Product Construction
Constrained High Mass Frame
Modeled after our acclaimed JAM in-wall speakers, we combine an aluminum frame, a closed-cell foam damping layer, and a 1" sheet of medium density fibreboard for true sonic fidelity. By using this frame, instead of a typical plastic unit, we dramatically increase the sonic impact of the system. You’ll hear deeper bass, and improved midrange clarity.
Driver Complement
Our audiophile silk dome tweeter is the key to our performance. This high power handling, unit spreads sound evenly throughout the room.

960
The 960 is a two-way design with a high powerhandling 6
1
/2bass unit. The 960c is a three-way center channel speaker with a vertically mounted tweeter/midrange combination for superb horizontal dispersion. The 970 uses dual bass units for additioanl output in larger rooms (up to 4,000 ft
3
).
For bass, the 900 Subwoofer uses dual 8” bass units.
Pi Space Tuning
Our exclusive Pi Space Tuning overcomes “bloated” midbass gain when the speaker is placed near side walls or ceilings.
Vocal Integrity®System Design
We’ve designed and tested our systems to exhibit the lowest level of distortion in the critical midrange —

especially off axis. This requires attention to all elements of the design, from driver parameters to crossover tolerances. The end result is a series of speakers that outperform the field.
Flush To The Wall
Our injection-molded aluminum frame sits just a few millimeters off the wall. And with our floating grilles held in place with concealed magnets, the 900 Series speakers have an elegant, unobtrusive look.
Weather Resistant Construction
You can place 900 Series speakers in high humidity areas, like kitchens, bath, and protected outdoor settings. All exposed components are weather resistant.
