Belkin Inte rnational, Inc. (“ Belkin”) warrant s to the original purcha ser of this Belkin pro duct that the produc t shall be free of defec ts in design, assemb ly, material, or workma nship.
What the peri od of coverage is.
Belkin warra nts the Belkin produ ct for one year.
What will we do to c orrect proble ms?
Product Warranty.
Belkin will repair or replace, at its option, any defective product free of charge (except for shipping
charges for t he product). Belkin re serves the right to dis continue any of its produ cts without notice, and d isclaims any limited wa rranty to repair or repl ace any such discontin ued products. In
the event that Belkin is unable to repair or replace the product (for example, because it has been
discontinu ed), Belkin will off er either a refund or a cre dit toward the purchase o f another product
from Belkin.com in an amount equal to the purchase price of the product as evidenced on the
original pu rchase receipt as disc ounted by its natural use .
What is not cove red by this warranty?
All above warra nties are null and void if th e Belkin product is n ot provided to Belkin fo r inspection
upon Belkin’s request at the sole expense of the purchaser, or if Belkin determines that the Belkin
product ha s been improperly in stalled, altered in a ny way, or tampered with. The B elkin Product
Warranty does not protect against acts of God such as flood, lightning, earthquake, war, vandalism,
theft, norm al-use wear and tear, eros ion, depletion, o bsolescence, abu se, damage due to low
voltage disturbances (i.e. brownouts or sags), non-authorized program, or system equipment
modification or alteration.
How to get ser vice:
To get service for yo ur Belkin product yo u must take the following s teps:
1. Contac t Belkin Interna tional, Inc. , at 12045 E. Wate rfront Drive, P laya Vista, CA 90 094, Attn: Customer Service, or call (800)-223-5546, within 15 days of the Occurrence.
Be prepared to p rovide the following i nformation:
a. The part nu mber of the Belkin pro duct.
b. Where you purc hased the product.
c. When you pur chased the product.
d. Copy of origin al receipt.
2. Your Belkin Custo mer Service Repres entative will then inst ruct you on how to forward y our receipt and B elkin product and h ow to proceed with your cl aim.
Belkin reserves the right to review the damaged Belkin product. All costs of shipping the Belkin product to Belkin for inspection shall be borne solely by the purchaser. If Belkin determines, in its
sole discretion, that it is impractical to ship the damaged equipment to Belkin, Belkin may designate, in its sole discretion, an equipment repair facility to inspect and estimate the cost to repair such equipment. The cost, if any, of shipping the equipment to and from such repair facility and of such estimate shall be borne solely by the purchaser. Damaged equipment must remain available for
inspection until the claim is finalized. Whenever claims are settled, Belkin reserves the right to be
subrogated under any existing insurance policies the purchaser may have.
