Die bei diesem Lautsprechersystem verwendeten Ein­zelteile und Baugruppen entsprechen höchsten Quali­täts-Standards.
Für hochwertige Car Audio Komponenten ist eine
Montage durch einen professionellen Installateur immer
empfehlenswert.

Falls Sie weitere Fragen bezüglich der Installation dieses
Lautsprechersystems haben, lassen Sie sich von Ihrem

AUSPACKEN DES SYSTEMES

Nehmen Sie die Lautsprecher vorsichtig aus dem Karton
und kontrollieren Sie, ob sich alle Teile in einem einwand­freien Zustand benden. Das System besteht aus folgen­den Einzel-Komponenten:

n 2 16.5 cm Tiefmitteltöner mit Kunststoff-Montagering
n 2 25 mm Hochtöner mit Seidenkalotte
n 2 Inline Frequenzweichen für Hochtöner
n 1 Set Installationszubehör mit zwei Montageadaptern

für Hochtöner

n 1 Bedienungsanleitung mit Garantiekarte

Bitte wenden Sie sich an Ihren Fachhändler, falls der Lie­ferumfang unvollständig ist, oder Teile dieses Sets einen
Transportschaden aufweisen.

COMPONENT SYSTEM FOR FIAT DUCATO

Thank you and congratulations on your purchase of this
AXTON 2-way component system. This loudspeaker
system uses very high quality parts and components
only.
As with all high-quality car audio components,
professional installation is always recommended.

For any further information about mounting and
connection this speaker system, please contact your
authorized AXTON dealer.

UNPACKING THE SYSTEM

Carefully remove the loudspeakers, crossovers and the
accessories from the giftbox and check whether all parts
are in undamaged condition. The system consists of the
following parts:

n 2 6.5" mid/woofers with integrated plastic mounting ring
n 2 25 mm silk dome tweeters
n 2 inline crossovers for tweeter
n 1 set of mounting hardware incl. tweeter adaptors
n 1 instruction manual with warranty card

Please contact your authorized dealer if the content of
this set is incomplete or parts of it show signs of transport
damage.

Originalabdeckungen aus Kunststoff an den
beiden FIAT Ducato Vordertüren ab, um die
darunter liegenden Werks-Tiefmitteltöner
freizulegen.

[EN] Pry-off / remove the OE mounted factory
plastic speaker grill covers in the FIAT Ducato front
doors, to gain access to the mid/woofers installed
underneath.

[DE] Entfernen Sie die drei Befestigungsschrau-

ben am Kunststoffring, um den ab Werk mon­tierten Tiefmitteltöner in der linken und rechten
Vordertür zu entfernen.

[EN] Remove the three mounting screws that
hold the plastic ring out of the factory speakers
in place, to take the OE mid/woofers of the front
doors.

keine Türdämmung aufgebracht. Nur schon die
Dämmung der Fläche direkt hinter der Tiefmittel­ton Montageöffnung bringt klanglich eine starken
Zugewinn durch die Beruhigung von Klapperge­räuschen.

[EN] Pro Tip: FIAT Ducato vehicles are basically
duty vehicles. For this reason, the front doors
of the vehicle feature close to no damping with
suitable material. The treatment of the door
surface directly behind the mid/woofer will prevent
rattle and vibrations noises and is therefore highly
recommended.

[DE] Schließen Sie den Systemstecker von der

Türe an den AXTON Tiefmiteltöner an.

[EN] Connect the system connector coming from
the vehicle door to the mid/woofer.

[DE] Beachten Sie, dass der am Tiefmittelton-Korb

angebrachte Montagering zwei kleine Vertiefun­gen aufweist, unter denen das Lautsprecherkabel
durchgeführt werden muss.
Stellen Sie sicher, dass das Lautsprecherkabel in
der Vertiefung im Kunststoffring liegt. Befestigen Sie
die Tiefmitteltöner mit den drei Originalschrauben.

[EN] The adaptor ring of the mid/woofer has two
recesses in the bottom area of the speaker to route
the speaker wires underneath the ring.
Place the cable in the appropriate recess and insert

the three original screws to x the AXTON mid/

woofer into place.

[EN] Remove the OE factory installed tweeter and
unplug the system connector.

[EN] Tighten all three screws up and make sure,
the mounting ring of mid/woofer is with best pos­sible airtight seal against the mounting surface.

[DE] Bringen Sie die Lautsprecher Abdeckungen
aus Kunststoff wieder am Fahrzeug an. Wiederho­len Sie dies für die andere Türe, falls nicht bereits
erledigt.

[EN] Remount the factory plastic grille. Repeat for
the other side door, if not done already.

[DE] Montieren Sie bzw. clipsen Sie den Hoch-

töner in die entsprechende Aufnahme auf der
Rückseite der A-Säulen Verkleidung. Die

A-Säulenverkleidung ist typspezisch, d.h. die

Perforierungen und Aufnahmen unterscheiden sich
je nach MotorHome Hersteller. Montageerfahrung
und Heisskleber helfen ggf. weiter.

[EN] Mount or clip in the AXTON tweeter into the
receptacle on the backside of the A-pillar cover.

The A-pillar cover is vehicle type specic and
differs by the perforation and xation stand-off’s.

Mounting experience and hot melt glue may be of
good help.

