Searching the IP address of the outdoor panel
After the outdoor panel and your PC have connected to the same local area network, run the
“AV07T Device manager” to determine an IP address of the outdoor panel:
Press the “Scan” button and program window will display IP addresses of all AV-07T outdoor
panels, which are connected to the local network. It is possible to change the basic network
settings, update a firmware of the outdoor panel and programmatically restart it.

To configure the outdoor panel remotely via the WEB interface and to set the virtual numbers,
you need to connect to it via Internet-browser on your PC. The outdoor panel should be
connected to the same network segment, as the PC, from which it is planned to customize the
outdoor panel. Enter the IP address of the outdoor panel in an address line of a browser, then
the window for entering the user name and password will appear. Username to access the
settings is admin. Password required to enter, matches the password for accessing the settings
of the outdoor panel and is an installer password (the default password is admin).

2.1 Basic
Select “Basic” to access the call configuration:

Select account: Account which is used for calls.
Dialing if not answered: Call forwarding function if no answer is received from dialed
subscriber.
Ring button: A field for entering a subscriber number you are dialing by pressing the ring
button.
To call the device using the internal protocol, you need to enter the 7-digit number, for
example, "# 1010027", where "1" is the number of a building, "01" – the number of the
entrance, "00" - the floor number and "27" - the apartment number.
Dialing if not answered Call 1, Call 2: Fields for entering subscriber’s numbers, which incoming
call will be forwarded to, if it is no answer from main number.

FTP: Sending the visitor’s photo to FTP-server.
E-mail: Sending of the visitor's photo to the specified E-mail.
HTTP URL: GET request to the specified address.
HTTP URL: The URL to which GET request will be sent if such option selected.
Web call: Calling the number specified in the field number from the web interface of the panel.
Maximum call time: The maximum duration of a call (2 - 30 minutes).
Maximum dial in time: The maximum dialing time for incoming calls (from 30 to 120 seconds).
Maximum dial out time: Maximum dialing time for outgoing calls (from 30 to 120 seconds).
Push to hang up: The call cancellation function by repeatedly pressing the push button.
2.2 Advanced
Select "Advanced" to access advanced settings of call configuration.

AEC Level: AEC Level. Default value is 700.
Photo resistor Settings: Range of photo resistance sensitivity level (0-100). The default values
are 5 - 37.
Tamper Alarm: Alarm on / off function on the tamper.
Accelerometer Trigger Threshold: Accelerometer Trigger Level (0 – 127).
The default value is 32.
Location Setting: Number of building, unit, floor, room, serial number, sync number.
IP server: The IP address of the server with Management Software.
Wiegand Type: The type of used Wiegand interface. It is possible to choose between
Wiegand - 26 and Wiegand - 34.
Blinking Time: The blinking frequency of the ring button LEDs during the lock opening is from
500 ms up to 5000 ms.
2.3 Relay
Select “Relay” to access the configuration of the relay outputs:

ID Relay: Relay identifier.
Relay type: Relay operating mode. May be set in the NO or NС position.
Opening time: Relay activation time (0 - 10 sec.).
DTMF option: The number of DTMF code symbols transmitted to activate the relay.
DTMF: The code transmitted to activate the relay (this option is active if an item 1 Digit DTMF is
selected in the DTMF-option).
Multiple DTMF: A field for entering a user DTMF code, transmitted to activate the relay (this
option is active if an item 2 – 4 Digit DTMF is selected in the DTMF-option).
Relay Status: The current status of the relay (closed or open).
2.3.1 Web relay
Type: A feature that allows enabling / disabling the ability of panel to work with 2N WebRelay.
IP address: IP address of the 2N WebRelay.
Username: Login of the 2N WebRelayweb interface.
Password: Password of the2N WebRelayweb interface.
2.3.2 Open relay via HHTP
Type: Enabling / Disabling the signal transmission to open the door via HHTP-link.
User name: The user’s login.
Password: The password for access.
The default values are empty.
URL format: http://192.168.1.229/fcgi/do?action=OpenDoor&UserName=&Password=&
DoorNum = 1, where 192.168.1.229 is an IP address of the outdoor panel, UserName is the
name of the user, Password is the password of the user, DoorNum is the relay number.
2.4 Inputs
Select "Inputs" to access the configuration of the controlled inputs:

2.4.1 Input
Input Status: Enabling / disabling the controlled input when closing contacts.
Action: Additional action when closing the input contacts.
FTP: Sending the visitor's photo to the FTP server.

E-mail: Sending the visitor's photo to the specified E-mail.
SIP call: SIP call to a specified number on the "Trigger" tab.
HTTP URL: GET-request to the specified address.
HTTP URL: The URL which GET request will be sent to if the appropriate option selected.
Open relay: The function of opening the specified relay when the input is triggered.
Input Status: Displays the current input status.

Select "Web view" to access streaming video from the outdoor panel camera:

Select "RTSP" to access the streaming video display settings from the camera of the outdoor
panel via the RTSP protocol:

2.6.1 RTSP Basic
RTSP Server: Enabling / Disabling the RTSP server.
2.6.2 RTSP Stream
RTSP audio: The function of sound transmitting from the outdoor panel’s microphone via the
RTSP protocol.
RTSP video: The function of video transmitting from the outdoor panel’s camera via the RTSP
protocol.
RTSP video codec: Used codec for video transmission via RTSP (H.264, MPEG4, MJPEG).
An example of a RTSP line for recording video from the outdoor panel’s camera:
rtsp: //192.168.1.186/live/ch00_0.
2.6.3 H.264 Video Parameters
Video resolution: Resolution of the transmitted video stream (QCIF, QVGA, CIF, VGA, 4CIF,
720P).

Video frame rate: Number of the transmitted frames per second (10fps, 15 fps, 20fps).
Video bit rate: The compression ratio of the video stream (64 kbps, 128 kbps, 256 kbps, 512
kbps, 1024 kbps, and 2048 kbps).
2.6.4 MPEG4 Parameters
Video resolution: Resolution of the transmitted video stream (QCIF, QVGA, CIF, VGA, 4CIF,
720P).
Video frame rate: Number of the transmitted frames per second (10fps, 15 fps, 20fps).
Video bit rate: The compression ratio of the video stream (64 kbps, 128 kbps, 256 kbps, 512
kbps, 1024 kbps, and 2048 kbps).
2.6.5 MJPEG
Video resolution: Resolution of the transmitted video stream (QCIF, QVGA, CIF, VGA, 4CIF,
720P).
Video frame rate: Number of the transmitted frames per second (10 fps, 15 fps, 20 fps).
Quality: The quality of the transmitted video stream (50, 60, 70, 80, 90).
