5.1 Safety instructions
WARNING! Risk of electric shock!
The device must only be connected to a properly installed single socket with protective contact.
Never remove the power cable by pulling the cable itself; always grab the plug housing.
Never allow the power cable to come into contact with heat sources or sharp edges. The power cable should not hang over the side of the working surface. Ensure that no one can step on or trip over the cable.
The power cable must not be folded, bent or tangled, and must always remain fully unrolled.
Never place the device or other objects on the power cable.
Do not lay the cable over carpets or heat insulations. Do not cover the cable. Keep
away the cable from operating range and do not dunk it into water.

Do not use the device in case it does not function properly, has been damaged or dropped.
Do not use any accessory or spare parts that have not been recommended by the manufacturer. These can be dangerous for the user or lead to damages of the device or personal injury, and further, the warranty expires.
Do not move or tilt the device when in operation.
WARNING! Hazard via electrical current!
Avoid contact between the device and water. Do not allow the water to be affected by rain, dripping water or other forms of moisture. This may lead to damage to the device or electric shock.
WARNING! Hazard via electrical current!
The device can cause injuries due to improper installation! Before installation the local power grid specification should be compared with
that of the device (see type label). Connect the device only in case of compliance! Take note of the security advice!
5.2 Installation and connection
Discard the complete packing material after unpacking the device.
Place the device on top of an even and safe surface which supports the weight of
the device.
Not at any time should you place the device on an inflammable surface (such as: table cloth, carpet, etc.).
Do not place the device in the vicinity of open sources of fire, electric cookers, furnaces or other sources of heat such as e.g., in places exposed to direct sunlight. The heat can damage the surface of the device, as well as have a negative effect on the cooling power and increase the consumption of energy.
To avoid damage to the compressor, do not tilt the device to an angle greater than 45° during setup or transport. Be careful when touching the condenser and doors, as damage to them will negatively impact the working of the device.
2 front height-adjustable legs set so as to ensure stability.
Place the device in such a manner that there is a minimum of 10 cm between it and
other objects, including walls, in order to ensure proper air circulation.

Temperature dial
Do not place the device where humidity or temperature are high as the device may be damaged.
Do not drill holes in the device nor mount other objects to it.
Do not store any heavy, poisonous or rusting objects.
The electrical circuit in the socket must be secured to at least 16A. Only connect the
device directly to the wall socket; do not use any extension cords or power strips.
Place the device so that the plug is easily accessible and can be quickly removed from its socket in case of necessity.
5.3 Operation

Temperature regulation
The temperature is set using the temperature dial, located inside the device at its top.
In order to set the temperature, turn the temperature dial clockwise to the desired
position (between 1 -7).
Position "1" is the highest setting, and "7" the lowest temperature (temperature values, see 4.2 "Technical information").
To turn the device off, turn the temperature regulator to the position marked "0".
When the device is turned on for the first time or has remained unused for a
longer period, set the temperature dial to "7" for at least 3-4 hours prior to placing bottles inside the cooler. Next, set the desired temperature.
Shelves / grates
The bottle cooler is equipped with 5 shelves for bottles and 1 flat shelf. Shelves
for bottles and the flat shelf are removable.
The shelves for bottles ②are mounted in the slot located at the rear of the interior,
to avoid slipping when removing bottles. To remove shelves for bottles, lift them
slightly.
The arch at the rear of the shelf for bottles prevents bottles from touching the rear wall, allowing for the free circulation of air throughout the device.
The flat shelf ③ is intended for beverages in other types of containers.
The grate ⑤ at the bottom of the device prevents bottles at the
bottom from rolling out when the door is opened.

Tips and advice
The bottle cooler is best for storing 0.75 litre bottles. The maximum capacity is based on bottles of this size.
When filling the device, always ensure that the bottles do not block the door from closing.
Placing a large number of bottles at once inside the device lengthens the time needed for them to cool to the desired temperature.
To ensure optimal temperature selection, store bottles containing the same type of beverage if possible.
A greater number of full bottles in the cabinet, as well as keeping the door open for a long time, increase energy use. Do not overfill the device, and do not leave the door open longer than necessary.
To minimize temperature loss in the device, the door should be kept open for the shortest possible time. Do not open the door more frequently than necessary.
In the event of a power outage, avoid opening the door to prevent loss of cold air.
After a power outage or after removing the device’s plug from its socket, do not
connect the device to a power source for at least 5 minutes.
6. Cleaning and maintenance
6.1 Safety advice
o Before beginning with repair or cleaning works make sure the device has been
disconnected from power supply and has cooled down.
o Do not use any acid agents and make sure no water ingresses the device. o To protect yourself from electric shock, never immerse the device, its cables and
the plug in water or other liquids.
CAUTION!
The device is not suited for direct washing via water jets. Therefore, you must not use any kind of pressure water jet for cleaning the device!
- 28 -
Page 14
6.2 Cleaning
o Clean the device regularly. o Remove the shelves for bottles and the flat shelf from the device. Wash them
with a mild cleaning agent and soft cloth, then dry thoroughly.
o Wash the bottle cooler on the inside and outside with warm water, a soft cloth and a
mild cleaning agent.
o Rinse with clean water. o Regularly clean the door and door seals with a moist cloth.
ATTENTION!
Never use hot water to clean the device! Never use aggressive cleaning substances such as scouring powder, alcohol-
based substances, solvents, petrol, etc. that may negatively affect the device’s plastic elements and/or paint.
o After cleaning, dry and polish the surface thoroughly with a dry cloth
If the bottle cooler will be unused for a longer period of time:
o Turn the device off (temperature dial to "0") and remove the plug from its
socket.
o Remove all beverages from the bottle cooler.
o Wash the interior and exterior of the device.
o Leave the door open for the bottle cooler to dry thoroughly, which will help
avoid unpleasant odors and mold.
6.3 Safety instructions for maintenance
o Inspect the power cable regularly for damage. Never use the device if the cable is
damaged. If the power cable is damaged, have an authorised service center or qualified electrician replace it.
o In case of damage or malfunction, please contact your stockist or our customer
service centre. Pay attention to the troubleshooting tips in pt. 7.
o Only a qualified technician and using original spare parts and accessories should
carry out repairs and maintenance of the device. Do not attempt to repair the device yourself.
