Attention! Let the vehicle sit with the key
out of the ignition for a few minutes before
removing the factory radio. When testing the
aftermarket equipment, ensure that all factory
equipment is connected before cycling the
key to ignition.

CONNECTIONS
From the XSVI-9006-NAV harness to the aftermarket radio:
• Connect the Black wire to the ground wire.
• Connect the Yellow wire to the battery wire.
• Connect the Red wire to the accessory wire.
• If the aftermarket radio has an illumination wire, connect the Orange wire to it.
• Tape off and disregard the Blue/White wire, it will not be used in this application.
• Connect the Gray wire to the right front positive speaker output.
• Connect the Gray/Black wire to the right front negative speaker output.
• Connect the White wire to the left front positive speaker output.
• Connect the White/Black wire to the left front negative speaker output.
• Connect the Green wire to the radio’s left rear positive speaker output.
• Connect the Green/Black wire to the radio’s left rear negative speaker output.
• Connect the Purple wire to the radio’s right rear positive speaker output.
• Connect the Purple/Black wire to the radio’s right rear negative speaker output.
The following (3) wires are for aftermarket multimedia/navigation radios that provide these
wires (if not required, tape them off and disregard them).
• Connect the Light Green wire to the parking brake wire.
• Connect the Blue/Pink wire to the VSS or speed sense wire.
• Connect the Green/Purple wire to the reverse wire.

If retaining the factory backup camera, connect the Yellow RCA jack to the backup camera input
12-pin ASWC-1 harness & 3.5mm jack:
The 12-pin ASWC-1 harness & 3.5mm jack are to be used with an ASWC-1 (sold separately) to
retain steering wheel audio controls. If the ASWC-1 is not being used, disregard this harness
and 3.5mm jack. If it is to be used, please refer to the ASWC-1 instructions for radio connections
and programming. Disregard the harness that comes with the ASWC-1.
DIN Connector:
The DIN plug is to be connected to the optional AX-LCD screen (sold separately) to retain the
personalization menu that is lost when removing the factory radio.

IN STAL LAT ION PROGRAMMING
With the key in the off position:
1. Connect the XSVI-9006 harness into the interface, and then to the wiring harness in the
vehicle.
Note: The harness will connect to the harness removed from the disc drive located in the
glove box for remote tuner applications.
2. If an A SWC-1 (sold separately) will be used, do not connect it until the interface is
programmed and fully functional.
Attention! If the interface ever loses power, the following steps will need to be performed again.
Please ensure that the owner of the vehicle knows this.
Turn the key (or push-to-start button) to the ignition position and wait until the radio comes on

Note: If the radio doesn’t not come on within 60 seconds, turn the key to the off position,
disconnect the interface, check all connections, reconnect the interface, and then try again.
2. Turn the key (or push-to-start button) to the off position, then to the accessory position.
Test all functions of the installation for proper operation, before reassembling the dash.

CONEXIONES
Desde el arnés XSVI-9006-NAV al radio de mercado secundario:
• Conecte el cable negro al cable de tierra.
• Conecte el cable amarillo al cable de la batería.
• Conecte el cable rojo al cable de accesorios.
• Si la radio del mercado secundario tiene un cable de la iluminación, conecte el cable
anaranjado a ella.
• Encinte e ignore el cable azul/blanco, no se utilizará en esta aplicación.
• Conecte el cable gris con la salida positiva de la bocina derecha delantera.
• Conecte el cable gris/negro con la salida negativa de la bocina derecha delantera.
• Conecte el cable blanco con la salida positiva de la bocina izquierda delantera.
• Conecte el cable blanco/negro con la salida negativa de la bocina izquierda delantera.
• Conecte el cable verde con la salida positiva de la bocina izquierda trasera.
• Conecte el cable verde/negro con la salida negativa de la bocina izquierda trasera.
• Conecte el cable púrpura con la salida positiva de la bocina derecha trasera.
• Conecte el cable púrpura/negro con la salida negativa de la bocina derecha trasera.
Los siguientes (3) cables son para radios de mercado secundario con multimedios/navegación
que incluyen estos cables (si no se requieren, encíntelos e ignórelos).
• Conecte el cable verde claro al cable de freno de mano.
• Conecte el cable azul/rosa al cable VSS o del sensor de velocidad.
• Conecte el cable verde/púrpura al cable de reversa.
•
Si se retiene la cámara de reversa de fábrica, conecte el conector RCA amarillo a la entrada de
cámara de reversa
Arnés ASWC-1 de 12-pins y conector de 3.5mm:
El arnés ASWC-1 de 12-pins y el conector de 3.5mm deben usarse con un ASWC-1 (se vende por
separado) para retener los controles de audio del volante. Si no se está utilizando el ASWC-1,
ignore este arnés y el conector de 3.5mm. Si se va a utilizar, consulte las instrucciones de ASWC1 para las conexiones de radio y la programación. Ignore el arnés que viene con el ASWC-1.
Conector DIN:
El conector DIN debe conectarse a la pantalla AX-LCD opcional (se vende por separado) para
conservar el menú de personalización que se pierde al quitar la radio de fábrica.

Con la llave en la posición de apagado:
1. Conecte el arnés XSVI-9006 a la interfaz, y luego al arnés de cableado en el vehículo.
Nota: El arnés se conectará al arnés retirado de la unidad de disco ubicada en la guantera
para aplicaciones de sintonizador remoto.
2. Si se utilizará un A SWC-1 (se vende por separado), no lo conecte hasta que la interfaz esté
programada y sea completamente funcional.
Atención! Si la interfaz pierde energía, los siguientes pasos deberán realizarse nuevamente.
Asegúrese de que el propietario del vehículo sepa esto.
Gire la llave (o pulsar para botón de inicio) a la posición de encendido y esperar hasta que la

radio se enciende
Nota: Si la radio no se enciende en 60 segundos, gire la llave a la posición de apagado,
desconecte la interfaz, verifique todas las conexiones, vuelva a conectar la interfaz y vuelva
a intentarlo.
2. Gire la llave (o el botón para comenzar) a la posición de apagado, luego a la posición de
accesorio. Pruebe todas las funciones de la instalación para un funcionamiento correcto,
antes de volver a ensamblar el tablero.
