Wind & Splash Guards
Our optional 30" stainless steel
dual purpose Wind & Splash
Guards are designed to help
protect the broiling area on
breezy days and evenings,
while allowing the chef a full
view of the grilling area.
Perfect for containing splatters
and splashes within the
broiling area. They are easily
removed for thorough cleaning.
May be used with Steamer
System or side-by-side with
Smoke & Roast hood, or two
together on 60" models.

Stainless Steel Water Pans Work Decks
Designed to catch

clean-up chores, slideout stainless steel
water pans are
standard features on

broilers. Water pans
keep foods moist while
preventing unwanted

Our 60" models include
two water pans - one

heavy-duty stainless steel
work deck. Work decks are

Under Shelves
Stainless steel under-shelves
are available, increasing
storage capacity. This option
requires using side-mounted
propane tanks.

Our optional stainless steel
Smoke & Roast Roll Top
hoods are available in 30"
and 60" sizes and are ideal
for roasting and holding
meats, poultry and
vegetables. Smoke & Roast
hoods allow the operator
to control the cooking
process while increasing
production and help keep
food sanitary, dust and
dirt-free.

Valves
Temperature zones are
created by independently
controlled adjustable
valves for each burner
and are easily regulated
and precise, providing
the operator with visible,
instantaneous control for
perfectly balanced
control and energy
savings by allowing the
chef to choose which
burners to ignite, how
high to set the flame and
balance as needed. Gas
regulator(s) are included
at no extra charge.

Stainless Steel Radiants
Our stainless steel radiants provide
intense, searing heat to preserve the
natural juices of your favorite foods
— protecting their natural, savory,
tantalizing flavors while creating
juicier meats with less shrinkage.
Located above each independently
controlled burner, stainless steel
radiants prevent clogging of burner
ports while distributing even
temperatures to the broiling surface.
Rugged heavy gauge stainless
radiants provide rapid preheat,
precise heat control and nearly
instantaneous adjustable
temperature response.

Crossover Pilot System
Our Easy-Lite / Always-Lit crossover
pilot tube provides additional safety
and energy savings. Just light the
pilot tube through access hole on
valve panel or anywhere along the
entire length of the broiler and all
burners will automatically ignite. If
one burner extinguishes, the
adjacent burner will automatically
re-ignite it — saving energy and
preventing gas build-up.
Burners
At the heart of every BAKERS PRIDE
broiler are durable, heat resistant,
clog-proof burners. Individually
operator-controlled and placed close
together for even heat distribution,
each burner provides 20,000
BTUH's for faster preheat, quicker
recovery, maximum top heat
intensity and greater production.