[DE] Dem Set liegen Ein- und Aufbaugehäuse für

[EN] The set also contains at- and surface mount
adaptors for the tweeter, allowing the installation in
A-pillar covers that do not feature tweeter mounting
provision.

[DE] Stecken Sie die Inline-Frequenzweiche mit

den 2.8 mm Stecklaschen am Hochtöner an.
Lösen Sie die Deckfolie von Doppelklebeband auf
der Inline-Frequenzweiche.

[EN] Connect the inline x-over to the tweeter via

2.8 mm Faston connectors. Pry-off the backing of
the self-adhesive strip on the Inline x-over.

[DE] Positionieren Sie die Inline-Frequenzweiche

auf der Rückseite der A-Säulen Verkleidung und
drücken Sie sie gut an.

[EN] Position the inline x-over on the backside of
the A-pillar cover and press it well down in place.

INBETRIEBNAHME

Schalten Sie Ihr Steuergerät ein und erhöhen Sie langsam die
Lautstärke. Achten Sie auf Verzerrungen oder andere Störge­räusche. Wenn dies der Fall ist, überprüfen Sie am besten den
generellen Lautsprecher Einbau und alle elektrischen Verbin­dungen dieser Installation.

SYSTEM STARTUP

Turn on your head unit and slowly increase the volume. Listen
for distorted sound or vibrating panels. If anything sounds
incorrect, you better re-check all electrical connections and the
speaker mounting of this install step by step.

Steckverbindiung gegen unbeabsichtigtes Lösen
mit etwas Gewebetape.

[EN] Connect the tweeter system connector of
the vehicle to the counterpart of the inline x-over.
Pro Tip: use cloth tape to secure this particular
connector from later separation by mechanical
vibration.

[EN] Re-install the A-pillars covers on both sides of
the vehicle. The installation is completed.

Sollten Sie für Ihr AXTON Komponentensystem Garantie-Leis­tungen beanspruchen, wenden Sie sich bitte direkt an den Händ­ler, bei dem Sie das Produkt gekauft haben. Bei Schwierigkeiten,

ein geeignetes AXTON Service-Center zu nden, erhalten Sie

bei Ihrem jeweiligen Landes-Vertrieb weitere Informationen.
Der Hersteller gewährleistet auf dieses AXTON Produkt und
Material- oder Herstellungsfehler zwei Jahre Garantie an den
Erstkäufer, geltend ab Kaufdatum der ausgestellten Rechnung.
Garantie-Ansprüche können nur mit einer korrekt und vollstän­dig ausgefüllten Garantie-Karte zusammen mit dem Origi­nal-Kaufbeleg geltend gemacht werden.

GARANTIE-EINSCHRÄNKUNGEN

Nicht unter Garantie fallen Schäden infolge von:

1. inkorrekten Audioanschlüssen.

2. schädlichen Einwirkungen von übermäßiger Feuchtigkeit,
Flüssigkeiten, Hitze, Sonneneinstrahlung oder starker
Verschmutzung.

3. mechanischer Beschädigung durch Unfall oder Stössen.

4. Schäden durch nicht autorisierte Reparaturversuche oder
nicht durch den Hersteller ausdrücklich autorisierte

Modikationen.

Die Garantie dieses Produkts bleibt in jedem Fall auf die Re­paratur bzw. den Ersatz (Entscheidung durch Hersteller) des
jeweiligen AXTON Produkts beschränkt. Schäden durch un­sachgemäße Verpackung und daraus resultierende Transport­schäden werden nicht durch diese Garantie abgedeckt. Jeder
über diese Garantie-Erklärung hinausgehende Anspruch und
jede Haftung für direkte oder indirekte Folgeschäden werden
ausdrücklich abgelehnt.

Sollten Sie dieses Gerät eines Tages entsorgen müssen, beach­ten Sie bitte dass elektrische Geräte nicht mit dem Haushaltsmüll
entsorgt werden dürfen. Führen Sie das Gerät wenn möglich dem
Recycling zu. Ihre lokalen Behörden oder Ihr Händler können Sie
dementsprechend informieren (Richtlinie über die Entsorgung
elektrischer und elektronischer Ausstattungen).

LIMITED WARRANTY

Dear customer
Keep the original packing for later use and read the warranty
conditions below carefully.
Should your AXTON component set require warranty service,
please return it to the retailer from whom it was purchased or
the distributor in your country. Should you have difculty in n­ding an authorized AXTON service center, details are available
from your local distributor.
This AXTON product is warranted against defective materials
and defects caused during manufacturing for a period of two
years from date of purchase, to the original purchaser. Warranty
work will not be carried out unless the warranty card is presen­ted together with the original sales slip.

WARRANTY LIMITATIONS

This warranty does not cover damages due to:

1. incorrect audio connection(s).

2. exposure to excessive humidity, uids, sun rays or dirt and

dust.

3. damage by accidents or mechanical shock.

4. abuse, unauthorized repair attempts and modications not

explicitly authorized by the anufacturer.

This warranty is limited to the repair or the replacement of

the defective product at the manufacturer’s option and does

not include any other form of damage, whether incidental,
consequential or otherwise. The warranty does not cover any
transport costs or damages caused by transport or shipment of
the product.

If at any time in the future you should need to dispose this
product, please note that waste electrical products are not
be disposed with the household waste. Please recycle where
facilities exist. Check with your Local Authority or retailer for
recycling advice (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment
Directive).
