SPECIFICATIONS
Top is die formed stainless steel with all sides turned down for added strength. Electric unit is tted with 7” deep
water pan with electric heaters as required. Steam unit is steam heated & has a copper steam coil mounted
in bottom of tank. Heaters and steam are thermostatically controlled. Each unit is provided with a single spout
swivel faucet. Provided with a 1” drain and overow tube.
Top and pan are mounted on a stainless steel all welded cabinet with stainless steel adjustable legs.
Protector cases are available if required.
