Introduction
Congratulations and thank you for purchasing the innovative TuneCast Auto from Belkin.
This product is designed to power, charge, and transmit audio from your Samsung T9
and K3 to your car stereo. Please review this User Manual carefully, so that you can be
sure you’ll get the most from your TuneCast Auto, virtually anywhere you go.

Setup Instructions
1. For AUDIO and POWER : Plug the dock connec tor into your Samsung and the
cigarette-lighter adapter into your car’s cigarette -lighter outlet. Press the I or II
button to activate when the transmitter goes into sleep mode.
2. For MOUNTING : Use multi-mount socket and mount with adhesive backing to
attach your TuneCast Auto to any smooth surface.
Note: To cons erve power, the TuneCast Auto wil l automatical ly turn off when there is no input audio signal for
approxima tely 30 second s.
3. Tune your car stereo frequency to a channel with a
weak broadcast signal. The ideal channel is one that
is not picking up a signal from a radio station, or is
doing so weakly.
4. Press the or button on the TuneCast Auto to select
the transmission frequency chosen in step 3, on your
car for broadcast. Press and hold either but ton for
fast-for ward or backward tuning.

5. Your TuneCast Auto can memorize up to two dif ferent frequencies so you can
recall them quickly later.
a. Select the desired frequency using the or buttons.
b. Press and hold the MI or MII but ton for two seconds.
When the MI or MII icon blinks, release the button.
6. Adjust the volume on your Samsung to a medium level.
7. Adjust the volume of your FM radio to the desired listening level.*

Warranty
What this warranty covers.
Belkin International, Inc. warrants to the original purchaser of this Belkin product that the
product shall be free of defects in design, assembly, material or workmanship.
What the period of coverage is.
Belkin International, Inc. warrants the Belkin product for three years.
What will we do to correct problems?
Product Warranty.
Belkin will repair or replace, at its option, any defective product free of charge (except for
shipping charges for the product).
What is not covered by this warranty?
All above warranties are null and void if the Belkin product is not provided to Belkin
International, Inc. for inspection upon Belk in’s request at the sole expense of the purchaser, or
if Belkin International, Inc. determines that the Belkin product has been improperly installed,
altered in any way, or tampered with. The Belkin Product Warranty does not protect against acts
of God (other than lightning) such as flood, earthquake, war, vandalism, theft, normal-use wear
and tear, erosion, depletion, obsolescence, abuse, damage due to low voltage disturbances (i.e.
brownouts or sags), non-authorized program, or system equipment modification or alteration.

Warranty
How to get service.
To get service for your Belkin product you must take the following steps:
1. Contact Belkin Customer Service (see details on page 8), within 15 days of the Occurrence. Be
prepared to provide the following information:
a. The part number of the Belkin product.
b. Where you purchased the product.
c. When you purchased the product.
d. Copy of original receipt.
2. Your Belkin Customer Service Representative will then instruct you on how to forward your receipt
and Belkin product and how to proceed with your claim.
Belkin International, Inc. reserves the right to review the damaged Belkin product.
All costs of shipping the Belkin product to Belkin International, Inc. for inspection shall be borne solely
by the purchaser. If Belkin determines, in its sole discretion, that it is impractical to ship the damaged
equipment to Belkin International, Inc., Belkin may designate, in its sole discretion, an equipment repair
facility to inspect and estimate the cost to repair such equipment. The cost, if any, of shipping the
equipment to and from such repair facility and of such estimate shall be borne solely by the purchaser.
Damaged equipment must remain available for inspection until the claim is finalized. Whenever claims
are settled, Belkin International, Inc. reserves the right to be subrogated under any existing insurance
policies the purchaser may have.
How state law relates to the warranty.
THIS WARRANTY CONTAINS THE SOLE WARRANTY OF BELKIN INTERNATIONAL, INC., THERE ARE NO OTHER
WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR, EXCEPT AS REQUIRED BY LAW, IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTY
OR CONDITION OF QUALITY, MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND SUCH
IMPLIED WARRANTIES, IF ANY, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE TERM OF THIS WARRANTY.

