Scope of Delivery / Part Name
• Unpack the dishwasher basket trolley and remove the packing material pursuant
to environmental regulations.
• Check completeness of delivery according to the list below:

Intended Use
The dishwasher basket trolley is intended for storing suitable dishwasher baskets,
with dimensions of 500 x 500, in commercial kitchens.
Assembly
1. Place one lateral section on the ground.
2. Take 6 crossbars (top, middle and bottom) and mount them on the lateral
section of the dishwasher basket trolley (Fig 1).
3. Each time, with top and bottom crossbar, use square washer between a
crossbar and the lateral section and between lateral section and a bolt.
4. Then, use Allen wrench and tighten the bolt.
5. Each time, with middle crossbars, use only one square washer between the
lateral section and a bolt.
6. Use Allen wrench and tighten the bolt.
7. Mount 6 crossbars on the second lateral section, using washers and blots, as
described above (Fig. 1).

8. Place the dishwasher basket
trolley on its side.
9. Mount 4 swivel caster dampers
onto square tubing of lateral
sections.
10. Finally, screw swivel casters into
square tubing of lateral sections.

1. Place required number of suitable
dishwasher baskets in guides.
2. Secure dishwasher baskets at front and
rear with basket locks, lifting them up and
closing before dishwasher baskets (Fig. 4).
Basket locks stop dishwasher baskets from
slipping, tilting or falling out.

Positioning
1. Set the dishwasher basket trolley on swivel casters and check its stability.
2. Thedishwasher basket trolley may be levelled through screwing in and out
swivel casters.
3. After setting the dishwasher basket trolley in a designated place, lock 2 swivel
casters with lockings to prevent accidental relocation or overturn of the trolley.

CAUTION!
For cleaning, do not use any scouring agents containing solvents nor
corrosive cleaning agents. They may damage the surface.
Cleaning
1. Clean the dishwasher basket trolley regularly with warm water and soft, damp
cloth. Use mild cleaning agent if required.
2. Dry the dishwasher basket trolley with soft cloth.
