Instructions for preparation of food
The contact grill is intended for careful preparation of food with little addition of fat.
Before you lay the desired food, give a little oil on the lower grill plate. At the best
use the oil with a high smoke point, such as rapeseed or sunflower oil.
Meat, bacon, etc. require very little oil, because they contain their own fat; when grilling fish or vegetables you should give a little more oil to the lower grill plate. The addition of oil reduces sticking or burning of food on the grilling surface.
