This playerhas6-channelsignalinput;thesignalinputtedineachchannel,throughfiltering capacitor,isdirectlysenttoICTDA7448forvolumeandtoneadjustment.Inaddition,onesignalis pulledtoLandRmainchannelindividuallyandoverlappedtoSWinput,thus,whenthereisonlyL,R channelinput,2.1outputeffectmayalsobeachieved.
ICTDA7448isaICwithseparate6-channelvolumeandtoneadjustmentfunction,anditsgainis adjustableby095DB,whichisadaptabletohometheatreseriesproducts.Ithasstrongpointsoflarge powersupplyrange,smallpowerconsumptionandwideapplicabletemperaturerangeandisagood performanceIC.

SignaloutputsafteradjustmentofTDA7448,inwhichmainchannelsignalissenttoN101IC TDA9843forpoweramplifying,butcentre/surroundsignalissenttoN106ICTDA8947foramplifying afterfiltering;subwoofersignal,firstlythroughdipping(clippingcircuitiscomposedofdiodeVd110and Vd113),thenthroughpre-processingandthenissenttoN102ICTDA9843.Thefunctionofdippingisto preventtheloudspeakerfrombeingburntdownbecauseoftoolargepowerofsignalafterbeing amplified.AmplifyingICissuppliedpowerbysinglepower,sotheamplifyingoutputtedsignaliswithDC andfilteringisneededbeforeoutputtingtoloudspeaker.
ICTDA9843Jisadual-channelpoweramplifyingICwithstandbyandmutemode,withoutpower on/offpercussionandwithfunctionsofshort-circuitandover-heatprotection,whichmaybeusedto effectivelypreventICbeingdamagedinabnormalconditions.ThisICmayprovidemax20Wpower outputforeachchannelincommonoutputmode.WhenBTLoutputisadopted,powermaybeupto40W, inadditionthisICiswithpowerfulanti-ripplefunctionandpowerisverysmallinstandbystate.
ICTDA8947Jisa4-channelpoweramplifyingICanditsmainfeaturesaresimilartoICTDA9843J, butthepowerthatcanoutputislarge,andsinglechannelmaybeupto25W.

2.Troubleshooting
Electroniclineinsidethismachineissimplewithoutcomplicatedcontrol,detectcircuits,sosignal injectionisadoptedforthismachine'sservicing,thatis,signalisaddedtosignalinputendandthen followssignalflow.Ifsignalinterruptssuddenlyinacertainplace,andthetroubleliesinthisplace basically.Therefore,forservicingofthismachine,doaccordingtothefollowingprocess:
(1)Checkwhetherpowersupplypartisnormal,thatis,checkwhetherpowersupplyof22V,9Vand 5Visnormal;
(2)Forabnormalities,suchasthereisnosound,inconditionsofnormalpower,youshouldcheck whethermutelevelisnormal,thenconsiderwhetherotherelementsareabnormal;
(3)Formachinewithabnormaldisplay,firstlymakesurewhetherdigitaltubeisabnormal,then checkwhetherCPUisabnormal.

4Function Introduction to IC
(1)function introduction to TFA9843J
1)Description
The TFA9843J contains two identical audio power amplifiers. The TFA9843J can be used as two Single-Ended (SE) channels with a fixed gain of 26 dB or one Bridge-Tied Load (BTL) channel with a fixed gain of 32 dB.
The TFA9843J comes in a 9-pin DIL-bent-SIL (DBS) power package. The TFA9843J is pin compatible with the TFA9842J and TFA9841J.
The TFA9843J contains a unique protection circuit that is solely based on multiple temperature measurements inside the chip. This gives maximum output power for all supply voltages and load conditions and no unnecessary audio holes. Almost any supply voltage and load impedance combination can be made as long as thermal boundary conditions (number of channels used, external heatsink and ambient temperature) allow it.

1)Description
The TDA8947J contains four identical audio power amplifiers. The TDA8947J can be used as: four Single-Ended (SE) channels with a fixed gain of 26 dB, two times Bridge-Tied Load (BTL) channels with a fixed gain of 32 dB or two times SE channels (26 dB gain) plus one BTL channel (32 dB gain) operating as a
2.1 system.
The TDA8947J comes in a 17-pin Dil-Bent-Sil (DBS) power package. The TDA8947J is pin
compatible with the TDA8944AJ and TDA8946AJ. The TDA8947J contains a unique protection circuit that is solely based on multiple temperature measurements inside the chip. This gives maximum output power for all supply voltages and load conditions with no unnecessary audio holes.
