SPECIFICATIONS
TOP: Die formed of 14GA type 304 stainless steel. Heater wells are die formed of heavy 16GA type 304 stainless
steel, deep enough to accept the deepest pans. Wells are fully insulated and enclosed on the bottom and all sides with galvanized steel enclosure. Wells are attached to top by concealed hold down assembly.
CABINET: Constructed of heavy 16GA type 304 stainless steel and enclosed on two sides. Bottom is constructed
of a heavy type 304 stainless steel turned down for strength and durability.
SERVING SHELF: Integral part of top.
PROTECTOR CASE: (When required) Has stainless steel top, supported on 1” stainless steel square tubing legs.
Protector front is plexiglass, ends are stainless steel.
CASTERS: Mounted on (4) 5” diameter cadmium plated double bearing non-marking rubber tired casters, all with
brakes and locking pin.
HEATING WELLS: Each well is supplied with a 1500 watt heater mounted under the well, easily removable for
replacement. Each well is controlled by an automatic adjustable thermostat of the remote bulb type. Each well has a pilot light which indicates when the heater is on or off. Each table is equipped with a master on and off switch and pilot light. All units are equipped with a motor plug base and removable line cord and plug as standard equip­ment. Available in 208/220 volt, 50/60 cycles, single or three phase.
