Congratulations to the purchase of this Beamz product. Please read this manual thoroughly prior to using the product in order to benefit
fully from all features.

Read the manual prior to using the product. Follow the instructions in order not to invalidate the warranty. Take all precautions to avoid
fire and/or electrical shock. Repairs must only be carried out by a qualified technician in order to avoid electrical shock. Keep the
manual for future reference.

- Prior to using the product, please ask advice from a
specialist. When the unit is switched on for the first time,
some smell may occur. This is normal and will disappear
after a while.

- The unit contains voltage carrying parts. Therefore do NOT
open the housing.

- Do not place metal objects or pour liquids into the product.
This may cause electrical shock and malfunction.

- Do not place the product near heat sources such as
radiators, etc. Do not place the unit on a vibrating surface.
Do not cover the ventilation holes.

- The product is not suitable for continuous use.

- Be careful with the mains lead and do not damage it. A
faulty or damaged mains lead can cause electrical shock
and malfunction.

- When unplugging the product from a mains outlet, always
pull the plug, never the lead.

- Do not plug or unplug the unit with wet hands.

- If the plug and/or the mains lead are damaged, they need to
be replaced by a qualified technician.

- If the product is damaged to such an extent that internal
parts are visible, do NOT plug the unit into a mains outlet
and DO NOT switch the product on. Contact your dealer. Do
NOT connect the product to a rheostat or dimmer.

- To avoid fire and shock hazard, do not expose the product
to rain and moisture.

- All repairs should be carried out by a qualified technician
only.

- Connect the product to an earthed mains outlet (220­240Vac/50Hz) protected by a 10-16A fuse.

- During a thunderstorm or if the product will not be used for a
longer period of time, unplug it from the mains. The rule is:
Unplug it from the mains when not in use.

- If the product has not been used for a longer period of time,
condensation may occur. Let the unit reach room
temperature before you switch it on. Never use the product
in humid rooms or outdoors.

- During operation, the housing becomes very hot. Do not
touch it during operation and immediately after.

- To prevent accidents in companies, you must follow the
applicable guide lines and follow the instructions.

- Secure the product with an extra safety chain if the unit is
ceiling mount. Use a truss system with clamps. Make sure
nobody stands in the mounting area. Mount the effect at
least 50cm away from inflammable material and leave at
least 1 meter space on every side to ensure sufficient
cooling.

- This poduct contains high intensity LEDs. Do not look into
the LED light to prevent damage to your eyes.

- Do not repeatedly switch the product on and off. This
shortens the life time.

- Keep the unit out of the reach of children. Do not leave the
unit unattended.

- Do not use cleaning sprays to clean switches. The residues
of these sprays cause deposits of dust and grease. In case
of malfunction, always seek advice from a specialist.

- Only operate the product with clean hands.

- Do not force the controls.

- If the product has fallen, always have it checked by a
qualified technician before you switch the product on again.

- Do not use chemicals to clean the unit. They damage the
varnish. Only clean the product with a dry cloth.

- Keep away from electronic equipment that may cause
interference.

- Only use original spares for repairs, otherwise serious
damage and/or dangerous radiation may occur.

- Switch the product off prior to unplugging it from the mains
and/or other equipment. Unplug all leads and cables prior to
moving the product.

- Make sure that the mains lead cannot be damaged when
people walk on it. Check the mains lead before every use for
damages and faults!

- The mains voltage is 220-240Vac/50Hz. Check if power
outlet match. If you travel, make sure that the mains voltage
of the country is suitable for this product.

- Keep the original packing material so that you can transport
the product in safe conditions

The product has been certified CE. It is prohibited to make any changes to the product. They would invalidate the CE certificate and
their guarantee!

NOTE: To make sure that the unit will function normally, it must be used in rooms with a temperature between 5°C/41°F and
35°C/95°F.

Electric products must not be put into household waste. Please bring them to a recycling centre. Ask your local authorities or your
dealer about the way to proceed. The specifications are typical. The actual values can slightly change from one unit to the other.
Specifications can be changed without prior notice.

Do not attempt to make any repairs yourself. This would invalid your warranty. Do not make any changes to the product. This would also

invalid your warranty. The warranty is not applicable in case of accidents or damages caused by inappropriate use or disrespect of the
warnings contained in this manual. Beamz cannot be held responsible for personal injuries caused by a disrespect of the safety

recommendations and warnings. This is also applicable to all damages in whatever form.

UNP ACKING INSTRUCTION

CAUTION! Immediately upon receiving the product, carefully unpack the carton, check the c ontents to ensure that all parts are

present, and have been received in goo d c ondition. Notify the shipper immedi ately and retain packing material for inspection if
any parts appear damage from shipping or the package itself shows signs of m ishandling. Save the package and all packing
materials. In the event that the prod uc t must be returned to the factory, it is important that the product be ret urned in the original
factory box and packing.

If the device has been exposed to drastic temperature fluctuation (e.g. after transportation), do not switch it on immediately. The
arising condensation water might damage your device. Leave the device s witched off until it has reached r oom temperature.

POWERSUPPLY

On the label on the backside of the product is indicated on this type of power s upply must be connected. Check that the m ai ns
voltage corresponds to this, all other voltages than specified, the light effect can be irreparably damaged. The product must also
be directly connected to the mains and may be used. No dimmer or adjustable po wer supply.

Always connect the device to a protect ed circuit (circuit breaker or fuse). Make sure the device has an appropriat e
electrical ground to avoid the risk of electrocution or fire.

INSTALLATION

Attention:

• The installation of the product has to be built and constructed in a way that it can hold 10 times the weight for 1 hour
without any harming deformation.

• The installation must always be secur ed with a secondary safety attachment, e.g. an appropriate catch net. This
secondary safety attachment must be constructed in a way that no part of the inst allation can fall down if the main
attachment fails.

• Make sure the area below the installati on place is free from unwanted persons during rigging, de-rigging and servicing.

• The operator has to make sure that safety-relating and machine-technical installations are approved b y an expert

before taking into operation for the fi r st time and after changes before taki ng i nto operation another time.

• The operator has to make sure that safety-relating and machine-technical installations are approved by a s k i ll ed
person once a year.

• The fixture should be installed in the position where persons cannot reach and where persons may walk by or be
seated.

CAUTION: Please consider the respective national norms during the

installation! The installation must only be carried out by an

authorized employee or dealers!

CAUTION:

When installing the device, make sure there is no highly in

inflammable material (decoration articles, etc.) in between a

distance of min 20inch / 0.5 meter.

DISPLAY

The control board offer several features: you can simple set the starti ng
address, run the pre-programmed program or make a reset. The main menu
is accessed by pressing the Menu-button, browse through the submenu b y
pressing Up or Down.

Press the Enter-button in order to select the desired menu.
You can change the selection by pressing Up or Down. Confirm every

selection by pressing the Enter-button.
You can leave every mode by pressing the Menu-button. The functions

provided are described later in this manual.

DMX-512 CONNECTION

If you are using a standard DMX controll er, you can connect the DMX output of the c ontroller directly to the DMX input of the
first unit in a DMX chain. Always connect the output of one unit with the input of the next unit until all units are connected.

5-pin XLR DMX Connectors.
Some manufactures use 5-pin DMX-512 data cables for DATA transmission in plac e of 3-pin. 5-pin DMX fixtures may be
implemented in a 3-pin DMX line. When ins erting standard 5-pin data cables in to a 3-pin line a cable adaptor must be used.
The chart below details a proper cable conversion.

At the last fixture, the DMX cable has to be terminated. Solder a 120 Ohm r esistor between signal (-) and signal (+) into a 3-pin
XLR connector and plug this into the DMX o utput of the last fixture in the chain.

SYSTEM MENU

ADDR - DMX Address Setting.

1. Press the either the MENU, UP, or DOW N buttons until
“ADDR” is displayed, press ENTER.

2. The current address will now be displa ye d and flashing.
Press the UP or DOWN buttons to find your desired address.
Press ENTER to set your desired DMX address.

CHND - This will let select your desired DMX
channel mode.

1. Press the MENU button until “CHND” is displayed, press
ENTER. The current DMX channel mode will be displayed

2. Press the UP or DOWN buttons to find your des i red DMX
channel mode and press ENTER to confirm and exit.

SLND - This will let you set unit as a master or slave in a
master/slave configuration.

1. Press the MENU button until “SLND” is displayed, press ENTER. Either
“MAST”, “SL 1”, or “SL 2” will be displayed.

2. Press the UP or DOWN buttons until your desi red setting is displayed, press
ENTER to confirm.

NOTE: In a Master/Slave configuration you can set one fixture to Master and
then set the next fixture to “SL 2”, the f i xtures will now have contrast movement
to each other.

SHND - Show modes 0-12 (Factory programs). Show mode can run
with or without sound active mode active.

