OIL SEPARATOR KIT
Part # 1897
Every Kit includes a universal length of hose
SPECIAL TOOLS REQUIRED:
(cut to length as required) along with 2 universal
90 degree ttings for installation.
INSTALL TIME: Approximately 1 hour.
DIFFICULTY: Easy.
When Installing make sure that the hose
for the draw side installs with the ow
arrows on the top of oil separator cap.
IMPORTANT: All appropriate safety equipment and gear must be used during the installation of this or any BBK Performance products or any time you work on a vehicle.

This BBK Universal Oil Separator Kit can be installed and used on many dierent car and truck applications with the supplied BBK universal mounting bracket.
This bracket has dierent hole placements for mounting the oil separator in various locations on a vehicle.

STEP
Place bracket onto the Oil Separator canister
top then re- install the O-ring as shown.

To install the O-ring mounting bracket -
Remove Oil Separator Cap and remove
the rubber O ring as shown.

Place Screen back into the Oil Separator cap –
Do not completely tighten so the bracket can be rotated for
mounting with the universal bracket.

Reinstall the cap
and note the ow
direction arrows
– The Arrows
MUST point in the
direction of the
Draw Side.
