Unpack the appliance, remove all external and internal packaging elements and shipment safeguards.
If the appliance is covered with a protective film, remove it. Remove the film slowly, so no glue residues are left. Remove any glue residues with the use of a suitable solvent.
Be careful not to damage the rating plate and warning labels fixed on the appliance.
Never place the appliance in humid or wet environment.
Place the appliance in a way making the connections easily accessible, so that
they may be quickly disconnected if such a need arises.
The appliance should be placed on surfaces that are:
even, with sufficient bearing capacity, resistant to water, dry and resistant
to high temperatures;
– sufficiently large, and thus enabling usage of the appliance with no
problems;
easily accessible; well ventilated.
To install the appliance, perform the following steps:
Remove the packaging of the appliance, except for the pallet. Lift the appliance with the lift truck and move it to the planned installation
location. Be careful not to damage the appliance. Control the stability in order not to lose the balance of the appliance.

3. Prepare suitable cookware.
Cookware must be completely clean and dry before putting it into the device.
4. Fill the heated cabinet with the necessary cookware, by placing them on the shelves or the lower baseplate of the appliance. Mind the load-bearing capacity of the shelf. Check the specification in section 4 “Technical Specifications”.
NOTE! Optimum cookware warming may be achieved, when the internal space is
filled from the top.
To operate the appliance correctly, arrange the cookware inside the appliance so that a clearance of 80 mm is maintained for the purpose of providing proper air circulation. Do not use the cookware to obstruct nor cover ventilation opening inside of the appliance.
5. Close the sliding door at both sides.

Installation and operation
EN
WARNING!
Risk of scalding! When the set temperature reaches over 60°C, the cookware becomes
very hot.
For removing hot cookware use dish washing cloths or kitchen mitts.
3. Rotate the temperature control knob clockwise, to set the required temperature in the range of 20 °C – 80 °C.
The optimum temperature is approx. 60 °C. When the set temperature is below 60 °C, the cookware are not too hot to remove them manually and there is no scalding hazard to fingers nor hands. The food remains warm for a long time, when they are served in cookware warmed to such a temperature.
Operation of the appliance
1. Plug the appliance into a suitable single socket.
2. Turn the appliance on with the ON/OFF switch by setting it in “I” position. A red mains control light in the switch will light up.
The internal compartment temperature is evenly distributed by the fan. The warming time is conditioned by various factors:
material of the cookware and its thickness; number of cookware in the appliance; temperature setting; ambient temperature.
Thus it is not possible to define the exact time of warming. Taking the above factors into account, the user may determine the right settings only during operation of the appliance.