Félicitations et merci d’avoir choisi le TuneCast Auto de Belkin. Ce produit a été conçu
de façon à pouvoir être alimenté, à pouvoir se charger et à pouvoir transmettre des
données audio depuis votre Samsung T9 et K3 jusqu’à votre autoradio. Veuillez lire
attentivement ce manuel afin de tirer le meilleur parti de votre TuneCast Auto, où que
vous soyez.

Instructions d’installation
1. Pour l’AUDIO et l ’ALIME NTATION : Branchez le connecteur d’accueil sur votre
Samsung et l’adaptateur de l’allume-cigare dans la prise allume-cigare de votre
véhicule. Appuyez sur le bouton I ou II lorsque le transmet teur passe en mode
veille.
2. Pour le MONTAGE : Utilisez l’embout de montage et de l’adhésif pour fixer votre
TuneCast Auto sur n’importe quelle surface lisse.
Remarque : Pour économise r l’énergie, le TuneCast Auto s’étei nt automatiqu ement lorsq u’il ne reçoit p lus de signal
d’entrée pe ndant environ 30 secondes.
3. Réglez la fréquence de votre autoradio sur un canal
ayant un signal d’émission faible. Le canal idéal est
celui qui ne reçoit pas de signal d’une station de radio
ou qui en reçoit un très faible.
4. Appuyez sur le bouton ou du TuneCast Auto pour
sélectionner la fréquence de transmission choisie à
l’étape 3 sur votre autoradio pour l’émission. Appuyez
sur l’un des boutons et maintenez-le enfoncé pour
l’avance rapide ou pour le retour en arrière rapide.

5. Votre TuneCast Auto peut mémoriser jusqu’à deux fréquences différentes pour
pouvoir les rappeler rapidement plus tard.
a . Sélectionnez la fréquence choisie au moyen des boutons ou .
b. Appuyez sur le bouton MI ou MII et maintenez-le enfoncé pendant deux
secondes.
Lorsque l’icône MI ou MII clignote, relâchez le bouton.
6. Réglez le volume sur votre Samsung à un niveau moyen.
7. Réglez le volume de votre radio FM au niveau d’écoute souhaité.*

Wir freuen uns über Ihren Kauf des TuneCast Auto von Belk in, zu dem wir Sie herzlich
beglückwünschen. Mit diesem Produk t können Sie Ihren Samsung T9 und K3 am
Stromnet z Ihres Autos betreiben und gleichzeitig Musik vom iPod kabellos auf das
Autoradio über tragen und so über die Stereoanlage im Auto anhören. Bitte lesen Sie
diese Bedienungsanleitung sorgfältig durch, um wirklich alle Vorteile des TuneCast
Auto voll zu nutzen.

Installationsanleitung
1. AUD IO und STROMVE RSORGUNG : Verbinden Sie den Dock Connector
mit dem Samsung, und stecken Sie den Zigarettenanzünder-Adapter in den
Zigaret tenanzünder Ihres Autos ein. Drücken Sie die Taste I oder II, um den Sender
einzuschalten, wenn er in den Standby-Modus gewechselt ist.
2. MO NTAGE : TuneCast Auto wird auf eine Halterung mit selbstklebender Unterseite
aufgesetzt, die auf jede glatte Fläche geklebt werden kann.
Hinweis : Um Strom zu sp aren, schaltet sich TuneCast Auto automatisch a b, wenn das Gerä t 30 Sekunden lang kein
Audio- Eingangssigna l mehr erkenn t.
3. Stellen Sie das Autoradio auf einen Kanal mit
schwachem Rundfunksignal ein. Ideal ist ein Kanal,
auf dem kein Radioprogramm gesendet wird oder auf
dem nur sehr schwach ein Programm zu hören ist.
4. Drücken Sie die Taste oder , um die Sendefrequenz
des Geräts auf den in Schritt 3 oben gewählten Kanal
einzustellen. Zur Schnellabstimmung können Sie die
jeweilige Taste gedrückt halten.