1. Press the MENU button until “SHND” is displayed, press ENTER.

2. “Sh X” will now be displayed, “X” repr es enting a number between 0-12. Use the UP or
DOWN buttons to find your desired show.

3. When you have found your desired sho w press ENTER, then press and hold the
MENU button for at least 3 seconds to activate. After you have set your desired show, it
can be changed at any time using the UP or DO WN buttons.

NOTE: Blackout function ashould be off ( BLND = NO), otherwise the show will not work.

SOUN - Sound Active mode.

1. Press the MENU button until “SOUN” is displayed, press ENTER.

2. The display will show either “ON” or “OFF”. Press the UP or DOWN buttons to selec t
“ON” to activate sound active mode, or “OFF” to deactivate sound active mode.

3. Press ENTER to confirm.

SENS - In this mode you can adjust the sound sensitivity.

1. Press the MENU button until “SENS” is displayed, press ENTER.

2. A number between 0-100 will be displayed. Press the UP or DOWN buttons to adjust
the sound sensitivity. 0 being the least sensitive, and 100 being the most sensit ive.

3. When you have found your desired setting press ENTER to confirm.

BLND – Blackout mode.

1. Press the MENU button until “BLND” is displaye d, press ENTER.

2. The display will show either “YES” or “NO”. Press the UP or Down buttons to select
“YES” to activate the blackout mode, or “NO” to activate the normal mode.

3. Press ENTER to confirm.

LED - With this function you can have the LED display turn off after 10
seconds.

1. Press the MENU button until “LED” is displayed, press ENTER.

2. The display will show either “ON” or “OFF”. Press the UP or DOWN buttons to select
“ON” to keep the LED display on at all times, or “OFF” to switch to have the LED display
switch off after 10 seconds.

DISP - This function will reverse the display 180º.

1. Press the MENU button until “DISP” is displayed, press ENTER.

2. Press ENTER to “flip” the display. Press ENTER to “flip” it again. Press ENTER when
you have made your desired setup.

3. Press ENTER to confirm. To make you LE D display reappear again press any button

1TIL – Tilt 1 inverse

1. Press the MENU button until “1TILT” is displayed, press ENTER.

2. The display will show either “YES” or “NO”. Press the UP or Down buttons to
select “YES” to activate the tilt inversion mode, or “NO” to activate the normal
mode.

3. Press ENTER to confirm.

2TIL – Tilt 2 inverse

1. Press the MENU button until “2TILT” is displayed, press ENTER.

2. The display will show either “YES” or “NO”. Press the UP or Down buttons to
select “YES” to activate the tilt inversion mode, or “NO” to activate the normal
mode.

3. Press ENTER to confirm.

REV –

1. Press the MENU button until “REV” is displayed, press ENTER.

2. The display will show either “YES” or “NO”. Press the UP or Down buttons to

select “YES” the projector lenses will light up right to left, or “NO” normal mode the projector lenses will light up right to left.

3. Press ENTER to confirm.

TEST - This function will run a self-test program.

1. Press the MENU button until “TEST” is displayed, press ENTER.

2. The fixture will now run a self-test. Press MENU to exit.

FHRS - With this function you can display the running time of the unit.

1. Press the MENU button until “FHRS” is displayed, press ENTER.

2. The running time of the fixture will now be displayed. Press MENU to exit.

UER - Use this function to display the Software version of the unit.

1. Press the either the MENU button until “UER” is displayed, press ENTER.

2. The display will show the software vers ion.

RSET - This function will reset the unit.

1. Press the MENU button until “RSET” is displayed. Press the ENTER button and the unit will reset itself.

OFFSET SUBMENU

Menu

To enter the Offset Menu, press the ENTER button for at least 3 seconds. In this s ubmenu you are able to adjust the home
positions of the tilt motor positions .

Tilt Offset - Adjustment of the tilt home position for any of the 2 bars.

1. Press the ENTER button for at least 3 seconds, then press the UP or DOWN buttons so that either “ Til 1” or “Til 2” is
displayed, and press ENTER.

2. Use the UP and DOWN buttons to make your adjus tments, and then press ENTER to confirm . Press the MENU button for
one second to exit.

OPERATION

The MHL810 can operate in three different modes. In each mode you can run the fixture as a standalone fixture or in a
master/slave configuration. This next section will detail the differenc es in the operating modes.

Universal DMX Control:

This function allows you to use a universal DMX-512 controller to control the c has es and patterns, dimmer and strobe. A D M X
controller allows you to create unique programs tailored to your individu al needs.

1. The MHL810 has 4 DMX Channel modes; 1 Channels, 6 Channels, 12 Channels or 36 C hannels.

2. Use the controller’s faders to cont r ol the various DMX fixture traits. T his will allow you to create your own pro grams.

3. For longer cable runs (more than a 100 feet) use a terminator on the last fixture.

4. For help operating in DMX mode consult t he manual included with your DMX controller.

Sound Active Mode:

This mode allows either single unit or several units linked together, to run to the beat of the music.

1. Press the MENU button until “SOUN” is displayed, and press ENTER.

2. Press the UP or DOWN button so that “ON” is dis played. The unit will now run to the beat of the music.

3. The sound sensitivity can be adjusted by pressing the MENU button until “SEN S ” is displayed, and then press ENTER. Use
the UP or DOWN buttons to adjust the sound sens itivity, 1 being the least sensitiv e, and 100 being the most sensitive.

Show Mode:

In this mode you can choose 0 of 12 show modes to run.

1. Press the MENU button until “SHND” is displayed, and press ENTER.

2. Press the UP or DOWN buttons until you find your desired show, and press ENTER then press and hold MENU for 3 seconds
to confirm.

MASTER/SLA VE OPERATION

This function will allow you to link up to 16 units together and operate without a controller. In a Master-Slave set up one unit will
act as the controlling unit and the others will react to the controlling unit’ s programs. Any unit can act as a Master or as a Slave.

1. Using approved DMX data cables, daisy chain your units together via the XLR connector on the rear of the units. Remember
the Male XLR connector is the input and the F emale XLR connector is the output. The first unit in the chain (master) will use the
female XLR connector only - The last uni t in the chain will use the male XLR conn ec tor only. For longer cable runs we suggest a
terminator at the last fixture.

2. For the Master unit press the MENU butt on until “SLND” is displayed, and pres s ENTER. Set the unit to “MAST” and press
ENTER.

3. Next set the Master to your desired op er ating mode.

4. For the slave units press the MENU button until “SLND” is displayed, and Pres s ENTER. Set the slave units to either “ S L 1”
or “SL 2”. 5. The slave units will now follow the Master unit.

REPLACING THE FUSE

If the fuse is defective, replace the fuse with a fuse of the same type and value. Before replacing the fuse, unplug mains lead.
Procedure:

Step 1: Open the fuse holder on the rear panel with a fitting screwdriver.
Step 2: Remove the old fuse from the fuse h older.
Step 3: Install the new fuse in the fuse ho lder.
Step 4: Replace the fuse holder in the housing.

FIXTURE CLEANING

The cleaning of internal and external o ptical lenses and/or mirrors must be carried out periodically to optimize light output.
Cleaning frequency depends on the e nvironment in which the fixture operates: damp, smoky or particularly dirty surrounding
can cause greater accumulation of dirt on the unit’s optics.

• Make sure the area below the installati on place is free from unwanted persons during servicing.

• Housings, fixations and installations spots( ceiling, truss, suspens ions) should be totally free from any deformation.

• The mains cables must be in impeccable co ndition and should be replaced immediately when even a small problem is

detected.

• In order to protect the fixture from overheat the cooli ng fans (if any) and ventilation openings should be cleaned
monthly.

• The interior of the fixture should be cleaned annually using a vacuum cleaner or air-jet.

• Clean with soft cloth using normal glas s cleaning fluid.

• Always dry the parts carefully.

• Clean the external optics at least every month. Clean the internal optics at least every 30/60 days.

ATTENTION: We strongly recommend internal cleaning to be c ar ried out by qualified worker!

TROUBLESHOOTING

This section describes a few common problems that may occur during operation and provides some suggestions for easy

lezen, aangezien wij graag willen dat u onze producten snel en volledig gebruikt.

Lees deze handleiding eerst door alvorens het product te gebruiken. Volg de instructies op anders zou de garantie wel eens kunnen
vervallen. Neem ook altijd alle veiligheidsmaatregelen om brand en/of een elektrische schok te voorkomen. Tevens is het ook
raadzaam om reparaties / modificaties e.d. over te laten aan gekwalificeerd personeel om een elektrische schok te voorkomen. Bewaar
deze handleiding ook voor toekomstig gebruik.

- Bewaar de verpakking zodat u indien het apparaat defect is, dit
in de originele verpakking kunt opsturen om beschadigingen te
voorkomen.

