1Importantinstructionsforsafetyand environment
This section contains safety instructions that will help protect from risk of personal injury or property damage.
Failure to follow these instructions invalidates the granted warranty.
1.1Generalsafety
•This appliance complies with the international safety standards.

3Operation
3.1Preparation
1.Remove all packaging and sticker materials and dispose of them according to the applicable legal regulations.
2.Before using the appliance for the first time, clean parts which come into contact with food (see the “Cleaning and care” section).
3.2Usingthemixer
1.Make sure that the power cord has been disconnected from the wall socket and the speed control (2) and accessory release switch
(1) is set to speed 0 prior to attaching the beater or dough hooks to the mixer.
2.Insert the beaters (6) or kneading hooks (7) into the accessory slots for beaters and dough hooks (5) on the mixer until they lock into place.

C The beaters (6) can be inserted in either of the two accessory slots (5).
3.Insert the plug into the wall socket.
4.Dip the beaters (6) or kneading hooks (7) into the food mixture before switching the hand mixer on.
5.Set the speed control (2) to the desired speed (1 to 4 speed settings).
– The appliance begins to operate.
Select a suitable speed level, depending on the type of food. While mixing, you can press the
C Turbo button (3) to briefly raise the speed level to the maximum speed. The speed of the Turbo button (3) corresponds to the level 4 of the speed control (2).
WARNING: Here, the standard load means the added flour should A be less than 900g in every time blend and the added water ratio should be around 72g of water for
each 100g of flour.
6.After you finish operation, set the speed control
(2)to speed 0. Disconnect the plug from the wall socket. Wait for the appliance to come to a complete standstill and then pull out the beaters/kneading hook from the food mixture.
7.Hold the beaters (6) or kneading hooks (7) with one hand and push the accessory release switch (1).
– The beaters (6) or kneading hooks (7) will be released.
WARNING: Never press the A accessory release switch (1) unless the speed control is on position 0 and the appliance is disconnected
from the wall socket.

3 Operation
3.3Mixingonthestand
WARNING: When attaching the A mixer to the housing, make sure that the whiskers and kneading hooks
are not attached.
1.Start from the rear part of the mixer to place it into its housing.
-Click will be heard.
2.Press the housing opening button to lift the housing.
3.Fit the whisker/kneading hook with double notches to the small accessory housing (5), and fit the whisker/kneading hook with a single notch to the large accessory housing
(5).
4.Put the ingredients into the mixing bowl.
5.Press the housing opening button to close the housing downwards.
-Click will be heard.
6.Operate the appliance (see 3.2)
7.Once mixing/kneading is done, set the speed controller to “0” and unplug the appliance.
8.Press the housing opening button to lift the housing.
9.Grab the whiskers or kneading hooks by one hand and press the accessory detaching button.
10.Press the mixer detaching button to take out the mixer.

4Information
4.1Cleaningandcare
WARNING: Never use petrol A solvents, abrasive cleaners, metal
objects or hard brushes to clean the appliance.
1.Turn the appliance off and disconnect it from the wall socket.
2.Let the appliance cool down completely.
3.Use a damp and soft cloth to clean the outer surface of the appliance and the stand.
WARNING: Never put the A appliance or power cord in water
or any other liquids and never hold them under running water.
4.Use some dishwashing liquid and hot water to clean the whiskers (6), kneading hooks (7) and the bowl. Then dry all parts thoroughly. Whiskers and kneading hooks are dishwashersafe.
C Before using the appliance after cleaning, dry all parts carefully using a soft towel.
4.2Storage
•• If you do not plan to use the appliance for a long period of time, please store it carefully.
•• Make sure the appliance is unplugged and completely dry.
•• Store the appliance in a cool, dry place.
•• Make sure the appliance is kept out of the reach of children.
4.3Handlingand transportation
•• During handling and transportation, carry the appliance in its original packaging. The packaging of the appliance protects it against physical damages.
•• Do not place heavy loads on the appliance or the packaging. The appliance may be damaged.
•• Dropping the appliance will render it nonoperational or cause permanent damage.