Installatie-instructies
1. Voor AUDIO and VOEDING: Sluit de dock-connector aan op uw Samsung en de
aanstekeradapter op de aanstekeraansluiting in uw auto. Druk op de I of de II knop
om uw apparaat te activeren als de zender overschakelt naar de slaapstand.
2. Voor MONTAGE: Gebruik de meegeleverde houder met zelfklevende achterkant
om de TuneCast Auto op een willekeurige gladde ondergrond te bevestigen.
Let op : Om energi e te sparen sch akelt de TuneCast Auto zichzelf automatisch ui t wanneer er g edurende 30 s econden
geen audi o-inputsi gnaal is.
3. Stem uw autoradio af op een kanaal met een zwak
zendsignaal. Wij raden u aan een kanaal kiezen
dat geen signaal of een zeer slecht signaal van een
radiostation oppikt.
4. Druk op de of de knop op de TuneCast Auto om
de in stap 3 gekozen zendfrequentie in te stellen.
Druk een van de beide knoppen in en houd deze vast
voor snel vooruit of achteruit afstemmen.

5. Uw TuneCast Auto kan twee verschillende frequenties onthouden zodat u deze op
een later moment snel terug kunt vinden.
a . Selecteer de gewenste frequentie met b ehulp van de knop of .
b. Druk de knop MI of MII gedurende twee seconden in.
Zodra het pictogram voor MI of MII k nippert, laat u de knop weer los.
6. Stel het volume van uw Samsung in op een gemiddeld niveau.

Belkin zal het product dat een defect vertoont naar eigen keus kosteloos (met uitzondering van
verzendkosten) repareren of vervangen.
Wat valt buiten deze garantie?
Alle hierin versterkte garanties zijn niet van toepassing als het product van Belk in op verzoek
van Belkin niet op kosten van de koper voor onderzoek aan Belkin International, Inc., ter
beschikking is gesteld of als Belkin International, Inc. constateert dat het product van Belkin
verkeerd is geïnstalleerd, op enige wijze is veranderd of vervalst. De -productgarantie van Belkin
biedt geen bescherming tegen van buiten komend onheil (anders dan blikseminslag), zoals

Garantie
Hoe wordt service verleend?
Om service voor uw Belkin product te verkrijgen gaat u als volgt te werk:
1. Neem binnen 15 dagen contact op met de afdeling Klantenservice van Belkin (zie bladzijde 8 voor
meer informatie). U moet de volgende gegevens kunnen verstrekken:
a. Het artikelnummer van het Belkin-product. b. Waar u het product hebt gekocht.
c. Wanneer u het product hebt gekocht. d. De originele aankoopbon.
2. De medewerker/ster van de klantenservice van Belkin zal u vervolgens instructies geven hoe u het
aankoopbewijs en het product moet verzenden en hoe de claim verder afgewikkeld wordt.
Belkin International, Inc. behoudt zich het recht voor het defecte Belkin-product te onderzoeken.
De kosten voor verzending van het Belkin-product naar Belkin International, Inc. komen volledig voor
rekening van de koper. Als Belkin naar eigen bevinding tot de conclusie komt dat het onpraktisch is de
defecte apparatuur naar Belkin International, Inc. te verzenden, kan Belkin naar eigen goeddunken een
deskundige reparatie-inrichting aanwijzen en deze opdragen de betreffende apparatuur te inspecteren
en de reparatiekosten ervan te begroten. De eventuele verzendkosten van het product naar de reparatieinrichting en van de terugzending naar de koper en van de kostenbegroting komen geheel voor rekening
van de koper. Het beschadigde product moet voor onderzoek beschikbaar blijven totdat de claim is
afgehandeld. Belkin International, Inc. behoudt zich bij de vereffening van claims het recht voor tot in-deplaatstreding bij alle geldige verzekeringspolissen waarover de koper van het product beschikt.