- Voordat het apparaat in werking wordt gesteld, altijd eerst een
deskundige raadplegen. Bij het voor de eerste keer inschakelen
kan een bepaalde reuk optreden. Dit is normaal en verdwijnt na
een poos.

- In het apparaat bevinden zich onder spanning staande
onderdelen; open daarom NOOIT dit apparaat.

- Plaats geen metalen objecten en mors geen vloeistof in het
effect. Dit kan leiden tot elektrische schokken of defecten.

- Toestel niet opstellen in de buurt van warmtebronnen zoals
radiatoren etc. en niet op een vibrerende onder- grond plaatsen.
Dek ventilatieopeningen nooit af.

- Het apparaat is niet geschikt voor continu gebruik.

- Wees voorzichtig met het netsnoer en beschadig deze niet. Als
het snoer kapot of beschadigd is, kan dit leiden tot elektrische
schokken of defecten.

- Als u de stekker uit het stopcontact neemt, trek dan niet aan het
snoer, maar aan de stekker.

- Om brand of elektrische schok te voorkomen, dient u dit
apparaat niet bloot te stellen aan regen of vocht.

- Verwijder of plaats een stekker nooit met natte handen resp. uit
en in het stopcontact.

- Indien zowel de stekker en/of netsnoer als snoeringang in het
apparaat beschadigd zijn dient dit door een vakman hersteld te
worden.

- Indien het apparaat zo beschadigd is dat inwendige (onder)delen
zichtbaar zijn mag de stekker NOOIT in het stopcontact worden
geplaatst en het apparaat NOOIT worden ingeschakeld. Neem in
dit geval contact op met de dealer.

- Sluit het apparaat nooit op een dimmer aan.

- Reparatie aan het apparaat dient te geschieden door een
vakman of een deskundige.

- Sluit het apparaat alleen aan op een 220-240VAC / 50Hz
(geaard) stopcontact, verbonden met een 10-16A
meterkastgroep.

- Bij onweer altijd de stekker uit het stopcontact halen, zo ook
wanneer het apparaat voor een langere tijd niet gebruikt wordt.
Stelregel: Bij geen gebruik stekker verwijderen.

- Als u het apparaat lang niet gebruikt heeft en het weer wil
gebruiken kan er condens ontstaan; laat het apparaat eerst op
kamertemperatuur komen alvorens het weer in werking te
stellen.

- Apparaat nooit in vochtige ruimten en buiten gebruiken.

- De behuizing wordt zeer warm, raak deze dan ook niet aan bij
gebruik en direct na gebruik..

- Om ongevallen in bedrijven te voorkomen moet rekening
worden gehouden met de daarvoor geldende richtlijnen en
moeten de aanwijzingen/waarschuwingen worden gevolgd.

- Zorg voor een extra veiligheidsketting als het product op
hoogte wordt gehangen. Gebruik een truss-systeem met
montagehaak. Ga nooit onder het product staan bij ophanging.
Monteer minimaal 50 cm van brandbare objecten en laat
tenminste 1meter vrij aan weerszijden voor een deugdelijke
ventilatie.

- Dit apparaat bezit een hoge intensiteit LED; kijk nooit in de
LED om oogbeschadigingen te voorkomen.

- Het apparaat buiten bereik van kinderen houden. Bovendien
mag het apparaat nooit onbeheerd gelaten worden

- Gebruik geen schoonmaakspray om de schakelaars te
reinigen. Restanten van deze spray zorgen ervoor dat smeer
en stof ophopen. Raadpleeg bij storing te allen tijde een
deskundige.

- Zorg dat uw handen schoon zijn tijdens het gebruik.

- Gebruik geen overmatige kracht bij het bedienen van het
apparaat.

- Bij een ongeval met dit product altijd eerst een deskundige
raadplegen alvorens opnieuw te gebruiken.

- Tracht het apparaat niet schoon te maken met chemische
oplossingen. Dit kan de lak beschadigen. Gebruik een droge
doek om schoon te maken.

- Blijf uit de buurt van elektronische apparatuur die
bromstoringen zouden kunnen veroorzaken.

- Bij reparatie dienen altijd originele onderdelen te worden
gebruikt om onherstelbare beschadigingen en/of ontoelaatbare
straling te voorkomen.

- Schakel eerst het apparaat uit voordat u het netsnoer
verwijdert. Verwijder netsnoer en aansluitsnoeren voordat u
het apparaat gaat verplaatsen.

UITPAKKEN

LET OP! Onmiddellijk na ontvangst, zorgvuldig uit pakken van de doos, controleer de in houd om ervoor te zorgen dat alle

onderdelen aanwezig zijn en zijn in goede staat zijn ontvangen. Bij transportschade of ontbreken van onderdelen onmiddellijk
de verkopende partij inlichten. Be waar de verpakking en het verpakkingsmateriaal. Indien het product m oet worden
teruggestuurd, is het belangrijk dat het product in originele verpakk i ng wordt geretourneerd.

Als het apparaat is blootgesteld aan drastische temperatuurverschillen (bv. na het transport), sc hak el het apparaat niet
onmiddellijk in. De ontstane condensatie kan het apparaat beschadigen. Zorg ervoor dat het apparaat op kamertemperatuur
komt en steek vervolgens de voeding st ek ker in het stopcontact/wandcontactdoos.

AANSLUITSPANNING

Op het label aan de achterzijde van het pr oduct staat aangegeven op welke netspanning deze moet worden aangesloten.
Controleer of de netspanning hiermee ov ereenkomt, bij alle andere netspanningen dan aangegeven kan het ap par aat
onherstelbaar worden beschadigd. Tevens moet het apparaat direct op de netspanning worden aangesloten e n mag géén
dimmer of regelbare voeding worden gebruikt.

Sluit het apparaat altijd aan op een besc hermd circuit (aardlekschakel aar of zekering). Zorg ervoor dat het apparaat
voldoende elektrisch is geaard om het risico op elektrocutie of brand te vermijden.

INSTALLATIE

• De constructie van de ophanging dient z o te zijn dat deze 10 keer het gewicht per uur van het product kan dragen.

• Gebruik altijd de meegeleverde bevestigingsbeugel om het product op te hangen.

• Het product dient m.b.v. een montageklem (niet meegeleverd) aan de meegelever de bevestigingsbeugel te worden

bevestigd.

• Het product moet altijd worden gezekerd d.m.v. veiligheidskabel.

• Zorg ervoor dat geen enkel individu t i jdens installatie, reparatie enz. onder het product staat of door kan lopen.

• De gebruiker is verantwoordelijk voor het product, de installatie en de veiligheid van het geheel. Is deze daart oe niet in

staat dient altijd een externe deskundige in de arm genomen te worden die het geheel controleert en de
verantwoordelijkheid op zich neemt.

• De gebruiker dient minstens eens per jaar het product en de installatie te laten controleren, op veiligheid, technisc he
werking enz., door een externe deskundige.

LET OP: Bij de installatie van het apparaat mag geen ontvlambaar materiaal

aanwezig zijn (decoratie materiaal, e nz.). Houd tenminste 50 cm

afstand tot oppervlakken en andere apparatuur!

DISPLAY

Het bedieningspaneel biedt verschillende mogelijkheden zoals:
eenvoudige invoeren van het startadres, voorgeprogrammeerde
programma selecteren of een reset . Het hoofdmenu wordt geopend door
op de Menu-toets, blader door het submenu door Up of Down-toets.

Druk op de Enter-toets om het gewenste menu te selec teren.
U kunt de selectie wijzigen door te drukk en op de Up of Down-toets.

Bevestig elke keuze door te drukken op de Enter-toets.
Je kunt elke modus verlaten door op de Menu -toets. De functies

worden verderop in de handleiding bes c hreven.

DMX-512 AANSLUITEN

Als u gebruik maakt van een standaard DMX-lichtstuurtafel, kunt u de DMX uitgang van de stuurtafel rechtstr eeks aansluiten op
de DMX ingang van het eerste DMX apparaat. Sluit altijd de DMX uitgang aan op de eerst volgende DMX ingang van het
volgende apparaat totdat alle apparat en zijn aangesloten.

5-polige XLR connector.
Sommige fabrikanten gebruiken 5-polige DM X kabels voor DATA transmissie in plaats van 3-pin. 5-polige DMX armat uren kan
in een 3-polige DMX lijn worden uitgevoerd. Bij het plaatsen van standard 5-polige datakabels in een 3-polige DMX lijn, moet er
een verloop worden gebruikt. Onderstaande tabel geeft de details v oor de juiste kabelconversie.

Opgelet bij het laatste apparaat, dient u de DMX-lijn af te sluiten met een eindweerstand. Soldeer een 120 Ohm weerstand tussen
signaal (-) en signaal (+) in een 3-polige XLR connector en steek deze in de DMX ui tgang van het laatste apparaat in de lijn.

