1.Connect one 3.5mm end of the included audio cable to the headphone jack of the Bluetooth Music Receiver.

2. Connect the other end (3.5mm or 2xRCA) to an audio input on your home stereo system. Consult your stereo system’s manual for more information on how to accomplish this.

3. Connect the AC power adapter cable to the

Bluetooth Music Receiver’s DC input jack, and plug the AC adapter into a wall power outlet.

4.The blue LED light will flash once to indicate the unit is powered and is now ready to be paired to your iPhone or iPod touch.

2.Search Bluetooth devices and click on

“Belkin YXX” (e.g.,

Belkin A58) where:

a.Y = a letter

(A, B, C, etc.)

b.X = a number (00, 01, 02, etc.)

This is the device ID and is also printed on the bottom of the Bluetooth Music Receiver for easy reference.

3.Enter “0000” when the player asks for the

PIN code. This will allow the iPhone to pair with the Bluetooth Music Receiver.

4.Once paired, the blue LED light on the Bluetooth Music Receiver will flash once. The blue LED light will stay on when a connection is established.

Some devices, such as the iPhone, will connect immediately after pairing so the LED will stay on.

Other devices,such as laptops, may ask you if you wish to connect and the LED will go off after pairing until a connection

is established.

Although the Bluetooth Music Receiver can only play music from one device at a time, it is capable of being paired to up to eight devices. This means that you only have to enter the PIN code one time for each device.

Your Bluetooth Music Receiver is now connected and ready to play music! Just play music on your device as you normally would and the sound

will come out of your stereo speakers!

Keep in mind that the Bluetooth Music Receiver has a 30-foot range.

Reconnecting Your Device

If you move out of range or turn off the Bluetooth feature on your iPhone or iPod touch, the Bluetooth Music Receiver will disconnect from your device. To reconnect, simply access the Bluetooth Manager on your device and select the appropriate Belkin YXX device listed. You will not be asked to enter the PIN code again.

Changing Connected Device

If you want to switch from one device to another, follow these steps:

1.End the existing Bluetooth connection with the connected device. Access the

Bluetooth Manager and disable the Bluetooth function of the iPhone or iPod touch.

2.The Bluetooth Music Receiver can now be connected to a different iPhone or iPod touch.

3.Follow the directions in “Pairing Your Bluetooth Music Receiver” to connect a different device.

Out of Range or Lost Signal

If the music device is out of range (beyond 30 feet) of the Bluetooth Music Receiver or if there is something blocking the Bluetooth signal, the LED light will turn off to indicate that the Bluetooth connection with the music device has been lost. To avoid a lost connection:

1.Move the music device back into range (within

30 feet), and/or make sure there’s a clear line of sight and that there are no obstructions between the Receiver and the iPhone or iPod touch.

2.Within 15 seconds, the connection will automatically be reestablished and the blue LED light will turn on.

3.If the connection is lost for more than 15 seconds, the connection will need to be reestablished. Follow the directions in “Reconnecting Your Device”.

You can quickly solve most problems with your Bluetooth Music Receiver by following the advice in this section.

My music is not coming out of the stereo speakers. Solutions:

•Make sure the Bluetooth Music Receiver is powered.

•Make sure an audio cable is correctly and firmly connected to the Bluetooth Music Receiver.

•Make sure one of the two supplied audio cables is correctly and firmly connected to the Receiver and the stereo.

•Make sure the stereo volume is set to a comfortable listening level.

•Make sure you are within range of the Receiver, and that your iPhone or iPod touch is connected via Bluetooth technology with the Receiver.

Your Bluetooth Music Receiver requires full concentration and both hands to install.

Do not use this apparatus near water (for example, a bath tub, wash bowl, kitchen sink, laundry tub, wet basement, swimming pool, or other areas located near water).

Clean only with a dry cloth. Unplug this product from the wall outlet before cleaning.

Do not install near any heat sources such as stoves or other apparatus (including amplifiers) that produce heat.

What this warranty covers.

Belkin International, Inc. (“Belkin”) warrants to the original purchaser of this Belkin product that the product shall be free of defects in design, assembly, material, or workmanship.

What the period of coverage is.

Belkin warrants the Belkin product for three years.

What will we do to correct problems?

Product Warranty.

Belkin will repair or replace, at its option, any defective product free of charge (except for shipping charges for the product). Belkin reserves the right to discontinue any of its products without notice, and disclaims any limited warranty to repair or replace any such discontinued products. In the event that Belkin is unable to repair or replace the product (for example, because it has been discontinued), Belkin will offer either a refund or a credit toward the purchase of another product from Belkin.com in an amount equal to the purchase price of the product as evidenced on the original purchase receipt as discounted by its natural use.

