SPECIFICATIONS
FRAME & BODY: The cabinet exterior is constructed of type 304 stainless steel. For PDH models, interior is constructed of rust resistant steel.
DISPENSER: The unit is tted with two or four tubular dish dispensers constructed of type 304 stainless steel. The dispensers consist of a spring rack with removable springs tted with a top platform and dish guides to align the dishes. A constant dispensing level is maintained by a properly calibrated spring mechanism. Adjustment of the dispensing level is made by adding or eliminating springs.
HEATING SYSTEM (PDH models): The unit is insulated on all sides to ensure proper heat retention. The unit is provided with a strip heater, properly rated for each dispenser and is thermostatically controlled and wired for 110 volts or 220 volts, 50/60 cycles, single phase power supply as required. A control panel is supplied complete with a pilot light, adjustable thermostat, cord and plug.
BUMPERS: Dispenser is equipped with replaceable corner bumpers.
CASTERS: The dispenser is mounted on (4) 5” diameter cadmium plated, double bearing non-marking rubber
tired casters, (2) swivel, and (2) with brakes.