SYSTEEMMENU

A DDR - DMX adressering

1. Druk zo vaak op de MENU toets totdat “ADD R” in het
display verschijnt. Druk vervolgens op de ENTER toets.

2. Het ingestelde adres wordt nu knipperend in het display

SLND - Met deze functie kan gekozen worden om het apparaat als
Master of Slave te laten functioneren in een Master/Slave
configuratie.

1. Druk zo vaak op de MENU toets totdat “SLND ” i n het display verschijnt en
druk op ENTER. In het display verschijnt “MAST”, “SL 1” of “SL 2”.

2. Druk zo vaak op de UP of DOWN toets totdat de gewenste instelling in het
display verschijnt en druk op ENTE R ter bevestiging.

Attentie: Indien in een Master/Slave c onfiguratie een apparaat als Master wordt
geselecteerd en het volgende apparaat in de “SL 2” modus wordt gezet, zijn de
bewegingen van de apparaten ten opzichte van elkaar geïnverteerd.

SHND - SH0 – SH12 – Show modus 0-12. Met deze functie kan een
van de voorgeprogrammeerde shows gekozen worden. Tijdens de show
modus kan de sound active modus zowel in- als uitgeschakeld zijn.

1. Druk zo vaak op de MENU toets totdat “SHN D” in het display verschijnt, druk op
ENTER. In het display verschijnt vervolgens “Sh X”. “X” vertegenwoordigt een nummer
tussen 0 en 12.

2. Druk zo vaak op de UP of DOWN toets totdat het gewenste programma in het display
verschijnt. show “0” is een random modus .

3. Druk op ENTER wanneer de gewenste show is gekozen en houd de MENU toets ten
minste 3 seconden gedrukt om de show te ac tiveren. Nadat de gewenste show is
ingesteld kan deze ten alle tijden gewijzigd worden door gebruik te maken van de UP en DOWN toetsen.
LET OP: BLACKOUT FUNCTIE MOET UIT STAAN (DUS NO), ANDERS WERKT DE SHOW MODE NIET.

SOUN – Het apparaat reageert op geluid.

1. Druk zo vaak op de MENU toets totdat “SOUN” in het display verschijnt, druk op
ENTER.

2. In het display verschijnt “ON” of “OFF”. Druk op de UP of DOWN toets om met “ON”
de sound-active modus te activeren of om met “OFF” de sound-active modus uit t e
schakelen.

3. Druk op ENTER en hou de MENU toets gedurende tenminste 3 seconden ingedrukt
ter bevestiging.

SENS – Met deze functie kan de geluidsgevoeligheid worden ingesteld. 0
is het minst gevoelig, 100 is het meest gevoelig.

1. Druk zo vaak op de MENU toets totdat “SE N S ” in het display verschijnt en druk op
ENTER.

2. Gebruik de UP en DOWN toetsen om de gelui dsgevoeligheid naar wens in te stellen.

3. Druk op ENTER ter bevestiging en hou de ME N U toets gedurende tenminste 3
seconden ingedrukt.

BLND – Blackout mode.

1. Druk zo vaak op de MENU toets totdat “B LND ” i n het display verschijnt en druk op
ENTER.

2. In het display verschijnt “YES” of “NO”. Druk op de Up of Down toets om met “Yes” de
blackout modus te activeren of om m et “NO” de normale modus te activeren.

3. Druk op ENTER ter bevestiging.

LED – Met deze functie wordt de verlichting van het display automatisch
na 10 seconden uitgeschakeld.

1. Druk zo vaak op de MENU toets totdat “LED” in het display verschijnt en druk op
ENTER.

2. In het display verschijnt “ON” of “OFF”. Selecteer met de UP of DOWN toets “ON” om
de LED verlichting altijd te laten branden, of “OFF” om de LED verlichting na 10
seconden automatisch uit te schakelen.

3. Druk op ENTER ter bevestiging. Druk op een willekeurige toets om de verlichti ng van
het display weer te laten branden.

DISP – Met deze functie wordt het display 180° gedraaid.

1. Druk zo vaak op de MENU toets totdat “DI SP” in het display verschijnt en druk op

TEST – Deze functie voert een testprogramma uit. Pan/Tilt beweging en
kleuren worden getest.

1. Druk zo vaak op de MENU toets totdat “TES T” in het display verschijnt en druk op
ENTER.

2. Het apparaat doorloopt het testprogramma.

FHRS – Met deze functie kan het aantal bed ri j fsuren van het apparaat
worden weergegeven.

1. Druk zo vaak op de MENU toets totdat “FHRS ” in het display verschijnt en druk op
ENTER.

2. Het aantal bedrijfsuren verschijnt in het display. Druk op MENU om het menu te
verlaten.

UER - Met deze functie kan de softwareversie van het apparaat worden

weergegeven.

1. Druk zo vaak op de MENU toets totdat “V E R ” i n het display verschijnt en druk op
ENTER.

2. De softwareversie wordt nu in het display weergegeven. Druk op MENU om het menu te verlaten.

RSET - Met deze functie kan het apparaat gereset worden.

1. Druk zo vaak op de MENU toets totdat “RSET” in het display verschijnt en druk op E NTER.

2. Het apparaat zal nu resetten.

INSTELLINGEN UITGANGSPOSITIES

Menu

Houd de ENTER toets gedurende tenminste 3 seconden ingedrukt om toegang te krijgen tot het Tilt submenu. In dit menu kan
de originele positie van de Tilt worden aangepast.

TILT OFFSET – Met deze functie kan de uitgangspositie van de Tilt van bar 1 en 2 worden ingesteld/aangepast.

1. Druk tenminste 3 seconden op de ENTER toets om toegang te krijgen tot het submen u.

2. Druk de UP of DOWN toets totdat “Til 1” of “Til 2” in het display verschijnt en druk op ENTER.

3. Druk de UP of DOWN toets om de gewenst e ui tgangspositie te bepalen. Als de gewenste uitgangspositie is gevonden druk

BEDIENING

Bedieningsmogelijkheden:

De MHL810 kan op drie verschillende ma nieren bediend worden. In iedere bedieningsmogelijkheid kan het apparaat zowel als
stand-alone effect functioneren als ook in een Master/Slave configuratie. Hieronder worden de verschille nde
bedieningsmogelijkheden gedetailleerd beschreven.

UNIVERSAL DMX CONTROL:

Met deze functie kan een universele DMX-512 controller worden gebruikt om alle afzonderlijke functies te bewerken. Met de
DMX controller kunnen unieke, op ieders persoonlijke wensen toegesneden programma’s worden gecreëerd.

1. De MHL810 is een 1, 6, 12, of 36-kanaals DMX a pparaat.

2. Gebruik de faders van de controller om de diverse DMX kanalen te bedienen en zo een eigen programma te creëren.

3. Raadpleeg de gebruikershandleiding van uw DMX controller voor hulp of vragen als apparaat in DMX modus werk t.

4. Gebruik een eindweerstand op het la atste apparaat in de keten bij het gebruik van langere stukken kabel.

SOUND ACTIVE MODE:

Met deze functie kan een enkel apparaat, of meerdere aan elkaar gekoppelde apparaten, functioneren op de beat van de
muziek.

1. Druk zo vaak op de MENU toets totdat “SOUN” in het display verschijnt en druk op ENTER

2. Druk op de UP of DOWN toets om “ON” (sound ac tive modus) of “OFF” te selecteren en druk op ENTER. Houd de MENU
toets gedurende tenminste 3 seconden ingedrukt ter bevestiging.

3. De geluidsgevoeligheid kan word en ingesteld door op de MENU toets te drukken totdat “ SENS” in het display versch ij nt.
Druk op ENTER. Gebruik de UP en DOWN toets en om de geluidsgevoeligheid in te st ellen. 1 is het minst gevoelig, 100 is het
meest gevoelig.

SHOW MODE:

Met deze functie kan een enkel apparaat of meerder op elkaar aangesloten apparaten een van de acht gekozen shows
afspelen.

1. Druk zo vaak op de MENU toets totdat “S H ND ” i n het display verschijnt en druk op ENTER.

2. Druk zo vaak op de UP of DOWN toets totdat de gewenste show is gevonden en druk op ENTER en houd de MENU toets
gedurende tenminste 3 seconden ingedr ukt ter bevestiging.

MASTER/SLA VE CONFIGURATIE

Met deze functie kunnen tot 16 apparaten met elkaar verbonden worden en zonder c ontroller functioneren. De apparaten
reageren op geluid of doorlopen een voor geprogrammeerde show. In de Master/Slave functie stuurt een apparaat het
programma aan en de andere apparaten reageren hierop. Elk willekeurig apparaat kan zowel Master als Slave zijn.

