Cold Air Induction System

Included in this kit: Cold-air casting, coupler hose, 4 hose clamps, 2 air filters.
Tools required: 1/4" ratchet, 8mm, socket.

Place the supplied blue coupler hose over the outlet opening of the BBK cold-air
casting and secure it with one of the supplied hose clamps. Place another hose
clamp over the open end of the coupler hose.
Place one of the supplied hose clamps over the end of each BBK air filter and
secure the filters to the inlets of the cold air casting.
Loosen the hose clamp that attaches the stock air box to the mass air meter.
Remove the stock air box assembly from the vehicle by lifting the air box straight up
and pulling the inlet hose away from the mass air meter.
Remove the rubber grommets that locate the stock air box on the radiator cover and
swap them over to the BBK cold-air casting.
Guide the assembled BBK cold-air kit into position by placing the outlet hose coupler
over the mass air meter, then pushing the rubber grommets down onto the locating
pins on the radiator and tightening the remaining hose clamp.