3Betrieb
3.1Vorbereitung
1.Alle Verpackungsmaterialien und Aufkleber entfernen und diese entsprechend den gesetzlichen Vorschriften entsorgen.
2.Quirle und Knethaken vor der ersten Inbetriebnahme des Gerätes reinigen (siehe Abschnitt „Reinigung und Pflege“).
3.2Mixerverwenden
1.Vor Einstecken von Quirlen oder Knethaken im Mixer sicherstellen, dass das Netzkabel aus der SteckdosegezogenundGeschwindigkeitsregler und Zubehör-Freigabeschalter (1) auf eine Geschwindigkeit von 0 eingestellt sind.
2.Quirle (6) oder Knethaken (7) bis zum Einrasten in die Öffnungen für Quirle/Knethaken (5) am Mixer stecken.
3.Netzstecker in die Steckdose stecken.
4.Quirle (6) oder Knethaken (7) vor Einschalten des Handmixers in die Mixtur halten.
5.Geschwindigkeitsregler (2) auf die gewünschte Geschwindigkeit (Geschwindigkeitseinstellung 1 bis 4) einstellen.

6.Quirle (6) oder Knethaken (7) mit einer Hand halten und den Zubehör-Freigabeschalter (1) drücken.
–Die Quirle (6) oder Knethaken (7) werden freigegeben.
WARNUNG: Zubehör-Freigabe- schalter (1) niemals drücken, wenn A sich der Geschwindigkeitsregler nicht auf Position 0 befindet und das Gerät von der Stromversorgung getrennt

3 Betrieb
3.3AufdemStändermixen
WARNUNG: Achten Sie bei An- A bringung des Mixers am Gehäuse darauf, dass Quirle und Knethaken nicht
angebracht sind.
1.Platzieren Sie den Mixer beginnend beim hinteren Teil in seinem Gehäuse.
-Er rastet hörbar ein.
2.Drücken Sie die Taste zum Öffnen des Gehäuses und heben Sie das Gehäuse an.
3.Bringen Sie den Quirl/Knethaken mit zwei Kerben am kleinen Zubehörgehäuse (5) und den Quirl/Knethaken mit einer Kerbe am großen Zubehörgehäuse (5) an.
4.Geben Sie die Zutaten in die Schüssel.
5.Drücken Sie die Taste zum Öffnen des Gehäuses und schließen Sie das Gehäuse nach unten.
-Es rastet hörbar ein.
6.Gerät bedienen (siehe 3.2)
7.Stellen Sie nach dem Mixen/Kneten den Geschwindigkeitsregler auf „0“ ein und ziehen Sie den Netzstecker.
8.Drücken Sie die Taste zum Öffnen des Gehäuses und heben Sie das Gehäuse an.

4Informationen
4.1ReinigungundPflege
WARNUNG:Zur Reinigung A des Gerätes niemals Benzin,
Lösungsmittel, Scheuermittel oder harte Bürsten verwenden.
1.Gerät ausschalten und Netzstecker aus der Steckdose ziehen.
2.Das Gerät vollständig abkühlen lassen.
3.Reinigen Sie die Außenseite des Gerätes und des Ständers mit einem angefeuchteten, weichen Tuch.
WARNUNG: Gerät sowie A Netzkabel niemals in Wasser oder andere Flüssigkeiten tauchen, niemals unter fließendes Wasser
halten.
4.Reinigen Sie Quirle (6), Knethaken (7) und Schüssel mit etwas Spülmittel und heißem Wasser. Trocknen Sie sämtliche Teile vollständig ab. Die Quirle und Knethaken sind spülmaschinengeeignet.
Nach der Reinigung und vor dem C Einsatz des Gerätes alle Teile sorgfältig mit einem weichen
Handtuch trocknen.
4.2Lagerung
•• Wenn das Gerät längere Zeit nicht benutzt wird, sollte es sorgfältig aufbewahrt werden.
•• Darauf achten, dass der Netzstecker gezogen wird und das Gerät komplett trocken ist.
•• Das Gerät an einem kühlen, trockenen Ort lagern.
•• Das Gerät sollte immer außerhalb der Reichweite von Kindern aufbewahrt werden.
4.3Handhabungund Transport
•• Transportieren Sie das Gerät in seiner Originalverpackung. Die Verpackung schützt das Gerät vor Sachschäden.
•• Legen Sie keine schweren Gegenstände auf dem Gerät oder der Verpackung ab. Andernfalls könnte das Gerät beschädigt werden.
•• Falls das Gerät herunterfällt, ist es möglicherweise nicht mehr funktionsfähig oder weist dauerhafte Schäden auf.