1. Gebruik standaard XLR DMX kabel, verbind de apparaten met elkaar via de XLR co nnector aan de achterkant van de
apparaten. De mannelijke XLR connect or is de input en de vrouwelijke XLR conn ec tor is de output. Het eerste apparaat in de
keten (Master) gebruikt alleen de vrouwelijke connector. Het laatste apparaat in de keten gebruikt alleen de mannelijke
connector. Indien langere stukken kabel worden gebruikt is het raadzaam een eindweerstand te gebruiken bij het l aatste
apparaat.

2. Druk bij het Master apparaat op de MENU toets totdat “SLND” in het display verschijnt en druk op ENTER. Selecteer op het
Master apparaat “ MAST” en druk op ENTER. Selecteer de gewenste bedieningsmodus op het master apparaat.

3. Druk bij de Slave apparaten op de MENU toets totdat “SLND” in het display verschijnt en druk op ENTER. Kies “SL1” of “SL2”
en druk op ENTER.

4. De Slave apparaten volgen nu het Master apparaat.

VERVANGEN ZEKERING

Indien de zekering defect is, dient u de zekering te vervangen door een zeker i ng van hetzelfde type en waarde. Voor het
vervangen van de zekering, schakel eerst de stroom uit en volg de onderstaande stappen.

Procedure:

Stap 1: Open de zekeringhouder op het achterpaneel met een passende platte schroevendraaier.
Stap 2: Verwijder de oude zekering uit de z ekeringhouder.
Stap 3: Installeer de nieuwe zekering i n de zekeringhouder.
Stap 4: Plaats de zekeringhouder in de b ehuizing.

ONDERHOUD

Het reinigen van inwendige en uitwendige optische lenzen en / of spiegel s moet regelmatig worden uitgevoerd om de
lichtopbrengst te optimaliseren. Reinigingsfrequentie is afha nkelijk van de omgeving waarin het armatuur wordt gebruikt: een
klamme, rokerige of bijzonder vuile omgeving kan een grotere opeenhoping van vuil veroorzak en op de optische uitrusting.

• Zorg er voor dat gedurende het onderhoud zich geen individuen bevinden onder het apparaat.

• Schakel het apparaat uit, trek de stekker uit het stopcontact en wacht tot het apparaat is afgekoeld.

• Behuizing, bevestiging en installaties (plafond, truss, ophangin g) moeten van deugdelijke aard zijn.

• Het netsnoer mag niet beschadigd zijn en moet direct vervangen worden, ook bij kleine defecten.

• Om het apparaat te beschermen tegen oververhitting dienen ventilatoren en v entilatie openingen iedere maand

gereinigd te worden.

• De lens en spiegels dienen periodiek gereinigd te worden. Deze periode is afhankelijk van de aanwezige viezigheid.

• Alleen reinigen met een droge doek, gebruik geen reinigingsmiddelen.

• Modificaties door de fabrikant worden zonder u op de hoogte te brengen doorgevoerd.

HET OPLOSSEN V AN PROBLEMEN

Dit hoofdstuk beschrijft een aantal veel voorkomende problemen die zich kunnen voor doen tijdens de bediening en biedt een
aantal suggesties voor het eenvoudig oplossen van problemen:

dem Fall an Ihren Fachhändler. Das Gerät darf nicht an einen
Dimmer angeschlossen werden.

- Reparaturen dürfen nur von einem Fachmann oder
Sachverständigen ausgeführt werden.

- Das Gerät nur an eine geerdete 10-16A Netzsteckdose mit 220­240V AC/50Hz Spannung anschließen.

- Bei Gewitter oder längerem Nichtgebrauch den Netzstecker
abziehen. Die Regel gilt: Bei Nichtgebrauch Netzstecker
abziehen.

- Wenn das Gerät längere Zeit nicht benutzt wurde, kann sich
Kondenswasser gebildet haben. Lassen Sie das Gerät erst auf
Zimmertemperatur kommen, bevor Sie es einschalten. Das
Gerät nicht in feuchten Räumen oder im Freien benutzen.

- Das Gehäuse wird sehr warm. Während des Betriebs und gleich
danach nicht das Gehäuse anfassen.

- Um Unfällen in der Öffentlichkeit vorzubeugen, müssen die
geltenden Richtlinien beachtet und die
Anweisungen/Warnungen befolgt werden.

- Wenn das Gerät an der Decke befestigt werden soll, muss es
mit einer zusätzlichen Sicherheitskette abgesichert werden.
Benutzen Sie ein Traversen system mit Haken. Während der
Montage darf sich niemand im Bereich darunter aufhalten. Das
Gerät muss mindestens 50cm von brennbaren Materialien
entfernt angebracht werden. Lassen Sie einen Mindestabstand
von 1m an jeder Seite des Geräts frei, um ausreichende
Kühlung zu gewährleisten.

- Das Gerät besitzt eine hochintensive LED. Niemals direkt in
die LED blicken, um die Augen nicht zu beschädigen.

- Niemals das Gerät kurz hintereinander ein- und ausschalten.
Dadurch verkürzt sich die Lebensdauer erheblich.

- Das Gerät außerhalb der Reichweite von Kindern halten. Das
Gerät niemals unbeaufsichtigt lassen.

- Die Regler nicht mit Reinigungssprays reinigen. Diese
hinterlassen Rückstände, die zu Staub- und
Fettansammlungen führen. Bei Störungen immer einen
Fachmann um Rat fragen.

- Das Gerät nur mit sauberen Händen bedienen.

- Das Gerät nicht mit Gewalt bedienen.

- Nach einem Unfall mit dem Gerät immer erst einen Fachmann
um Rat fragen, bevor Sie es wieder einschalten.

- Keine chemischen Reinigungsmittel benutzen, die den Lack
beschädigen. Das Gerät nur mit einem trockenen Tuch
abwischen.

- Nicht in der Nähe von elektronischen Geräten benutzen, die
Brummstörungen verursachen können.

- Bei Reparaturen nur die Original-Ersatzteile verwenden, um
starke Schäden und/oder gefährliche Strahlungen zu
vermeiden.

- Bevor Sie das Netz- und/oder Anschlusskabel abziehen, erst
das Gerät ausschalten. Netz- und Anschlusskabel abziehen,

AUSPACKEN

Packen Sie das Gerät sofort nach Empfang aus und prüfen Sie den Inhalt. Wenn T eil e fehlen oder beschädigt sind,
benachrichtigen Sie sofort den Spediteur und bewahren Sie die Verpack ung auf. Falls ein Gerät ins Werk zurückgeschickt
werden muss, ist es wichtig, dass es in der Originalverpackung versandt wird.

Das Gerät darf nicht in Betrieb genommen werden, nachdem es von einem kalten in e i nen warmen Raum gebracht wurde. Das
dabei entstehende Kondenswasser kann unter Umständen Ihr Gerät zerstören. Lassen Sie das Gerät solange uneingeschaltet,
bis es Zimmertemperatur erreicht hat!

NETZANSCHLUSS

Die benötigte Versorgungsspann ung steht auf dem Typenschild auf der Rückseite des Geräts. Die angegebenen Str omwerte
entsprechen einem Durchschnittswert bei normalem Betrieb. Alle G eräte müssen direkt ans Netz angeschlossen werden und
dürfen nicht über Dimmerpacks geschaltet werden. Bevor Sie eine Spannu ng anlegen, prüfen Sie, ob der Wert der z ul ässigen
Spannung entspricht.

Verbinden Sie immer das Produkt an einem geschützten Schaltkreis (Leistungsschalter oder Sicherung). Stellen Sie
sicher, das Produkt ist elektrisch geerdet, um das Risiko eines Stromschlags oder Feuer zu vermeiden.

INSTALLATION

• Die Aufhängung des Geräts muss 10-mal das Eigengewicht 1 Stunde lang ohne Spuren von Verformung tragen
können.

• Verwenden Sie immer das mitgelieferte M ontagebügel, um das Gerät zu hängen.

• Das Gerät darf nur über den Montagebügel (nicht enthalten) an der mitgeli eferten Hänge-/Befestigungsbügel installiert
werden.

• Das Gerät muss immer mit Hilfe von Sicherungsseil gesichert werden.

• Die Anlage muss immer mit einer zweiten S i cherheitsvorrichtung z.B. einem geeigneten Fallnetz/Sicherungsseil
abgesichert werden. Die zweite Sicherheitsvorrichtung muss so gebaut sein, dass keine Teile des Geräts auf den
Boden fallen können, falls die Hauptbefestigung nachgibt.

• Achten Sie drauf, dass sich während d er Montage, Demontage und Wartung keine Personen unter dem Montageplat z
befinden.

• Der Benutzer muss sicherstellen, dass alle sicherheitstechnischen Anlagen von einem Fachmann geprüft werden,
bevor er die Anlage zum ersten Mal in Betrieb nimmt oder nach Änderungen der Anlage.

• Der Benutzer muss sicherstellen, dass die Anlage einmal im Jahr von einem F ac hmann geprüft wird.

