Tools required; Ratchet, 8 &13mm sockets, 9mm wrench, 3/16” & 3/32”Allen, T-20 Torx.

Disconnect negative battery terminal.
Remove the intake air hose.
Disconnect the electrical connections to the sensors that bolt to the throttle body.
Disconnect the cables from the throttle body, and remove the 3 bolts that hold the throttle
cable mounting bracket to the throttle body, then move the bracket aside.
The cables do not need to be separated from the bracket.
Remove the 4 bolts that attach the throttle body to the intake manifold.
Lift the throttle body off of the intake manifold and remove the stock gasket.
Install one of the supplied linkage adapters to replicate the stock linkage as shown in the
detail pictures.
You will use either linkage adapter A or B but not both.
Remove the sensors from the stock throttle body and transfer them to the BBK unit using
the original fasteners.
Inspect sensor hoses and O-rings for damage, replace if needed.
Lightly grease or lubricate the IAC O-ring and the MAP hose to ensure a leak free fit.
Using the supplied gasket, install the BBK throttle body onto the intake manifold and
tighten it down using the supplied button head fasteners.
Use the original hardware to attach the cable bracket to the BBK throttle body and
establish the cable connections to the linkage.
Reconnect the electrical sensors.
Re-install the air intake hose.
Reconnect negative battery terminal.
