Combo Lock Instructions
To Lock:
1. Loop the cable around any immovable object or use
the anchor plate inclu d ed in the pack ag e.
2. Locate the security slot on the side or back of
your notebook*.
3. Grasp the lock body and insert into the security slot.
The gold pin on the rear o f th e lock will protru d e
slightly, and then engage . Turn the combo dials to an
arbitrary number to secure the lock.
*Cable may also be used with docking stations,
monitors, and other devices equipped with a
security slot.
Note: The combo is preset at the factory to “000”. I t is
not n ecessary to set the corr ect combo to in stall th e lock.