• Das Gerät muss an einem Ort angebracht werden, wo es nicht von Personen erre icht werden kann und wo sich keine
Personen weder stehend noch sitzend aufhalte.

während der Montage! Die Installation darf nur von befugten
Angestellten oder Fachleuten aus geführt werden.

DISPLAY

Die Konsole bietet verschiedene Funkt i onen wie: einfache Eingabe der
Startadresse, wählen Sie Preset-Programm oder ein Reset. Das
Hauptmenü wird durch Drücken der Menu-Taste aufgerufen, blättern
Sie durch die Untermenüs durch Up oder Down-Taste.

Drücken Sie die Enter-Taste, um das gewünsc hte Menü auszuwählen.
Sie können die Auswahl mit der Taste Up oder Down, ändern.

Bestätigen Sie jede Auswahl mit der Enter-Taste.
Sie können jeden Modus durch Drücken der Menu- Taste verlassen. Die

Funktionen werden später in diesem Gebrauchsanleitung beschrieben.

DMX-512 ANSCHLUSS

Wenn Sie einen standard Controller v erwenden, können Sie den DMX-Ausgang des Controllers direkt mit dem DM X-Eingang
des ersten Gerätes der DMX-Kette verbinden. Verbinden Sie immer einen Aus gang mit dem Eingang des nächsten Ger ätes bis
alle Geräte angeschlossen sind. Sollen DMX-Controller mit 5-polige XLR-Aus gängen angeschlossen werden, müssen 5-polige
nach 3-polige Adapter verwendet werden.

wird ein XLR-Stecker in den DMX-Ausgang am letzten Gerät gesteckt, bei dem zwischen Signal (-) und Signal (+)
ein 120 Ohm Widerstand eingelötet ist.

SYSTEM MENU

ADDR - DMX Adressierungs-Einstellung

1. Drücken Sie entweder auf MENU, UP oder DOWN, bis
“ADDR” angezeigt wird; drücken Sie d ann auf ENTER.

2. Die aktuelle Adresse wird nun angezeigt und blinkt. Drücken
Sie zum Auswählen der gewünschten Adre sse auf UP oder

SLND - Damit können Sie das Gerät entweder als Master oder als
Slave in einer Master/SlaveKonfiguration definieren.

1. Drücken Sie auf MENU, bis “SLND” an gezeigt wird; drücken Sie dann ENT E R .
Es wird entweder "MAST", "SL 1" oder "SL 2" angezeigt.

2. Zum Auswählen der gewünschten DMX-Einstellungen, drücken Sie die Tasten
UP oder DOWN und zum Bestätigen und Verlassen des Menüs auf die Taste
ENTER.
HINWEIS: In einer Master/Slave-Konfiguration können Sie ein Gerät als M aster
definieren und dann das nächste Gerät als "SL 2"; die Geräte bewegen sich nun
entgegengesetzt zueinander.

Show-Modi 0-12 (Standardprogramme). Der Show-Modus kann mit
eingeschaltetem oder ausgeschaltetem Musikste uerungs-Modus
betrieben werden.

1. Drücken Sie auf MENU, bis "SHND" a ngezeigt wird; drücken Sie dann ENTER.

2. “Sh X” wird nun angezeigt, wobei "X" ei ne Zahl zwischen 0 und 12 ist. Drücken Sie
zum Auswählen der gewünschten Show auf UP oder DOWN.

3. Sobald Sie Ihre gewünschte Show gefunden haben, drücken Sie auf EN TER und
danach auf MENU und halten es zur Bestätigung für mindestens 3 Sekunden gedrüc kt.
Nachdem Sie Ihre gewünschte Show eingestellt haben, kann diese jederzeit mit den UP­oder DOWN-Tasten geändert werden.

SOUN - Musiksteuerungs-Modus.

1. Drücken Sie auf MENU, bis “SOUN ” angezeigt wird; drücken Sie dann ENTER.

2. Auf der Anzeige ist entweder “ON” oder “OFF” zu sehen. Zum Aktivieren des
Musiksteuerungs-Modus, drücken Sie die Tasten UP oder DOWN und wählen "ON",
zum Deaktivieren wählen Sie "OFF " .

3. Bestätigen Sie mit ENTER.

SENS - In diesem Modus können Sie die Musikempfindlichkeit anpassen.

1. Drücken Sie auf MENU, bis “SENS” angezeigt wird; drücken Sie dann ENT E R .

2. Es wird eine Zahl zwischen 0 und 100 angezeigt. Mit den UP und DOWN-Tasten
können Sie die Empfindlichkeit der Musiksteuerung einstellen. 0 bezeichnet dabei die
am wenigsten empfindliche, 100 die empfindlichste Einstellung.

3. Sobald Sie die gewünschte Einstel lung gefunden haben, drücken Sie zur B es tätigung
auf ENTER.

BLND – Blackout modus.

1. Drücken Sie auf MENU, bis “BLND” angezeigt wird; drücken Sie dann ENTER.

2. Auf der Anzeige ist entweder “ON” oder “OFF” zu sehen. Zum Aktivieren des
blackout-Modus, drücken Sie die Tasten UP oder DOWN und wählen "ON",

3. Bestätigen Sie mit ENTER.

LED - Mit dieser Funktion können Sie festlegen, ob die LED-Anzeige sich
nach 10 Sekunden ausschaltet.

1. Drücken Sie auf MENU, bis "LED" angezeigt wird; drücken Sie dann ENTE R .

2. Auf der Anzeige ist entweder “ON” oder “OFF” zu sehen. Mit den Tasten UP oder
DOWN wählen Sie "ON", um die LED-Anzeige immer eingeschaltet zu lassen, oder Sie
wählen "OFF", wenn es nach 10 Sekunden a usgehen soll.

DISP - Mit dieser Funktion kann die Anzeige um 180 Grad gedreht werden.

1. Drücken Sie auf MENU, bis "DISP" angezeigt wird; drücken Sie dann ENTER.

2. Um die Anzeige zu wenden, betätigen Sie die Taste ENTER. Um die Anzeige erneut
umzudrehen, betätigen Sie die Taste ENTER. Sobald Sie Ihre Auswahl getroffen haben,
betätigen Sie die Taste ENTER.

3. Bestätigen Sie mit ENTER. Drücke n S i e eine beliebige Taste, damit die LED-Anzeige
erneut aufleuchtet.

1TIL – Tilt 1 inversion

1. Drücken Sie auf MENU, bis “1TILT” angezeigt wird; drücken Sie dann

FHRS - Mit dieser Funktion können Sie sich die Laufzeit des Geräts

2. Die Laufzeit des Geräts wird nun ang ezeigt. Drücken Sie zum Beenden auf MENU.

UER - Mit dieser Funktion können Sie sich die Software-Version des Geräts

anzeigen lassen.

2. Die Anzeige zeigt die Software-Version an.

RSET - Mit dieser Funktion können Sie das Gerät zurücksetzen.

1. Drücken Sie auf MENU, bis "RSET" angezeigt wird. Betätigen Sie ENTE R, damit das
gerät zurückgesetzt wird.

OFFSET SUBMENU

Menu

Um das Menü Offset zu öffnen, betätigen Si e für mindestens 3 Sekunden die ENTER-Taste. In diesem Untermenü können S ie
die Anfangspositionen der Neigungs m otorpositionen einstellen.

Tilt Offset - Einstellung der Anfangsposition der Neigung einer der 2 Leisten.

1. Betätigen Sie die ENTER-Taste für mindestens 3 Sekunden; drücken Sie dann die UP- oder DOWN Tasten, bis "Til 1" oder
"Til 2" angezeigt wird, und betätigen Sie dann ENTER.

2. Mit den UP- und DOWN-Tasten können Sie I hre Einstellungen vornehmen; drücken Sie dann zur Bestätigung auf ENTER.
Betätigen Sie die MENU-Taste eine Sekunde lang, um diesen Modus zu verlassen.

BETRIEB

Der MHL810 kann in drei verschiedenen Modi betrieben werden. In jedem Modus können Sie das Gerät als Stand-alone oder in
der Master/Slave-Konfiguration betreiben. Im nächst en Abschnitt sind die Unterschied e z wi schen den einzelnen Betriebsmodi
aufgelistet.

Universelle DMX-Steuerung:

Mit dieser Funktion können Sie einen universellen DMX-512-Controller für die Steuerung der Effekte Chase, Muster, Dimmer
und Strobe verwenden. Mit einem DMX-Controller lassen sich einzigarti ge Programme erzeugen, die perfekt auf die jeweiligen
Anforderungen zugeschnitten sind.

