y For personal safety, always con rm the rating of any known hazardous or potentially
hazardous location where the light is to be used.
BATTERY INSTALLATION
WARNING: In order to maintain the XPP-5454’s Intrinsically Safe rating, the only
AAA batteries certi ed for use with this light are the ENERGIZER E92 or EN92
BATTERIES.
y Do not attempt to use any other brand or model of AAA batteries with this light.
y Do not attempt to use any type of rechargeable AAA batteries with this light.
Warning: To prevent ignition of a hazardous atmosphere, do not open the battery
compartment door in the hazardo us environment. This task must ONLY be done
in an area known to be non-hazardous.
y Loosen the locking screw located on the back of the battery compartment door.
NOTE: Do NOT attempt to completely remove the locking screw. Doing so is not
necessary and may damage the threads. The screw simply needs to be loosened
enough to allow the battery compartment door to open.
y Using 3 – AAA ENERGIZER E92 or EN92 BATTERIES (make sure that all 3
batteries are of the same model), install the batteries in the back of the light paying
close attention to the markings inside the battery compartment for proper battery
terminal polarity alignment.
y Close the battery compartment door.

OPERATION
THE XPP-5454GC HAS TWO BUTTONS THAT CONTROL LIGHT OUTPUT:
LIGHTING MODES
Pressing the Spotlight Button will turn on the spotlight. Pressing the Floodlight
Button will turn on the oodlight. Pressing both buttons will turn on both the Spotlight
and the Floodlight. This mode is called Dual-Light.
EACH BUTTON HAS TWO BRIGHTNESS SETTINGS
y High-brightness - Press the desired button once
y Low-brightness - Press the desired button a second time
y Pressing the same button a third time will turn that lighting mode off
THE XPP-5454GC HAS A TILT ADJUSTMENT FEATURE:
Simply adjust the tilt angle of the light to illuminate the desired area.
THE XPP-5454GC FITS ON ANY HARD HAT THAT HAS A HARD HAT LAMP
BRACKET ATTACHED:
NIGHTSTICK NS-HMC4 HEADLAMP BRACKET MOUNTING INSTRUCTIONS
y Ensure mounting surface is clean and oil-free (use alcohol wipe if needed)
y Prior to installing, determine mounting location that allows headlamp to fully tilt
without interfering with helmet brim.
y Remove adhesive backing.
y Firmly press bracket into place up for 30 seconds with at side facing up (see image).
y While supporting mount, slide headlamp clip into bracket slot. (Note: adhesive
reaches peak strength in 24 hours)
TO ATTACH TO THE HARD HAT LAMP BRACKET
Slide the clip on the back of the XPP-5454GC into the slot on the top edge of the
Hard Hat Lamp Bracket and press down rmly until the clip is fully engaged into the
bracket.
TO REMOVE FROM THE HARD HAT LAMP BRACKET
Grasp the XPP-5454GC and pull up until the clip slides out of the Hard Hat Lamp
Bracket.

LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
Bayco Products, Inc. warrants this product to be free from defects in workmanship
and materials for the original purchaser’s lifetime. The Limited Lifetime Warranty
includes the LEDs, housing and lenses. Rechargeable batteries, chargers, switches,
electronics and included accessories are warranted for a period of two years with proof
of purchase. Normal wear and failures which are caused by accidents, misuse, abuse,
faulty installation and lightning damage are excluded.
We will repair or replace this product should we determine it to be defective. This
is the only warranty, expressed or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or
tness for a particular purpose.

INSTALLATION DES PILES

y Desserrer la vis de verrouillage située à l’arrière de la porte du compartiment de
pile. À NOTER : NE PAS enlever complètement la vis de verrouillage. Cette opération
n’est pas nécessaire et risquerait d’endommager les lets de la vis. La vis doit être
simplement desserrée pour permettre à la porte du compartiment de pile de s’ouvrir.
y En utilisant 3 piles – AAA- ENERGIZER E92 ou EN92, installer les piles dans la
lampe en portant une attention particulière à la polarité sur le compartiment de pile
an de respecter l’alignement des bornes de polarité des piles.
y Fermer la porte du compartiment de pile.
y NE PAS trop serrer. MISE EN GARDE : Si vous serrez trop vous risquez
d’endommager les lets et affecter la sécurité intrinsèque de la lampe.
FONCTIONNEMENT
MODES D’ÉCLAIRAGE
Si vous appuyez sur le bouton projecteur à faisceau concentré vous allumez
l’éclairage concentré. Si vous appuyez sur le bouton projecteur d’illumination vous
allumez l’éclairage d’illumination. Si vous appuyez sur les deux boutons vous allumez
les deux modes d’éclairage. Ce mode s’appelle Éclairage double. Chaque bouton
comporte deux types de luminosité.
CHAQUE BOUTON COMPORTE DEUX TYPES DE LUMINOSITÉ.
y Haute luminosité : appuyer le bouton désiré une seule fois
y Basse luminosité : appuyer le bouton désiré une seconde fois
y Si vous appuyez le bouton une troisième fois la lumière va s’éteindre.
LA LAMPE XPP-5454GC A UN RÉGLAGE DE L’INCLINAISON :
Ajuster simplement l’angle d’inclinaison pour illuminer la partie désirée.

