Install Time: 45 Minutes

INSTRUCTIONS:

This aftermarket exhaust system is designed to replace a stock exhaust system on a motorcycle with its engine,
frame, and other components in their stock design configuration and location. Re-mapping of your FI system may
be necessary after installation of these exhaust pipes. Allow sufficient time for your motorcycle's engine and
exhaust system to cool down prior to removal of your stock exhaust pipes and installation of this exhaust system. It
is safe to work on your motorcycle when the engine and exhaust system are cool to the touch

1. Remove the stock heat shields and set aside for later use.

2. Remove the stock exhaust and save the hardware.

3. Slide the flanges over the new head pipes and install the pipes in the heads; hint, the longer pipe is the front
cylinder pipe. Re-install the stock acorn flange nuts and loosely snug them. If the exhaust gaskets are worn,
replace them so you don't develop an exhaust leak.

4. Install a pinch clamp on each muffler and then, slide the mufflers onto the head pipes. Loosely secure the
mufflers in place with the stock hardware and some red thread locker. Starting with the flange nuts, tighten all
the bolts and clamps working from front to back.

5. Re-install the stock heat shields.

It is always a good idea to re-tighten all hardware at each service interval.
