DO NOT turn on the ST-60A without the

 

loudspeaker connected.

Do not use the ST-60A near water. Be extra

 

cautious when moving the ST-60A during

 

rain or while transporting it over wet surfaces

 

as water might splash onto the amplifier.

Clean only with dry cloth.

Do not block any ventilation openings and

 

operate in accordance with manufacturer’s

 

instructions.

Do not install near heat sources such as

 

radiators, stoves or other devices that may

 

produce heat.

Do not defeat the safety purpose of the

 

polarization or grounding-type plug. A

 

polarized plug has two blades with one wider

 

than the other. A grounding-type plug has two

 

blades and a third grounding prong. The wide

 

blade or the third prong is provided for your

 

safety. If the provided plug does not fit your

 

outlet, consult an electrician for replacement

 

of the obsolete outlet.

Protect the power cord from being walked on

 

or pinched, particularly at the plug and the

 

point where it exits the ST-60A amplifier.

by B-52 Professional.

Servicing is required when the ST-60A has

 

been damaged in any way such as when

 

power-cord or plug is damaged, liquid has

 

been spilled into the amplifier, the unit has

 

been exposed to moisture or rain, does not

 

operate normally, or has been dropped.

To reduce the risk of fire or electric shock, do

 

not expose the ST-60A to rain or moisture.

Moisture can damage the ST-60A and can

 

cause corrosion of electrical contacts.

Keep the unit out of extended or intense

 

direct sun light. No containers filled with any

 

type of liquid should be placed on or near the

 

ST-60A.

ST-60A FEATURES

This B-52 Stealth Series ST-60A has a 100% pure, all-tube

signal path, incredible tone and a wide array of guitarist

friendly features. It combines Russian Sovtek 6L6 power

tubes with 12AX7 preamp tubes for solid tube tone and

classic breakup. This roadworthy head provides serious

musicians with monstrous gain, extreme levels of distortion

and a sparkling clean channel. Selectable solid-state or tube

rectification through a Sovtek 5AR4 ensures complete tonal

authenticity.

The B-52 ST ST-412V and ST-412S are a perfect complement to the ST-60A all-tube amplifier. They offer awesome tone and incredible projection. With four Celestion Vintage 30 speakers, these cabinets provide tight bass, fat mids, and smooth harmonically rich highs. The ST-212S provides similar tonal qualities in a 2x12” cabinet.

HEARING DAMAGE, PROLONGED EXPOSURE TO EXCESSIVE SPL

B-52 Stealth Series amplifiers and speakers, including the ST-60A, are capable of producing sound pressure levels (SPL) sufficient to cause permanent hearing damage to performers, production crews or people in the audience. Hearing protection devices such ear-plugs are recommended. Caution should be taken to avoid extended SPL is excess of 90 dBA.

AMPLIFIER MODULE PRECAUTIONS

Do not attempt to service the ST-60A by yourself. Refer all servicing to a B-52 Stealth Series Authorized dealer. Service is required when the ST-60A has had liquid spilled on or inside the unit, has been damaged in any way, has been exposed to rain or moisture, does not operate normally or has been dropped.

WARNING - SHOCK HAZARD:

To reduce the risk of fire or electrical shock, do not expose this unit to rain or moisture. Do not operate your ST-60A near a pool or other standing water. Make sure all blades on the polarized power plug are fully inserted into the power source. Ensure the power cord is not stretched, pinched or otherwise abused. Ensure the power cord is routed to avoid foot traffic. 3 Your ST-60A amplifier should be cleaned only with a dry cloth.
