitación de daños incidentales o resultantes, o limitaciones sobre
la duración de una garantía implícita y, por lo tanto, es posible que las exclusiones o
limitaciones mencionadas no le correspondan. La garantía cubre derechos legales
especícos que pueden variar de un estado, una provincia o una jurisdicción a otros.

CÓMO OBTENER EL SERVICIO DE GARANTÍA:
Debe comunicarse con el Servicio de atención al cliente a nuestro número telefónico
gratuito: 1-866-832-4843. Un representante del Servicio de atención al cliente intentará
resolver los problemas referidos a la garantía por teléfono. Si este no puede resolver
el problema, le proporcionarán un número de caso y le solicitarán que devuelva el
producto a SENSIO Inc. Adhiera una etiqueta al producto que incluya: su nombre,
dirección, número telefónico de contacto durante el día, número de caso y descripción
del problema. Además, incluya una copia del recibo de compra original. Envuelva
cuidadosamente el producto etiquetado con el recibo de compra, y envíelo (con el
envío y el seguro prepagados) a la dirección de SENSIO Inc. SENSIO Inc. no asumirá
obligación ni responsabilidad alguna por el producto devuelto que esté en el trayecto
hacia el Centro de servicio al cliente de SENSIO Inc.