What is not covered by this warranty?

All above warranties are null and void if the Belkin product is not provided to Belkin for inspection upon Belkin’s request at the sole expense of the purchaser, or if Belkin determines that the Belkin product has been improperly installed, altered in any way, or tampered with. The Belkin Product Warranty does not protect against acts

of God such as flood, lightning, earthquake, war, vandalism, theft, normal-use wear and tear, erosion, depletion, obsolescence, abuse, damage due to low voltage disturbances (i.e. brownouts or sags), nonauthorized program, or system equipment modification or alteration.

To get service for your Belkin product you must take the following steps:

Belkin reserves the right to review the damaged Belkin product. All costs of shipping the Belkin product to Belkin for inspection shall be borne solely by the purchaser. If Belkin determines, in its sole discretion, that it is impractical to ship the damaged

equipment to Belkin, Belkin may designate, in its sole discretion, an equipment repair facility to inspect and estimate the cost to repair such equipment. 1.Branchez une extrémité du câble audio 3,5 mm inclus à la prise jack du Récepteur audio Bluetooth.

2. Branchez l'autre extrémité (3,5 mm ou 2 x RCA) à une entrée audio sur votre chaîne Hi-fi.

Référez-vous au manuel de votre chaîne Hi-fi pour de plus amples informations à ce sujet.

3. Branchez l'adaptateur d'alimentation CA à la prise

CC du Récepteur audio Bluetooth et branchez l'adaptateur secteur à une prise murale.

4. Le voyant bleu clignotera à une reprise, indiquant que l'unité est alimentée et prête à être associée à votre iPhone ou iPod touch.

Bien que le Récepteur audio Bluetooth ne peut lire la musique que d'une appareil à la fois, il peut être associé avec jusqu'à huit appareils. Cela veut dire que vous ne devez entrer le numéro d'identification

PIN qu'une seule fois pour chaque appareil.

Votre Récepteur audio Bluetooth est désormais connecté et prêt à envoyer la musique ! Lancez la lecture de la musique sur votre appareil comme d'habitude et le son sortira de vos enceintes stéréo !

N'oubliez pas que le Récepteur audio Bluetooth fonctionne dans un rayon de 10 mètres.

Reconnexion de votre appareil

Si vous vous déplacez hors de portée ou si vous éteignez la fonction Bluetooth de votre iPhone ou iPod touch, le Récepteur audio Bluetooth sera déconnecté de votre appareil. Pour reconnecter, accédez simplement au Bluetooth Manager de votre appareil et sélectionnez le dispositif Belkin

YXX qui apparaît dans la liste. Vous n'aurez pas à entrer le numéro d'identification PIN de nouveau.

Pour passer d'un appareil à l'autre, suivez la procédure ci-après :

1.Mettez fin à la connexion Bluetooth existante avec l'appareil actuellement connecté. Accédez au Bluetooth Manager et désactivez la fonction

Bluetooth de l'iPhone ou de l'iPod touch.

2.Le Récepteur audio Bluetooth peut désormais

être connecté à un autre iPhone ou iPod touch.

3.Suivez les instructions de la section « Association de votre Récepteur audio Bluetooth » pour connecter un autre appareil.

Si l'appareil est hors de portée (à plus de 10 mètres) du

Récepteur audio Bluetooth ou si un objet quelconque bloque le signal Bluetooth, le voyant s'éteindra pour indiquer que la connexion Bluetooth avec l'appareil a été perdue. Pour éviter la perte de connexion :

1.Déplacez l'appareil dans le rayon de fonctionnement

(à moins de 10 mètres) et/ou assurez-vous d'une visibilité directe et de l'absence de toute obstruction entre le Récepteur et l'iPhone ou iPod touch.

2.Sous 15 secondes, la connexion sera rétablie automatiquement et le voyant bleu s'allumera.

3.Si la connexion est perdue pendant plus de

Couverture offerte par la garantie

Belkin International, Inc. (« Belkin ») garantit à l'acheteur initial de ce produit Belkin que le produit est exempt de défauts de conception, de montage, de matériau et de fabrication.

Période de garantie

Belkin Corporation garantit ce produit Belkin pour une période de trois ans.

Belkin s'engage à réparer ou à remplacer gratuitement, à sa convenance, tout produit défectueux (à l'exception des frais d'expédition du produit). Belkin se réserve le droit de mettre fin, sans avis préalable, à la production de n'importe quel produit et rejette toute garantie limitée consistant en la réparation ou au remplacement de ces produits dont la fabrication a cessé. Si Belkin n'est pas en mesure de réparer ou de remplacer le produit (par exemple, parce que sa production a été arrêtée), Belkin proposera soit un remboursement ou une note de crédit pour l'achat d'un
