Intended Use
The thermo jug is designed for keeping the temperature of hot beverages.
Indications for User
• If you want to maintain the temperature of beverages for a long time, we
recommend to pre-heat the thermo jug.
• Pour hot water into the thermo jug or leave it there for a while with the lid closed.
Pour out water and re-fill with the required beverage to obtain optimum
operation of the thermo jug.
• Do not fill up the thermo jug with fizzy drinks, milk drinks or food for infants
because a risk of germs or bacteria exists.
• If coffee was stored in the thermo jug beforehand, clean it thoroughly before you
fill it with water or tea.
Operation
The lid is fixed with the jug by means of a hinge and features a rubber gasket.
Two-piece hinge makes it possible to open the lid wider, thus easing the filling
underneath a coffee machine.
To close the lid, it is enough to simply press the lid firmly against the opening, so
that the gasket closes it.
1. To dispense a beverage from a jug, press the lever on the lid.
2. When a required amount of beverage is dispensed, release the lever.

3. Press the thermo jug's lid again to close it.
Cleaning
WARNING!
For cleaning, do not use any scouring agents containing solvents nor
corrosive cleaning agents. They may damage the surface.
1. Before the first use and after each use, clean the thermo jug with warm water
and a mild cleaning agent.
2. Rinse multiple times with fresh water to remove remains of the cleaning agent.
3. Wipe the exterior of the thermo jug with a soft, damp cloth.
4. If the thermo jug is not to be used for a longer time, clean it, as described above,
and leave it open to dry.

Removing Residues from the Thermo Jug
Hard water may leave white, mineral deposits inside the thermo jug. Coffee usually
colours the deposits and leave a brownish deposit.
1. In order to remove deposits, use a commercially available cleaning agent.
Follow the descaling agent manufacturer’s instructions on the packaging.
2. After cleaning, rinse the thermo jug thoroughly with fresh water several times.
3. Leave the thermo jug open to dry completely.
NOTE!