1. Der MHL810 ist mit 4 DMX-Kanal-Modi ausgestattet; 1, 6, 12 und 36 Kanäle.

2. Zur Steuerung der Eigenschaften des DMX-Geräts, benutzen Sie die Überblendregler des Controllers.

3. Bei längeren Netzkabeln (mehr als 30 Meter) verwenden Sie am letzten Gerät eine Abschlussschaltung.

4. Für Hilfe beim Betrieb im DMX-Modus, lesen Sie bitte die Bedienungsanleit ung des DMX-Controllers.

Musiksteuerungs-Modus:

In diesem Modus können Sie entweder nur ein Gerät oder mehrere verbundene Gerät e zur Musik laufen lassen.

1. Drücken Sie auf MENU, bis "SOUN" angezeigt wird; drücken Sie dann auf E N TER.

2. Drücken Sie auf UP oder DOWN, bis "O N" angezeigt wird. Das Gerät wird nun zum Takt der Musik abgespielt.

3. Die Musikempfindlichkeit kann durch Drücken der MENU-Taste, bis "SENS" angezeigt wird, eingestellt werd en; drücken Sie
anschließend auf ENTER. Benutzen Sie zum Einstellen der Musikempfindlichkeit die UP und DOWN-Tasten. 1 bezeichnet
dabei die am wenigsten empfindliche, 100 die empfindlichste Einstellung.

Show-Modus:

In diesem Modus können Sie einen von 3 Sh ow-Modi auswählen, der abgespielt werden soll.

1. Drücken Sie auf MENU, bis "SHND" angezeigt wird; drücken Sie dann auf ENTER.

2. Betätigen Sie die UP oder DOWN-Tasten bis zur gewünschten Show; drücken S i e dann ENTER und halten Sie zum
Bestätigen die MENU-Taste für 3 Sekunden gedrückt.

MASTER/SLA VE KONFIGURATION

Mit dieser Funktion lassen sich bis zu 16 Geräte miteinander verbinden und ohne Controller betreiben. Die Ger äte laufen im
Musiksteuerungs-Modus. In einer Mast er /Slave-Konfiguration fungiert ein Gerät als Steuerungseinheit und die anderen
reagieren auf die integrierten Program me dieser Steuerungseinheit. Jedes Gerät kann als Master oder Slave def iniert werden.

1. Schließen Sie die Geräte in Reihe üb er die an der Rückseite befindlichen XLR-Buchsen zusammen. Beachten Sie, dass der
männliche XLR-Anschluss der Eingang und der weibliche XLR-Anschluss d er Ausgang ist. Das erste Gerät in der
Serienschaltung (Master) verwendet nur den weiblichen XLR-Anschluss (Buchse). Das letzte Gerät in der Reihe v erwendet nur
den männlichen XLR-Anschluss (Stecker). Bei längeren Kabeln empfiehlt sich die Verwendung einer Abschlussschaltung.

2. Am Master-Gerät drücken Sie auf MENU, bis "SLND" an gezeigt wird; drücken Sie dann auf ENTER. Stellen Sie das Gerät
auf "MAST" ein, und betätigen Sie ENTER.

3. Stellen Sie nun am Master-Gerät den g ewünschten Betriebsmodus ein.

En el último aparato, el cable DMX tiene q ue finalizar. Soldar un resistor de 120 ohmios entre la señal (-) y la

OPERA TION MAESTRO/ESCLAVO

Esta función le permitirá enlazar hasta 16 unidades y hacerlas funcionar sin un controlador. Una unidad actuará como unidad
de control y las otras reaccionarán a l os programas de la unidad de control. Cual quier unidad puede actuar como mae s tro o
como esclavo.

1. Use cables de datos DMX aprobados, encadene sus unidades por medio del conector XLR en la parte trasera de las
unidades. Recuerde que el conector XL R m acho es la entrada y el conector XLR hembra es la salida. La primera unidad de la
cadena (maestro) usará el conector XLR hembra - La última unidad de la cadena va a utilizar el conector XLR macho. Para
cables más largos, se aconseja un terminador en el último dispositivo.

2. Para la unidad principal presione el botón MENU hasta que aparezca "SLND", y pulse ENTER. Configurar la uni dad en

DEBALLAGE

AFFICHAGE

Le panneau de commande vous permet d’effectuer différents réglages :
réglage de l’adresse de démarrage, gest ion d’un programme pré­programmé, lancer un Reset. Le menu principal est accessible en
appuyant sur la touche Mode, vous pouvez naviguer dans le sous-menu
avec la touche Up ou Down.

BRANCHEMENT DMX-512

Si vous utilisez un contrôleur DMX clas sique, vous pouvez relier la sortie DM X du contrôleur directement à l’ent r ée D MX du
premier appareil dans une chaîne DMX. Reliez toujours la sortie d’un appareil à l’entrée de l’appareil suivant j us qu’à ce que
tous les appareils soient reliés.

Connecteurs DMX XLR 5 pôles

Certains fabricants utilisent d es cordons de transmission DMX-512 5 pôles pour la transmission des données à la place de
cordons 3 pôles. Des appareils avec connexion DMX 5 pôles peuvent être utilisés dans une ligne DMX 3 pôles. Si vous utilisez
des câbles de données 5 pôles dans une ligne 3 pôles, vous devez utiliser un adaptateur . Le tableau ci-dessous présente la
modification du câble.

Sur le dernier appareil, le cordon DMX d oi t être terminé par un bouchon. Soudez une résistance 120 ohms entre signal (-) et
signal (+) sur une prise XLR 3 pôles et branchez-la à la sortie DMX du dernier appar eil de la chaîne.

MENU SYSTEME

ADDR - Réglage adresse de démarrage.

1. Appuyez sur la touche MENU, UP, ou D OWN jusqu'à ce que “ADDR” soit
affiché, puis appuyez sur ENTER.

SLND - Réglage appareil en mode master ou slave

1. Appuyez sur la touche MENU jusqu'à c e que “SLND” soit affiché. “MAST”, “SL 1”,
ou “SL 2” s'affiche.

2. Appuyez sur UP ou DOWN jusqu'à ce que v otre réglage souhaité soit affiché,
appuyez sur ENTER pour confirmer.

NOTE: en configuration master / slave, vous pouvez régler un appareil sur master et
l'appareil suivant sur “SL 2“. Les appareils auront des mouvements inversés l 'un par
rapport à l'autre.

SHND - Modes Show 0-12 (programmes usine). Le mode Show peut
fonctionner avec ou sans mode audio activé

1 Appuyez sur la touche MENU jusqu'à c e que “SHND” soit affiché puis appuyez sur

2. “Sh X” s'affiche, “X” représente un nombre entre 0 et 12. Utilisez les touches UP ou

SOUN - Mode audio.

1. Appuyez sur la touche MENU jusqu'à ce que “SOUN” soit affiché, puis appuyez sur
ENTER.

2. L'affichage indique “ON” ou “OF F”. Appuyez sur la touche UP ou DOWN pour
sélectionner “ON” pour activer le mode gestion audio ou sur “OFF“ pour le désact iver.

3. Appuyez sur ENTER pour confirmer.

SENS - Réglage de la sensibilité.

1. Appuyez sur la touche MENU jusqu'à ce que “SENS” soit affiché, puis appuyez sur
ENTER.

2. Un nombre entre 0 et 100 s'affiche. Appuyez sur la touche UP ou DOWN pour régler la
sensibilité audio. 0 est la sensibil ité la plus faible, 100, la plus importante.

3. Une fois le réglage effectué, appuyez s ur ENTER pour confirmer.

BLND – Mode Blackout.

1. Appuyez sur la touche MENU jusqu'à ce que “BLND” s'affiche, appuyez s ur ENTER.

2. L'affichage indique soit “YES” s oi t “NO”. Appuyez sur la touche UP ou Down pour
sélectionner “YES” et activer le mode blac kout ou “NO” pour activer le mode normal.

LED - Arrête de l'affichage LED après 10 secondes

Pour entrer dans le menu Offset, appuye z sur la touche ENTER pendant 3 secondes au moins ; dans ce sous-menu, vous
pouvez régler les positions de départ des moteurs tilt.

Tilt Offset - Réglage de la position tilt de départ pour une des deux barres.

1. Appuyez sur la touche ENTER penda nt 3 secondes au moins, puis appuyez sur UP ou DOWN pour que “Til 1” ou “Til 2”

touche MENU pendant une seconde pour quitter.

FONCTIONNEMENT

Le MHL810 peut fonctionner selon trois modes différents. Dans chaque mode, l'appareil peut fonctionner en stand alone ou en
mode master / slave. Le chapitre suivant présente les différences entre les modes de fonctionnement.

Gestion DMX universelle :

Cette fonction vous permet d'utiliser un contrôleur DMX-512 pour gérer les chases, modèles, dimmer et strobe. Un contrôleur
DMX vous permet de créer des programmes répondant spécifiquement à vos besoins .

