INSTRUCTION MANUAL
These power supplies are UL-Listed control units for use with electromagnetic locking devices and systems. They may be ordered with optional battery backup systems to power devices in the case of power loss.

TERMINAL DESCRIPTION

Field selection for automatic or manual system reset. For system to automatically reset

when the fire alarm contact is reset, put jumper wire across these terminals. If manual reset is required, a normally open (momentary switch) is used across these terminals. Momentary activation of switch will reset the system. To be tied to (normally closed) fire alarm contacts. The fire alarm contacts will open and release all magnetic locks immediately. If fire alarm system supervision is not required, a jumper across the terminals is required to derive 24 VDC from output terminals. Auxiliary 12 VDC output (0.1 Amp max, not fused) for other system components, requiring 12 VDC power. (For 10PS24/PB only) Auxiliary 24 VDC output (0.25 Amp max, not fused) for other system components, requiring 24 VDC power.
Optional battery backup unit terminals. Jump these two wires if battery backup is not supplied.
Auxiliary form ‘C’ dry contact. Fire alarm supervised.

DO NOT leave any problem unresolved. If you must wait for the following workday to call B.E.A., leave the door inoperable until satisfactory repairs can be made. NEVER sacrifice the safe operation of the automatic door or gate for an incomplete solution.