DUR QUI EST MUNI D’UN SUPPORT POUR LAMPE :

y S’assurer que la surface de xation est propre et non huileuse (nettoyer avec une
lingette imbibée d’alcool au besoin).
y Avant l’installation, choisir l’endroit où xer la lampe frontale de manière à ce qu’elle
puisse être inclinée complètement sans heurter le bord du casque.
y Retirer la pellicule qui recouvre l’adhésif.
y Mettre le support en place et appuyer fermement pendant 30 secondes, côté plat
vers le haut (voir l’illustration).
y Tout en tenant le support, faire glisser l’attache de la lampe frontale dans la fente du
support. (Remarque : l’adhésif atteint sa force maximale en 24 heures).
COMMENT FIXER LA LAMPE XPP-5454GC SUR LE SUPPORT DU CASQUE DUR
Glisser l’attache située à l’arrière de la lampe XPP-5454GC dans la fente sur le bord
supérieur du support pour lampe du casque dur et appuyer fermement jusqu’à ce que
l’attache soit bien enclenchée dans le support.
COMMENT ENLEVER LA LAMPE XPP-5454GC DU SUPPORT POUR LAMPE DU
CASQUE DUR
Saisir la lampe XPP-5454GC et tirer jusqu’à ce que l’attache glisse hors du support
pour lampe du casque dur.

INSTALACIÓN DE LAS PILAS
ADVERTENCIA: A n de mantener la clasicación de seguridad intrínseca del
XPP-5454, las únicas pilas AAA certicadas para su uso son las ENERGIZER E92
o PILAS EN92.
y No intente utilizar cualquier otra marca o modelo de pilas AA con esta luz.

necesita ser aojado lo suciente como para permitir que la puerta del compartimiento
de la batería se abra.
y Utilizando 3 - PILAS AAA ENERGIZER E92 o PILAS EN92 (asegúrese de que todas
las 3 baterías son del mismo modelo), instale las baterías en la parte posterior del
compartimiento de la batería prestando especial atención a las marcas del interior

LA XPP-5454GC TIENE UNA FUNCIÓN DE AJUSTE DE INCLINACIÓN:
Simplemente ajuste el ángulo de inclinación de la luz para iluminar el área deseada.
LA XPP-5454GC ENCAJA EN CUALQUIER SOMBRERO DURO QUE TIENE UN
SOMBRERO DURO DE LINTERNA CON SOPORTE CONECTADOS.
SOPORTE DE FARO NS-HMC4 DE NIGHTSTICK
y Asegúrese de que la supercie de montaje esté limpia y libre de aceite (use una
toallita con alcohol si fuera necesario)
y Antes de la instalación, determine la ubicación de montaje que permita que el faro
se incline por completo sin interferir con el ala del casco.
y Retire el refuerzo adhesivo.
y Presione rmemente el soporte en su lugar durante 30 segundos con el lado plano
hacia arriba (vea la imagen).

Deslice el clip en la parte posterior del XPP-5454GC en la ranura del borde superior
del soporte de la Linterna del Sombrero Duro y presione rmemente hasta que el clip
esté completamente enganchado en el soporte.
PARA QUITAR DEL SOPORTE DE LA LINTERNA DE SOMBRERO DURO
Sujete la XPP-5454GC y tire hacia arriba hasta que el clip se deslice fuera del
soporte de la Linterna de Sombrero Duro.

não é necessário e pode danicar os os. O parafuso simplesmente tem de ser solto o
suciente para permitir que a porta do compartimento da bateria seja aberto.
y Usando 3 - AAA ENERGIZER E92 ou EN92 BATERIAS (certique-se de que todas
as 3 pilhas são do mesmo modelo), instalar as pilhas na parte de trás da lanterna,
muita atenção para as marcas no interior do compartimento da bateria para o bom
alinhamento de polaridade do terminal da bateria.
y Feche a porta do compartimento da bateria.

O PPE-5454GC POSSUI UM RECURSO DE AJUSTE DE INCLINAÇÃO:
Basta ajustar o ângulo de inclinação da luz para iluminar a área desejada.
O PPE-5454GC VEM COM DUAS TIARAS DIFERENTES:

y Certique-se de que a superfície de montagem esteja limpa e livre de óleo (use
álcool, se necessário)
y Antes de instalar, determine o local de montagem que permita que o farol incline
totalmente sem interferir na borda do capacete.
y Remova a proteção do adesivo.
y Pressione rmemente o suporte no lugar por 30 segundos com o lado plano voltado
para cima (veja a imagem).
y Enquanto apoia a montagem, deslize o clipe do farol para dentro do encaixe do
suporte (Nota: o adesivo atinge a força máxima em 24 horas)

Utilize esta tira diretamente em sua cabeça ou sobre um boné. A característica
antiderrapante irá mantê-la posicionada na cabeça, mesmo durante um movimento
vigoroso.

