ERAS cabinets are engineered for easy assembly. Carefully follow this procedure to prevent any damage.
Unpack and identify the components. The assembly workspace should be a non-marring surface such as clean carpet.

Placement and Maintenance
ERAS cabinets are designed for indoor use on level floors. Clean glass with glass cleaner, and wood veneer with a moist cloth.
J - Cabinet x 1
K - Long Base Rails x 2
L - Short Base Rails x 2
M - Steel Supports x 2 (none for 8354)
N - Adjustable Shelves x 2

Step 1
Assemble Base
Insert Cams (C1) into Short Base Rails (L) with the
hole opening facing the
Long Base Rail (K).
Insert
Dowels (D) into Long Base Rails (K). Insert
threads of
Cam Bolt (C2) into inserts in Long Base
Rails (K)
.
Step 2
Tighten Cams in Base
Tighten Cams (C1) in Short Base Rails (L)
using
Phillips Screwdriver (A2).

Step 3
Attach Base to Cabinet Bottom
Place assembled base onto cabinet bottom.
Insert
Screws (G) into Short Base Rails (L)
and tighten using
4mm Hex Driver (A).
Step 4
Attach Steel Supports to Cabinet
Install Screws (E and G) into Steel Supports (M)
and tighten using
4mm Hex Driver (A).
After all screws are tightened, turn cabinet over
right side up.

Step 5
Attach Handles
Attach Handles (I) to Doors using Screws (H)
and tighten with Phillips Screwdriver (A2).
Step 6
Install Shelves and Back Panels
Install Shelves (N) at desired location using
Shelf Pins.
Install
Back Panels (O) by inserting top edge
into upper slot, then tilt bottom of panel in
and lower panel into bottom slot.

Turn screw to adjust door tilt.
Turn screw to adjust door in or out from cabinet.
To Adjust Doors
Loosen screws on hinge plate
to adjust door up or down.
