Installation:
Step 1: Decide on location of power supply before mounting your antenna. Antenna and power supply location will determine where and how you run the cables.
DO NOT install the antenna before you read this instruction.
Step 2: Drill a hole thru the roof to run cable from the antenna into your vehicle. Or if your vehicle have a cable hole already, run the cable thru the hole to the antenna. Step 3: Use 4 mounting screws to securely fasten the antenna mount to the roof. Do not over tighten the screws to avoid damage to the mounting stand or the roof. Step 4: Use cable tool to drive the cable into the mounting bracket on the bottom side of the antenna, aligning the end of the connector with the F connector on the antenna. Step 5: Slide antenna onto the mount. Gently pull back any extra cable inside the vehicle. Step 6: Fasten antenna to mount and tighten hex nut. Tighten rmly to prevent antenna from turning on mount. Step 7: Run the coaxial cable (Type RG-6/U, SAT-50, SAT-703 etc.) inside the vehicle. Step 8: Connect the coaxial cable to the antenna and to the power injector. Step 9: Connect power injector to your power supply: red wire to the positive (+) terminal of
power supply 11-28 Volts DC, black wire - to ground or negative (-) terminal of the power supply.
Step 10: Connect coaxial cable (with label “TV set”) from the power injector to TV set. Step 11: Connect coaxial cable (with label “Radio”) from the power injector to car radio.
Uninstalling the antenna and retaining the antenna mount:
Step 1: Disconnect the coaxial cable and F-F connector. Step 2: Loosen hex nut and remove the antenna from the mount.
Step 3: Gently pull an extra cable out of the vehicle. Step 4: Fasten the cup to mount and tighten hex nut.
