2. Operation Steps
Make sure the CPE is turned off before you insert or remove the SIM card. Otherwise, the CPE and SIM card may be damaged.
1. Insert the SIM card into the USIM slot.
Note:
If you want to remove the SIM card, please press down on the SIM card. The SIM card will pop up.
2. Insert the power adaptor and turn on it. The power indicator should light up to indicate an operating power supply. Otherwise, you need to check the functionality of the power adaptor.
3. Wait for 1 minute, if the MODE and SIGNAL STRENGTH indicators flash
simultaneously, it indicates that the SIM card did not connect to the device or is
invalid. You need to buy a new SIM card or contact the vendor.
4. The MODE indicator flashing indicates that the device is searching and registering to the LTE network. If the device connects to the LTE network normally, the MODE indicator will remain on. The SIGNAL STRENGTH indicator indicates the strength of the LTE signal. If the device cannot connect to an LTE network, the MODE indicator will begin blinking.
5. The WLAN indicator indicates whether the Wi-Fi function is enabled.
If Wi-Fi is enabled, mobile phones and laptops can connect to the network via Wi-Fi.
SSID is “Airtouch-8783”. No password is required the first time the device is used.
6. PCs and laptops can connect to the internet through the LAN port.

1. Check whether Wi-Fi is enabled.
Observe whether the WLAN indicator is on or flashing. If the WLAN indicator is OFF,
you need to change the “WiFi Settings” to enable WiFi function. Refer to 3.3WiFi
Settings.
2. The SSID or the password is incorrect.
In web client, enter the “WiFi Settings” and reset the SSID/password.
3. If web client cannot login, you need to reset the CPE.

! Without the SIM card or the SIM card is damaged (
1. Check whether SIM card has been inserted into the USIM slot.
2. Log into the web client, check whether there is a “PIN LOCKED” notification. If
this is true then you need to unlock SIM card as follows:
a) Go to PIN Management, type in: 1234.
b) If this doesn’t work type 12345678 into the PIN code input page.
c) Reset PIN code and Disable the PIN Verification.
d) If PIN code is incorrect, you need to contact the SIM card vendor.
3. Log into the web client, choose “LTE Settings”, and check the value of IMSI. If it is empty and SIM card is normal, you need to reboot the CPE, wait for 1minute, log in web client again, and check the value of IMSI. If it is still empty, change the SIM card.
! Without LTE signal or LTE network access privilege
1. Check the status of the CPE indicator.
If the MODE indicator is continuously flashing, it indicates that the CPE is searching for a network, wait for 5 minutes.
2. If the CPE still cannot connect to the internet, log into the web client, and enter the “LTE Settings”. If the IMSI is invalid (did not align with the user agreement), you need to change SIM cards or contact the SIM card vendor.
3. Log into the web client, and go to “Network>LTE Settings”. If the value of the Connection Method is Manual, reset it to Auto, and reboot the CPE.
4. If the CPE still cannot connect to the internet, log into the web client, and go to “Network>LTE Settings”. Check whether the value of the status is Unconnected in the Settings, this indicates that the LTE network is abnormal, and you need to contact the vendor. If the value of the status is Connecting for a long time, it indicates that CPE is not within scope of the LTE network, and you need to move CPE closer to a window.
5. If the CPE still cannot connect to the internet, it indicates that CPE is not in the service network, and you need to contact vendor.