BATTERIE INSTALLATION
WARNHINWEIS: Um die Eigensicherheits-Einstufung der XPP-5454GC Stirnlampe
zu bewahren, sind nur die zum Gebrauch zertizierten AAA Batterien Batterien
ENERGIZER E92 or EN92 zu verwenden.
y Verwenden Sie keine anderen Marken oder Modelle der AAA Batterien mit dieser
Lampe.
y Verwenden Sie keine wiederauadbaren Batterien mit mit dieser Lampe.
Warnhinweis: Vermeiden Sie das Öffnen des Lampenglases innerhalb eines
explosions-gefährdeten Umfeldes, um eine Entammung in der gefährlichen
Atmosphäre zu verhindern. Diese Maßnahme darf nur in einem Umfeld
vorgenommen werden, das bekannterweise ungefährlich ist.
y Lockern Sie die Schraubensicherung an der Rückseite des Batteriefachdeckels.
ANMERKUNG: Vermeiden Sie es die Schraubensicherung völlig zu beseitigen. Das
vollständige Entfernen ist nicht notwendig und kann das Gewinde beschädigen.
Die Schraube muss lediglich soweit gelockert werden, um das Öffnen des
Batteriefachdeckels zu ermöglichen.
y Verwendung von 3 – AAA ENERGIZER E92 oder EN92 Batterien (stellen Sie sicher,
dass alle drei Batterien von der gleichen Art sind), installieren Sie die Batterien am
Ende der Lampe und achten Sie dabei genau auf die Markierungen innerhalb des
Batteriefaches für die korrekte Batteriepolanpassung.

Das Drücken des Spotlichtknopfes schaltet das Spotlicht an. Das Drücken des
Flutlichtknopfes schaltet das Flutlicht an. Das Drücken beider Knöpfe schaltet das
Spotlicht und das Flutlicht an. Dieser Modus heißt dualer Beleuchtungsmodus.
JEDER KNOPF HAT ZWEI HELLIGKEITSSTUFEN
y Hohe Helligkeit – Drücken Sie den gewünschten Knopf einmal
y Niedrige Helligkeit – Drücken Sie den gewünschten Knopf ein zweites Mal
y Das Drücken des gleichen Knopfes zum dritten Mal schalted diese Beleuchtungsart
aus.
DIE XPP-5454C HAT EINE HÖHENVERSTELLUNGSFUNKTION:
Passen Sie einfach den Winkel der Höhenverstellungsfunktion der Lampe so an, um
den gewünschten Bereich zu beleuchten.

NIGHTSTICK NS-HMC4 KOPFLAMPENHALTERUNG
y Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Montageäche sauber und ölfrei ist (verwenden Sie bei Bedarf
Alkoholtupfer)
y Vor der Installation sollte die Montagestelle so eingerichtet werden, dass die Kopampe
vollständig kippbar ist, ohne dabei gegen die Helmkrempe zu stoßen.
y Entfernen Sie die selbstklebende Rückseite.
y Drücken Sie die Halterung mit der achen Seite 30 Sekunden nach oben (siehe Abbildung)
fest an.
y Schieben Sie den Clip der Kopampe während der Montage in den Halterungsschlitz.
(Hinweis: Der Klebestreifen erreicht seine maximale Stärke in 24 Stunden)
UM DIE LAMPE AN DIE SCHUTZHELM- LAMPENHALTERUNG ANZUBRINGEN
Schieben Sie die Klammer an der Rückseite der XPP-5450GC Lampe in den
Einschub am oberen Rand der Schutzhelm-Lampenhalterung und drücken Sie feste
nach unten bis die Klammer vollständig in der Halterung eingerastet ist.
UM DIE LAMPE VON DER SCHUTZHELM- LAMPENHALTERUNG ZU ENTFERNEN
Halten Sie die XPP-5450GC fest und ziehen Sie nach oben, bis die Klammer aus der
Schutzhelm-Lampenhalterung herausgleitet.

Normaler Verschleiß und Fehlfunktionen, die durch Unfälle, Zweckentfremdung,
Missbrauch, fehlerhafte Installation und Blitzschäden verursacht wurden sind hiervon
ausgeschlossen. Wir reparieren oder ersetzen das Produkt sofern ein Defekt festgestellt
wird. Dies ist die einzige Gewährleistung, inklusive jeglicher Gewährleistung der allgemeinen