1.1Consignes généralesde sécurité

•N’utilisez pas l’appareil pour traiter des aliments chauds.
•Retirez les os et les cailloux des aliments pour éviter d’endommager les lames et l’appareil.
•Cet appareil n’est pas adapté pour hacher des aliments secs ou durs.
•Pour éviter toute surchauffe, ne faites pas fonctionner les batteurs de manière continue pendant plus de 10 minutes. Laissez-le refroidir pendant 5 minute entre chaque utilisation de 10 minutes.

3Fonctionnement
3.1Préparation
1.Retirez les emballages et autocollants avant de les jeter selon les lois en vigueur.
2.Avant d’utiliser l’appareil pour la première fois, nettoyez-les batteurs et crochets pétrisseurs (Voir le chapitre « Nettoyage et entretien »).
3.2Utilisationdumixeur
1. Veillez à ce que le câble d’alimentation soit déconnecté de la prise murale et que la commande de vitesse et le bouton de relâchement des accessoires (1) soit à la vitesse 0 avant de fixer le batteur ou les crochets pétrisseurs au mixeur.
2.Insérez les batteurs (6) ou les crochets pétrisseurs (7) dans les fentes pour accessoires prévues pour les batteurs et les crochets pétrisseurs (5) qui se trouvent sur le mixeur, jusqu’à ce qu’ils s’enclenchent.
3.Branchez la prise à la prise murale.
4.Trempezlesbatteurs(6)oucrochetspétrisseurs
(7) dans le mélange d’aliments avant de mettre en marche le mixeur portable.
5.Réglez la commande de vitesse (7) à la vitesse désirée (Réglage de vitesse 1 à 4).
– L‘appareil se met en marche.
Sélectionnez une vitesse adéquate en fonction du type d’aliment. Pendant le mixage, appuyez sur
C le bouton Turbo (3) pour accroître brièvement la vitesse à sa valeur maximale. La vitesse du bouton Turbo (3) correspond au niveau 4 de la commande de vitesse (2).
ATTENTION : Ici, la charge normale signifie que la quantité de
A farine ajoutée doit être inférieure à 900g à chaque moment de mélange et la proportion d’eau ajoutée doit être 72g pour 100g de farine.
6.A la fin de l’opération, réglez la commande de vitesse à la (2) vitesse 0. Débranchez l’appareil de la prise électrique murale. Attendez l’arrêt complet de l’appareil, puis retirez les batteurs/ crochets pétrisseurs du mélange alimentaire.
7.Tenez les batteurs (6) ou les crochets pétrisseurs (7) d’une main et appuyez sur le commutateur de relâchement des accessoires
(1).
– Les batteurs (6) ou les crochets pétrisseurs
(7) se dégageront.
ATTENTION : N’appuyez jamais sur le commutateur de relâchement A des accessoires (1) à moins que la commande de vitesse soit en position 0 et que l’appareil soit débranché de la prise électrique
murale.

3 Fonctionnement
3.3Mixagesursocle
ATTENTION : En fixant le mixeur A au boîtier, assurez-vous que les batteurs et les crochets pétrisseurs ne
sont pas montés.
1.Introduisez d’abord la partie arrière du mixeur dans le boîtier.
-Un clic retentit.
2.Appuyez sur le bouton d’ouverture du boîtier pour le soulever.
3.Montez le batteur/le crochet pétrisseur sur le petit boîtier de l’accessoire à l’aide des encoches doubles (5) et sur le grand boîtier à l’aide d’une seule encoche (5).
4.Placez les ingrédients dans le bol à mélanger.
5.Appuyez sur le bouton d’ouverture du boîtier pour fermer le boîtier vers le bas.
-Un clic retentit.
6.Utilisez l’appareil (voir la section 3.2)
7.Une fois que le mixage/pétrissage est effectué, réglez le régulateur de vitesse à « 0 », puis débranchez l’appareil.
8.Appuyez sur le bouton d’ouverture du boîtier pour le soulever.
9.Saisissez les batteurs ou les crochets pétrisseurs avec une main et appuyez sur le bouton de retrait de l’accessoire.
10.Appuyez sur le bouton de retrait du mixeur pour le retirer.
