SPECIFICATIONS
FRAME & BODY: The frame is constructed of welded heavy 16GA rust resistant stainless steel. The body is constructed of type 304 stainless steel, fully enclosing frame on all sides and top, with a stainless steel base.
DISPENSING MECHANISM: The dispensing height of racks/trays is maintained at a constant level by using a spring mechanism which guides the rack platform in tracks by the use of bearing mechanism.
DISPENSER: The dispenser consists of a spring rack with removable springs tted with a top platform and dish guides to align the dishes. A constant dispensing level is maintained by a properly calibrated spring mechanism. Adjustment of the dispensing level is made by adding or eliminating springs. (Optional: The unit is tted with two tubular dish dispensers constructed of type 304 stainless steel).
BUMPERS: Dispenser is equipped with corner bumpers.
CASTERS: The dispenser is mounted on 5” diameter cadmium plated, double bearing non-marking rubber tired
casters, (2) swivel, and (2) with brakes.
