ATTENTION
STEP 1
Using supplied components assemble oil separator kit as shown in pic. Using
the two supplied clamps at engine connections only.
STEP 2
Make sure when running hose to plastic fitting on intake side you connect the
hose to the filtered side of oil separator kit this is the draw side. It helps with
filtering any debris thru oil.

Now on the driver side engine compartment remove factory PCV hose and
install BBK oil separator kit and mounting the bracket to factory 6mm bolt-
on intake manifold behind factory throttle body as shown in picture. Using
supplied two clamps for hose connections at intake and valve cover.

FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY TO ENSURE CORRECT FITMENT AND OPERATION
MAINTANANCE
Unscrew the bottom portion of the BBK oil separator from the lid dispose of oil properly. Remove round filter screen from the lid and clean with degreaser or
solvent and let it air dry. Once dry re-install the round filter screen into the lid and screw the bottom portion back onto the lid.
(Clean every 10,000 miles or every other oil change)