1. Le MHL810 a 4 modes de canaux DMX : 1 cana ux, 6 canaux, 12 canaux, 36 canaux.

2. Utilisez lez faders du contrôleur pour régler les canaux DMX afin de créer v otre propre programme.

3. Pour de grandes longueurs de câbles (supérieures à 50 mètres), utiliser un bouchon sur le dernier appareil.

4. Reportez-vous au manuel d'utilis ation du contrôleur DMX pour toute uti l isation de appareil en mode DMX.

Mode Sound Active:

Ce mode permet de faire fonctionner soit un seul appareil soit plusieurs appareils reliés ensemble, selon le rythme de la
musique.

1. Appuyez sur la touche MENU jusqu'à ce que “SOUN” soit affiché, puis appu yez sur ENTER.

2. Appuyez sur UP ou DOWN jusqu'à ce que “ ON” soit affiché. L'appareil fonction ne maintenant selon le rythme de la musique.

3. Vous pouvez régler la sensibilité audio en appuyant sur la touche MENU jusq u'à ce que “SENS” ; appuyez ensuite sur
ENTER. Utilisez les touches UP ou DOWN pour régler la sensibilité audio, 1 est la sensibilité la plus basse, 100 la plus forte

Mode Show:

Dans ce mode, vous pouvez choisir un show parmi les douze.

MODE MASTER/SLA VE

Cette fonction permet de relier jusqu'à 16 appareils et de les faire fonctionner sans contrôleur. Dans un ensemble master /
slave, un appareil va servir de contr ôl eur, les autres vont réagir aux programmes. N'importe quel appareil peut être Master ou
Slave.

1. En utilisant les cordons DMX adéquats , reliez ensemble vos appareils avec une fiche XLR sur l'arrière des appareils.
Rappelez-vous que la fiche XLR mâle est l'entrée et la fiche XLR femelle la sortie. Le premier appareil de la chaî ne (Master)
utilise uniquement la fiche femelle XLR. Le dernier appareil de la chaîne utilise la fiche mâle XLR uniquement. Pour de longs
câbles, nous vous conseillons de mettre un bouchon sur le dernier appareil.

REMPLACEMENT DU FUSIBLE

Si le fusible est défectueux, il faut le remplacer par un fusible de même type et de m ême valeur. Avant de le remplacer, v ei ll ez à
débrancher l’appareil.
Procédure:

Etape 1: Ouvrez le porte-fusible sur l e panneau arrière avec un petit tournevis.
Etape 2: Retirez l’ancien fusible.
Etape 3: Placez le nouveau fusible dans le porte-fusible.
Etape 4: Remettez le porte-fusible dans le boîtier.

NETTOYAGE

Le nettoyage des lentilles optiques i nternes et externes et / ou miroirs doit être fait régulièrement pour un rendu lumi neux
optimal. La fréquence de nettoyage dépend de l’environnement d’utilisation : de la poussière, fumée ou un envi r onnement très
sale peuvent générer une accumulation importante de salissures sur les optiques.

• Assurez-vous que personne ne se trouve sous l’emplacement d’installation pendant le nettoyage.

• Les boîtiers, fixations et éléments d’installation (plafond, stru c tures, suspensions) ne doivent présent er aucune

déformation.

• Le cordon secteur ne doit pas présenter d e dommage ; si un problème est détecté, il doit être immédiatement être
remplacé.

• Pour protéger l’appareil de toute surc hauffe, les ventilateurs et ouïes d’a ération doivent être nettoyés tous les mois.

• L’intérieur de l’appareil doit être nettoyé tous les ans avec un compresseur.

• Pour le nettoyage, utilisez un tiss u doux et du liquide de nettoyage pour vitres usuel.

• Séchez correctement tous les éléments .

• Nettoyez les optiques externes tous les mois au moins. Nettoyez les optiques internes tous les 30 à 60 jours au moins.

ATTENTION : Nous recommandons fortement que le nettoyage intérieur soit fait par un technicien qualifié.

Twoich potrzeb.

1. MHL810 posiada 4 trybów DMX; 1-kanałowy, 6-kanałowy, 12-kanałowy oraz 36-kanałowy.

2. Używaj suwaków sterownika, aby ustawić różne funkcje urządzenia. Pozwoli to na stworzenie własnych programów.

3. Przy dłuższych kablach DMX (pow. 30 m) do ostatniego urządzenia wpinaj terminator DMX.

4. Aby uzyskać pomoc w obsłudze DMX, przeczytaj instrukcję dołączoną do sterownika.

Sterowanie d•wi•kiem (sound active):

Dzięki tej funkcji jedno urządzenie lub kilka połączonych, może pracować w rytm muzyki.

1. Naciskaj przycisk MENU, aż na wyświetlaczu pojawi się “SOUN” oraz naciśnij ENTER.

2. Naciskaj przyciski UP lub DOWN, aż na wyświetlaczu pojawi się “ON”. Urządzenie zacznie pracować w rytm muzyki.

3. Czułość mikrofonu może być regulowana. Naciskaj przycisk MENU, aż na wyświetlaczu pojawi się “SENS” oraz naciśnij

ENTER. Naciskaj przyciski UP lub DOWN aby ustawić pożądaną czułość mikrofonu. 1 – najmniejsza czułość; 100 – największa
czułość.

Wbudowane programy:

W trybie możesz wybrać 1 z 3 pokazów.

1. Naciskaj przycisk MENU, aż na wyświetlaczu pojawi się “SHND” oraz naciśnij ENTER.

2. Naciskaj przyciski UP lub DOWN, aż odnajdziesz pożądany pokaz, oraz naciśnij ENTER a następnie przytrzymaj MENU

przez 3 sekundy, by potwierdzić.

TRYB MASTER/SLAVE

Ta funkcja pozwoli na połączenie ze sobą do 16 urządzeń, aby pracowały bez sterownika. W trybie master/slave, jedno

urządzenie pełni funkcję sterownika, a pozostałe naśladują jego działanie. Każde urządzenie może być master’em lub slave’m.

1. Używając sprawdzonych kabli DMX, szeregowo połącz ze sobą urządzenia za pomocą złącz XLR na panelu tylnym.
Pamiętaj, że gniazdo męskie XLR jest wejściem, natomiast gniazdo żeńskie XLR jest wyjściem. Pierwsze urządzenie w
łańcuchu będzie używać tylko gniazda żeńskiego, natomiast ostatnie gniazda męskiego. Przy dłuższych instalacjach zalecamy

zastosowanie terminatora DMX na ostatnim urządzeniu w łańcuchu.

2. Aby ustawić urządzenie jako Master, naciśnij przycisk MENU aż na wyświetlaczu pojawi się „SLND” oraz naciśnij ENTER.

Wybierz opcję „MAST” oraz naciśnij ENTER.

3. Ustaw odpowiedni tryb pracy w urządzeniu Master.

4. Dla pozostałych urządzeń naciskaj przycisk MENU aż na wyświetlaczu pojawi się „SLND” oraz naciśnij ENTER. Ustaw
urządzenia w tryb “SL1” lub “SL2”.

5. Urządzenia slave będą naśladować urządzenie master.

WYMIANA BEZPIECZNIKA

Jeśli bezpiecznik jest niesprawny, wymień go na nowy egezmplarz tego samego typu i wartości. Przed wymianą bezpiecznika

wyciągnij kabel zasilajacy z gniazda.

Instrukcja:

Krok 1: Otwórz śrubokrętem zasłonkę bezpiecznika na tylnym panelu.
Krok 2: Wyciągnij bezpiecznik.

Krok 3: Włóż nowy bezpiecznik w obudowę.
Krok 4: Zasłoń obudowę bezpiecznika oryginalnym plastikiem.

CZYSZCZENIE URZ• DZENIA

Czyszczenie wewnętrznej oraz zewnętrznej soczewki oraz/lub lusterek musi być przeprowadzane systematycznie, aby

zapewnić najlepszą moc świecenia. Częstotliwość konserwacji zależy od środowiska, w jakim urządzenie jest użytkowane:
wilgoć, dym oraz kurz mogą spowodować akumulację nieczystości na optykach.

• Upewnij się, że przestrzeń pod instalacją jest wolna od osób postronnych.

• Obudowy, miejsca montażu oraz konstrukcje powinny być wolne od jakichkolwiek deformacji.

• Kable zasilające powinny być w doskonałym stanie oraz powinny być wymienione natychmiast w przypadku

jakiegokolwiek defektu.

• Aby zabezpieczyć urządzenie przed przegrzaniem, wentylatory (jeśli takie są) oraz kanały wentylacyjne powinny być
czyszczone raz na miesiąc.

• Wnętrze urządzenie powinno być czyszczone corocznie za pomocą odkurzacza.

• Do czyszczenia sprzętu należy używać miękkiej szmatki oraz zwykłego płynu do mycia szyb.

• Ostrożnie osuszaj części.

• Dokonuj czyszczenia zewnętrznej soczewki co najmniej co miesiąc. Wewnętrzne soczewki powinny być czyszczone co
