Rattan & Wicker Swivel Barstool / Counter Stool
Your barstools will come with the necessary screws for the installation. Please make sure not to discard the
packaging until you have found the proper screws and have completed your barstool installation.
You will need a electric or battery operated drill with a Philips screwdriver head. For tightening purposes a drill is
recommended over a standard screwdriver.
1. The first step is to place the barstool top on a surface that will not scratch or damage the barstool. You ar
looking for the (4) holes under the barstool top, that will line up with the swivel mechanism.
2. Start with one screw at a time you will want to align the first hole and by hand insert the first screw and only
screw it in a few turns so it stays in place.
3. With one screw in place the next task is to rotate the barstool bottom base, and align the second hold so you can
insert the second screw. Remember that you are dealing with a swivel plate, and it might need some additional
force to move without all screws attached yet. It will turn and sometimes leverage is required with the help of the

and second screw being inserted earlier.
4. Next begin rotating the barstool base, and insert the remaining third and fourth screws and only hand tighten.
5. You will to now confirm that all four screws are hand tightened and centered properly. You should begin
to firmly tighten all four screws in place using an electric drill or battery powered drill.
6. After tightening all screws, place the barstool on the level ground and with BOTH hands attempt to rotate th
barstool top. Listen for any noise, like metal on metal contact. If this occurs make sure the screws are not
touching the metal plate.
7. Once the barstool top swivels properly your barstool is assembled and you can finalize the unwrapping of it.
