Tools Required- 1/4” ratchet, 8mm, 10mm, 3/8” & 7/16” sockets, Phillips screwdriver.

Disconnect the negative battery terminal. Remove the plastic cover from the top of the intake manifold. Disconnect both of the plastic tubes going into air inlet and remove the rubber hoses. Disconnect and remove the air temperature sensor. (IAT) Undo the hose clamps holding air inlet tube and remove the tube. Undo the clamp holding mass air sensor and air filter box halves together. Pull the air filter housing out of its mounting bracket. Pull the remaining portion of the air filter box out of the fender and remove. (Leave
rubber grommets in mounting bracket). Pull open the mass air housing, unbolt mass air meter from its backing, Disconnect plug from mass air, and remove the plug from housing. Remove mass air housing.
Bolt the supplied aluminum studs to the BBK air filter shroud with supplied hardware. Bolt the mass air meter to the backside of the shroud with supplied hardware. Attach the air filter to the shroud using the supplied hose clamp, and tighten. Push the filter shroud down into the factory rubber grommets in mounting bracket. Plug in the mass air sensor. Slide the supplied blue couplers to the air tube, slide hose clamps over the couplers. Attach air tube with couplers to throttle body and mass air sensor. Tighten hose clamps. Place the supplied grommet into the small hole in the inlet tube, then install the IAT
sensor into the grommet. Attach the factory rubber hoses to the nipples on the BBK air inlet.
Insert the factory plastic tubes into the rubber hoses. Replace plastic cover over intake manifold. Reconnect battery.