Felicidades y gracias por su compra del innovador TuneCast Auto de Belkin. Este
producto se ha diseñado para alimentar, cargar y transmitir sonido desde su
Samsung T9 y K3 al equipo estéreo de su automóvil. Revise este Manual del usuario
detenidamente para asegurarse de que obtiene el máximo provecho de su TuneCast

Instrucciones de configuración
1. Para AUDIO y ALIMENTACIÓN: Enchufe el conec tor de acople a su Samsung y el
adaptador del encendedor de cigarrillos a la toma del encendedor de cigarrillos de
su automóvil. Pulse el botón I o II para activarlo cuando el transmisor pase a modo
suspendido.
2. Para MONTAJE : Utilice la toma de montaje múltiple y móntelo con adhesivo para
unir su TuneCast Auto a cualquier superf icie lisa.
Atención : Para ahorrar e nergía, el Tune Cast Auto se apa gará automáti camente si no ha y señal de ent rada de audio
durante apr oximadamente 30 segundos.
3. Sintonice la frecuencia del equipo estéreo de su
automóvil a un canal con una señal de emisión débil.
El canal ideal es uno que no esté recibiendo señal de
una emisora de radio o uno que lo esté haciendo de
modo débil.
4. Pulse el botón o en el TuneCast Auto para
seleccionar la frecuencia de transmisión escogida en
el paso 3 para que se emita en su automóvil. Pulse
y mantenga pulsado cualquiera de los dos botones
para adelantar o retroceder durante el proceso de
sintonización.

5. Su TuneCast Auto puede memorizar hasta dos frecuencias diferentes, de modo
que pueda luego recuperarlas rápidamente.

Cómo acceder a nuestros servicios.
Para obtener asistencia sobre algún producto de Belkin, debe seguir los siguientes pasos:

Istruzioni per l’installazione
1. Per AUDI O e ALIMENTAZIONE : inserire il connettore dock nell’Samsung e
l’adattore per accendisigari nella presa dell’accendisigari. Quando il trasmettitore
è in stand-by premere il tasto I o II per riattivarlo.
2. Per il MONTAGGIO : usare la presa e il suppor to adesivo per il montaggio per
fissare il TuneCast Auto su qualsiasi super ficie liscia.
Nota: Per preservare l ’alimentazion e, il TuneCast Aut o si spegne aut omaticamente s e non riceve alc un segnale in entrata
per un pe riodo di 30 se condi.
3. Impostare l ’impianto stereo dell’automobile su un
canale con segnale debole. L’ideale è un canale che
non trasmetta un segnale di una stazione radio o che
lo faccia, ma in maniera debole.
4. Premere i pulsanti “su” o “giù” sul TuneCast Auto
per selezionare la frequenz a dell’autoradio scelta
precedentemente al punto 3. Tenere premuto il tasto
per la sintonizzazione dei canali.

Come ottenere l’assistenza.
Per usufruire dell’assistenza per il proprio prodotto Belkin, è necessario:
1. Contattare il Servizio Clienti Belkin (vedi dettagli a pagina 11) entro 15 giorni dall’evento. Tenere a
portata di mano le seguenti informazioni:
a. Il codice del prodotto Belkin. b. Il luogo d’acquisto del prodotto.
c. La data di acquisto del prodotto
2. Il rappresentante del Servizio Clienti Belkin vi spiegherà come inviare la ricevuta e il prodotto
Belkin e come procedere con il reclamo.
Belkin International, Inc. si riserva il diritto di riesaminare il prodotto Belkin danneggiato. Tutte le spese
di spedizione per il prodotto Belkin restituito alla Belkin International, Inc. sono a carico dell’acquirente.
Se Belkin determina, a sua discrezione, che inviare l’apparecchio danneggiato non è fattibile, Belkin
potrebbe decidere sempre a sua discrezione di farlo ispezionare da terzi per determinare il costo della
riparazione. In caso vi fossero spese di spedizione per inviare e ricevere l’apparecchio dopo l’ispezione,
