Version / Characteristics
• Designed for:
– Indirect heating/keeping milk warm
– Bartscher PRO II 40T coffee machine
– Bartscher PRO II 60T coffee machine

Intended Use
Milk dispenser adapter, which is placed onto the coffee machine container is used
for delicate and uniform heating and keeping milk warm.
Operation Instructions
1. The milk dispenser adapter should be thoroughly cleaned before the first use.
2. Rinse with clear water and flush the water through the drain tap.
3. Install the milk adapter dispenser on a suitable coffee machine. Follow the
instructions in section “Version / Characteristics”.
4. Top the milk dispenser adapter to “MAX” marking.
The fill level may be read from fill level indicator.
5. Put the milk dispenser adapter lid and lock the container bayonet lock.
6. Run the coffee machine as usual.
During brewing process, the milk in milk dispenser is heated and may be used to
prepare coffee.

Milk Dispensing
1. Place a suitable container under the
drain tap (cup, glass, mug) with
maximum height of 200 mm.
2. To dispense milk, press the drain tap
forwards.
3. When required amount of milk is
dispensed, release the drain tap.
The drain tap closes automatically.
ATTENTION!
Scrubbing agents, washing agents with solvents or caustic substances
may damage the surface.
Use only mild washing agents.
Cleaning
Container and Drain Tap
1. Clean the milk dispenser adapter daily, and even more frequently if required. In
case of stubborn soiling, use a mild cleaning agent.
2. Clean the drain tap by running water through it.
3. Rinse the container with clean water.
4. Run clean water through the drain tap to rinse it.
5. Wipe the exterior of the container with a soft, moist cloth.
6. Dry the milk dispenser adapter after cleaning with soft, dry cloth.

1. First unscrew the fill level indicator cover
(a, Fig. to the left).
2. Then remove the glass pipe (b).
3. Remove bottom seal from the glass pipe
(b).
4. Carefully clean the glass pipe with a
cleaning brush.
ATTENTION!
Check if the glass pipe is correctly positioned in the holder.
Fill Level Indicator
The glass pipe of fill level indicator should be regularly, weekly, cleaned inside with
the use of brush for cleaning coffee machine. Perform the following steps:
5. Finally reinstall the seal on the bottom end of the glass pipe and re-introduce the
pipe (b) in the fill level indicator holder.
6. Screw the cover (a) on the fill level indicator.
Drain Tap
If the milk dispenser adapter is used daily, it is necessary to thoroughly clean the
drain tap mechanism weekly, or less frequently in case of less intensive use.
To clean the drain tap:
1. Screw the top part with the handle off (c, Fig. above).
2. Clean the tap and connection between the tap and the container with small
bottle brush.
3. Wash the removed part of the tap under warm water.
4. Again, screw the drain tap on the milk dispenser adapter.
